Love this place, the food is always hot and fresh. My burger is literally always steaming hot. And the service is good also. I drive 40 miles from LaGrange GA often just to eat here. So that's saying something. The new spicy Jalapeño burger is delicious. Always a five star experience here for me. Can't wait until they finish building the one in LaGrange!

We had it to go. It was hot and fresh. They also gave me a generous amount of onion rings which is rare at restaurants.

Walked in and workers were extremely nice. I wasn't expecting much of the food but we are just passing through. Was surprised to see that the burger and fries were very good for a fast food joint. Got a concrete mixer after and it was delicious. Will definitely be stopping here on my trips past here.

A deluxe burger chain with prices to match. Ordered a Freddie single with small fries and a small vanilla shake a double Freddie burger and a spicy chicken sandwich. All were delicious. The price was not. $ 25.15. Still if your looking for more from a burger joint try it can't say it's worth it but it beats the national chains.

Visited Freddy's last night with my grandson, the young lady that took our order customer service skills needs to be re-evaluated. She was cleaning off tables finally stopped came and came over never greeted us didn't ask what could she get us just looked at me as like why are you here. Had I not promised my grandson ice-cream I would have left. Would I hire this person never thumbs down 👎 on Freddy's for this one.

Great burgers, fries, and custard treats! Very clean interior with comfortable seating and great selection of fountain drinks.

Descent place. Food is a little to salty / junk food tasting. And place could be a little more clean. But overall will work if you need a quick bite. The fact that they have a lot of frozen treats pushes them up my rankings. 6.8 out of 10.0

We haven't been to a Freddie's with bad food or service yet! It's worth every cent of what you pay for it...any item on the menu! We love this chain so much we were excited to see that the area where we are buying a new house has one! They have this awesome fry seasoning and a fry sauce...omg, a must try if you havent already...

We ordered pecan covered ice cream and a shake. There must be a shortage as our cups only fill 2/3 of the way. The Carmel topping was scarse. The cashier had gloves on and was still afraid to hand me my change. Had wipe off our own table.

I love this place. The fries are wonderful. The steak burgers are yummy. The young lady who took our order was so sweet and pleasant.

Been several years since my last visit. PUP CUPs were our families initial interest and patronage to Freddie's. However, what a great hamburger and true shoestring fries!!!!! Great job

I went in on Thursday evening at 7:30 pm. Not busy at all and it had to be the dirtiest fast food place I've ever seen. The floor, the tables, the bathrooms etc. I decided to eat elsewhere after walking from the front door to the bathroom.

We just left Freddy’s. Our food is awesome! The guy at the window had an awesome personality. We received our food quick. We didn’t catch the guys name but he had short curly hair. We had a very pleasant experience!

My first time ever to Freddy's. Very impressed with the service and food. Burger and fries were freshly made and served hot in a very timely fashion. Restaurant was clean and staff was very efficient and friendly. I will be going back for sure!

We showed up without calling with 2 buses of students. They had us all served within 45 minutes. Great job!

Coming in late with our entire baseball team, the staff was very accommodating and helpful with all the various orders. The food was pretty good. Out of the 24 different dishes ordered, they got them all right! Which, in our experience, is rather rare for a "fast-food" place. Even when the entire team ordered ice cream. We will definitely be returning next time we're in the area. I HIGHLY recommend, if you have larger groups!

Overall clean place, service was alright. The food, however, well the french fries were too thin to have potatoes (one of ours was green), and the chicken tenders tasted like fish. The custard was good though.

The few times I've come to this location, it has taken forever to get my order. Very slow for fast food. I pulled into the drive through just wanting to get some ice cream. There were 4 cars in line when I pulled in. I sat there for 40 minutes until I got fed up enough that I just left. There were still 2 cars in front of me when I left. That is absolutely unacceptable. McDonald's has better service and that's just sad.

I loved the caramel sundae with vanilla ice cream everyone was friendly and had smiles on their face even at closing time!!

Loved the service and the staff! Burgers were a bit on the "thin" side...but maybe thats the way it is supposed to be. Double felt like a single.... Tasty food though! Onion rings, cheese curds, fries....and frozen custard was nice. The staff was very pleasant, and made you feel welcome.

This place is great. Delicious burgers onion rings and fries. I have totally excluded the usual fast food burger joints. Why even bother. Always Reasonably quick freshly made steak burgers with hot onion rings or fries. All at a reasonable price. I stopped going anywhere else for a good burger!!

Freddy's is Freddy's. I really enjoyed it the first time i tried it, which was in Kansas City, Missouri after having driven about 12 hours. I thought it was great. Since then, i've been to several other locations, and it's just good. Seems to be a bit overpriced to me for what you get. A step up from McDonalds, but really not worth the extra cost in my opinion.

The Famous Steak Burgers had wafer thin steak which did not even cover the bottom bun. The meat was overcooked and hard on the edges. The shoestring french fries were fabulous and they have a dipping sauce for the fries which was very good as well!. Above All Else, the worst part was the dining room area which was absolutely filthy. The tables were not clean nor had they been wiped off recently. The floor was disgusting. Our seating area smelled so bad that we had to leave with our food. I will certainly not go back.

The burgers and sides are all great! Delicious taste and fast service. However, the deserts at this location need a bit of work. The custards we received were mediocre in flavor and presentation. Overall, a great place for a quick bite.

Worst experience ever ! We actually just got a refund. Terrible customer service with no knowledge of the system or pricing. On a good note , the location would be great for a Culver’s .

Awesome service. Need to start getting these employees names so they can stand out in my reviews. Fast, friendly service with a smile. Food was as always delicious.
