In the evening, we wanted to have hamburgers and chicken for dinner, and Jill's menu caught my attention. We didn't want just a regular hamburger or chicken, and I'm glad we decided to eat at Jill's. The buns were fantastic. Some places that make burgers use sweet buns, which don't suit my taste at all. The hamburger buns were excellent and didn't overpower the flavor of the meat. The onion rings and french fries were amazing. I ordered the "Jacques Rebel" chicken burger, which was delicious with melted cheddar cheese, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, and their special sauce. The kids chose the Hugo Classic hamburger and they said they really liked it. All of our burgers cane with delicious coleslaw in its special cold glass serving cups. Normally, when I eat fast food-style burgers, I feel bloated and have a bad aftertaste within an hour, but we didn't feel that way here. The service was friendly, and we were very satisfied with the experience, especially the kids. I definitely recommend it.

The beers we tried were good and so were the burgers! 🍺🍔 I was a little disappointed that they were out of classic fries... And the total bill was also quite expensive for just a drink and a dish.

I can only recommend this restaurant. Because we have dogs with us, I had contacted them in advance. The email was responded to quickly and neatly. The wish for a little more space due to a buggy was even taken into account. The staff was friendly. The food was served quickly. I think I ate one of the tastiest burgers ever here!! It was so much that I didn't even finish the fries. The food was also clearly fresh. Something you can taste, but also notice as a Crohn's patient. If we ever come to Bruges again, we will definitely go back here.

Awesome burger choices and there is also a recommendation of beer to go with each particular burger, the apple coleslaw and potato wedges were fantastic too

Great burgers - I had the Lilian beef burger along with a fruity beer as recommended by the waitress. The coleslaw on the side was okay. The chips were big and chunky. Overall good experience.

Been a few times, food is very nice and match beer with burger. Reasonably priced. Called back 18 months later, food was just as good. There was only one server on although not too busy. He was efficient and thorough bit waited a little longer than thought, room was a little chilling despite a 🔥 that was on.

We had a wonderful time here with good food and nice service. The beers that was reccomended for the burgers was an excellent choice and we also had one dark beer after we finished our burgers. Every beer comes with its own uniqe glass.

Stopped there for Sunday dinner - the place wasn't too packed, but they still seemed to be understaffed. The service was just unsatisfactory - we waited for over 20 minutes to order drinks and food. And we still didn't even get napkins or some cutlery. Sorry, but that just doesn't cut it ... The food was absolutely ok though. And the beer menu is ok too - try the Rostekop house beer...

Great experience, really good beer and amazing hamburgers. Totally recommend this place for peooek looking for hamburgers (meat, chicken, pork or vegetarian) with a little extra. The variety of options is very wide and special. All hamburgers come with a suggested beer and a reason on flavor. The service was very friendly and they answered our questions politely about the ingredients of the vegetarian option.

Nice location to grab a burger and a lecker Bierchen or two. I can really recommend the vegan startet plate; it was a perfect appetizer and left room for a burger. The burger however was okay but definitely not 20€ worth (without fries!).

Very nice place for food and drinks ! In general the place was busy and the food was served pretty quick irrespective of the crowd. Staffs are polite and professional. I had sweet potato fries and chicken wings. They were absolutely delicious. These are must try. They have so many different varieties of burger and each burger with multiple meat/veg options which is really good. This way there is always a option you like. I had the chicken burger with pepper sauce and it was fresh and juicy. This is also must try. The burgers are always served with fries and salad. Of course they have lot of spl beers you can enjoy ! Price was not too high. Price is very reasonable for the quality and quantity.

Chicken burger with pepper sauce was to die for

Had dinner on a weekday evening during our trip to Bruges. It was quiet at first, but slowly more and more people trickled in. Cozy atmosphere, partly due to the fireplace. Burgers and fries were on the table in no time and the service was friendly. Wide choice of vegetarian and also very tasty! Portions on the large side, because we couldn't finish it. We would love to come back to try the other special flavors!

Very friendly and professional staff! The food was also really delicious. The burgers are also much better than those of Ellis or Burgerij. Another plus is that for many citizens (perhaps even all of them) they propose a beer that really goes with it!

It was my first visit, I have never had such bad service and ps I have been working in the catering industry in Belgium for more than 20 years. There were 4 of us, we ordered 4 burgers and only 2 came. Apparently she had only heard of 2, but we ordered 3 Jacky bacon and 1 entrecot. Then my meat was super tough. I looked inside and it was burned. I spoke to the waiter about this and the answer was I don't work in the kitchen 🤔. I asked another waiter again and she went to check. I asked for approximately 7:50 PM and we left at 8:45 PM. We were completely ignored by the staff, they went to the tables around us but not to us, not even to put away the plates or ask for drinks, nothing. When paying I passed this on again and the answer was yes, ok And a real tourist falls for this. People from Bruges stay away here.

Food was ok, but it took ages for us to be served - despite it being not too busy at all. Several other parties that arrived after us got their orders before we did. No apology or explanation was offered at all for the delay.

Good burgers but terrible service. We were sitting down for 30 min completely ignored by the staff until I got up and got ourselves a menu. Later on my partner had to get up again and approach the kitchen staff himself to get some ketchup. Good gluten free bun available but fries are labelled gluten free while they are actually fried with other glutened items so they should not be marked as gluten free.

Adorable waitress that was extremely kind and efficient. But she was all alone for all the restaurant, quite big and super full.. Not understandable especially on a week-end day with a lot of tourists! Maybe some owner around is saving money on others back ? If it's lacking workers, they should accept much less clients. Same for the kitchen : although it was really good ( except for the burger in kids menu, the meat was barely eatable) it took a really long time. Only one person in the kitchen, as we saw passing by. We ordered take away for the first time from Jilles beer & burgers Bruges. Indicated delivery time was 6:30 PM, our order was only delivered to our home at 8:34 PM (cold!!). Tried calling the restaurant 10 times without an answer...! This is the first and last time we ordered from there! Very bad service!
