Wouldn’t give any stars. The five ppl working are all high or sleep deprived, the cashier didn’t give any of us our correct change and we had to tell what the amount was. It took over 20 minutes to get our food and we were the only ones in the lobby.

We sat at the drive through waiting for someone to acknowledge that we were there. I one said anything so we drive to the window. They looked at us like we were in the wrong. After explaining what happened they took my order. The food came out and was horrible. My wife had gotten a burrito but there was literally no meat at all. She had the slightest but if cheese and a flour tortilla. The other tacos were cold and stale. My 9 year old son would not even eat it. Was a huge waste of 40 dollars. I will never go back to this Taco Bell. The owners of this establishment should be ashamed of them selves for running such a poor business.

Went to the drive threw and sat there for about 2 minutes maybe longer, no one said anything so we pulled up to the window. There were 2 females just sitting there they did not look pleased. Looked at us like we were a problem. Horrible horrible business. Got our food way fast for what we ordered, kinda scary. Food was slapped together and stale. So sad, it’s so hard to find anyone who cares about the work. I posted a photo of just one of the burritos we ordered. We had 6 people me my husband one our 4 kids.

Placed order on screen in store, waited 8 to 10 minutes at counter for someone to take my money, but was completely ignored. They weren't busy, judging by everyone in kitchen moving in slow motion and spending more time talking to each other and playing with their phones than working. When it appeared that everyone was taking a break while the drive-thru and parking lot were empty I left and went to Burger King. Don't know why employees even bother with gloves when their hands are constantly in and out of their pockets and they are holding their phones most of the time. Service at this location used to be a little bit better but has really gone downhill (especially in the past 2+ years) and I'm done with Taco Bell in this lifetime.

Quality of food at this store varies widely from visit to visit. I've never expected much from a Taco Bell, but there are definately some folks working here that care nothing about producing a quality or consistent product. Woman tonight (7/23/23) spend as much time looking at her phone as she did preparing and packaging food - and didn't change gloves after reaching into her pocket and/or handling her phone many times. Kids eating this evening's purchase didn't like the burnt burrito shells, the lack of food inside, and the majority of the food ended up in the trash. They said that tonight's order was the worst they've ever had from any Taco Bell. Weekend evening visits to this location seem to have always a disappointment. Height of the store's order kiosks is suitable only for children, midgets, or wheelchair users.

Whoever is running this location is doing a great job! It was clean, everything was stocked that I needed (straws, napkins, sauces, etc.) and my order was ready on time. Keep up the good work!

Took 2 employees 5+ minutes to figure out how to take my money after placing order at kiosk and I didn't get correct change back. Filthy restroom, filthy counter, filthy counters with trash on them in dining room, and no napkins. Ordered 2 each of 2 items, received 2 of one item and two random items. Guy at register acted like he was high and I couldn't understand what he was saying.

Went in, and nobody would take my order. Then they were out of an item I ordered and never said a word till they were handing me my food. This location is terrible I’ve never had a good experience here. I don’t recommend going to this one at all, don’t waste your money.
