    Dr. Winterfeld is very calm, humble and friendly person. Due to some communication issues, I had not so good feeling about the clinic, but now they are clarified. Dr. Winterfeld called personally on my phone and clarified our concerns, that shows her commitment towards her profession and Patients. My yesterday’s experience was extraordinary, Son has got fixed braces yesterday & complained about the pain. As it was after clinic hours, I just sent message to Doctor. Out of her personal time, She inspected him through Facetime and gave advice which helped a lot. Also we got appointment for next day for a quick check up. Thank you very much Doctor. Best wishes.

    There should be more stars 🌟 to rate the work of DR. K. HA-PHUOC. My aunt recommended me MVZ Winterfeld in Opladen, I also checked the reviews on google. I traveled from Düsseldorf to Opladen for removal of my 2 wisdom’s teeth, and it was worth it. I didn’t feel anything during operation. Also post operation everything went really well . I would highly recommend DR. K. HA-PHUOC for his professionalism.

    Ganz tolle moderne Praxis, mega nettes Personal. Hab schon lange nicht mehr so nette und freundliche Sprechstundenhilfen, Arzthelferinnen und Ärztinnen getroffen. Super süße Ecke auch für die Kinder und alle sehr einfühlsam. 10 Minuten Wartezeit, Ganz toll.

    War heute mit meinem 4 Jährigen Sohn in der Praxis von Dr. Winterfell. Ich bin durchweg über die Organisation , die Freundlichkeit , das Ambiente begeistert. Alle Kollegen , besonders die Ärztin ,waren sehr empathisch und freundlich zu uns. Mein Sohn war anfangs etwas ängstlich aber durch die Nettigkeit und die Professionalität ist dies sehr schnell verschwunden. Ich kann die Praxis wirklich von Herzen empfehlen und fühle mich dort super gut betreut. Selten so begeistert von einer Praxis gewesen! Wirklich ein tolles Team , da macht der Arztbesuch schon fast Spaß.

    Wir bzw die Oma war mit meinen Sohn dort um eine 2. Meinung einzuholen und es war die beste Entscheidung sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit sehr freundliches Team 👍

👍👍 Das gesamte Praxisteam ist sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend und kompetent. Ich habe mich hier stets gut behandelt und wohl gefühlt. Mein Ergebnis der Invisalignbehandlung ist besser als erwartet. Ich sehr zufrieden mit der Leistung die erbracht wurde und kann diese Praxis jeden ans Herz legen.
