Excellent service, super friendly staff, unbelievably good vegan food. Also the massages are very nice! Only con: the rooms are getting extremely hot, even though it's pretty cold outside. AC is way too loud to be kept running during night. Opening the window is no option because of moscitos. Unfortunately when we extended our stay by one night, we were not told that there is going to be a huge party on that last evening, so sleeping was not possible before 2 am. Also during this time we felt a bit like "second class guests".

This hotel is at the level of a youth hostel, the maintenance of the rooms is poor, we received a room with problems and mildew, they did not want to change it because they were fully occupied, only after a day it was changed. In addition, they held a wedding until 5 in the morning in the courtyard of the hotel, despite all the complaints of the hotel guests, the receptionists did not give an answer or reference, the food is served stingily and is not tasty. The hotel is far from anywhere, in short those who don't want to suffer, it is not recommended!!!

Basic rooms, we got a dirty bathroom. Dining room below all criticism, inedible food, the buffet is dirty with used cups and spoons, milk and coffee dirty the tables and there is no cleaning during service. There is no service notice at the reception. Bad value for the price. remote location.

Wir waren drei Tage hier. Das Hotel ist schön, alles ist gepflegt und sehr sauber. Aber, obwohl wir beim Einchecken die einzigen Gäste waren, war das Personal hektisch und offensichtlich überfordert. Die Balkonzimmer etwas klein, aber gut ausgestattet. Leider kann man keine Nacht schlafen, da bis 3 Uhr morgens extrem laute Musik erklingt. Was wir von unseren Aufenthalten in anderen Hotel-Restaurants dieser Kategorie nicht kennen, das Geschirr wird vom Tisch erst nach Beendigung des Frühstücks abserviert.

Room was clean, no floor carpet, empty minibar, small wellness section, but we had a nice stay. :)

The rooms are outdated and in poor condition. The spa is not always open and is very limited. The food in the dining room is far from the pictures on the website. The hotel is very far from Zagreb and there is not much to do in the town. The hotel is not suitable for children. There is no variety in the dining room and it takes a long time to refill food that has run out. The air conditioner is very noisy and in general the rooms are at a very low level. I am sure that I will not return to this hotel and do not recommend this hotel at all. Especially for families with children. There is nothing to do at the hotel. I would give it a very low score Also because of the unaccepting attitude of the hotel staff.

This hotel is situated out of the city .. therefore it was very quiet . Almost like in a village . There's a big catholic church with outdoor seatings . It was great that we were able to enjoy a acapella choir competition that coincide with our stay there

Nice to stay. Very calm and cozy. Breakfast and Dinner also awesome. The unique, the serve honey with hive . Something we not see in any other place👍

Went to the hotel Kaj for a LARP event. It's a great place with hospitable staff, comfortable and clean rooms, and amazing food! The spa was great as well, loved my massage. 10/10 recommended!

The service is bad, we waited for someone to come for half an hour and they still served us wrong and it's not even the first time this happened, the food came cold after an hour of waiting for the food

Lovely hotel close to the center. Lots of parking. The spa is great for the area. Food is fantastic, we had the meal package for breakfast and dinner and it’s great.

Diesen Stern vergebe ich wegen der ambiente sons kann man dieses nicht empfehlen war mit einer Gruppe von 60 Personen da.Das Essen war miserable Suppe war kalt Kartoffeln waren kalt schnitzel trocken es sollte schweineschnitzel sein aber auf dem Teller lag hänschenschnitzel und zu guter letzt bevor das Essen kam mussten die Gäste bezahlen somit stelle ich fest das das das unzumutbar und nicht empfehlens Wert ist
