Ein schönes Restaurant mit sehr vielen Sitzplätzen und einer schönen Bar. Das Essen ist frisch und lecker und die Pizza ist exorbitant groß, also genügend Hunger mitbringen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Online Tisch reserviert. Vor Ort wurden wir freundlich begrüßt und sofort zum Tisch geführt. Die 45 cm Pizzen 🍕 wurden zügig zubereitet und waren alle lecker. Kühlen aufgrund der Größe und des dünnen Teiges aber relativ schnell ab. Ambiente im Industrie Look hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Wenn es voll ist, ist der Geräuschpegel schon sehr hoch..man kann sich aber noch gut unterhalten.

This establishment serves delicious food. The pizzas are a joy to eat. The staff members are friendly. However, the wait for the service is insanely high. That coupled with some other experiences caused me to give 1 star. Elaboration: When I inquired about the delay (twice) to the staff, I was told that they were understaffed and they are doing their best. This is a valid reason (true or not). I understood their situation and promptly went back to my seat. What happened next was what started bothering me and felt that was downright unfair. Customers who came after me, people who stood behind me in the queue had not only been served, but some of them were even leaving. When I am hungry, and I am waiting, this scene made it worse. By the time we were served our food, it was so late that we had lost our appetite. I've never lost my appetite on pizza. I thought I never could. But this experience has shown me that it is possible. It has been by far my worst experience. I am writing this review based on 4 visits (1 takeaway, 3 dine-ins) at different locations in and around Duesseldorf. While I have experienced delay in service at every location, the unfair service was the last straw for me with this chain. To the people in the management of this chain: Your chain serves one of the best pizzas I've eaten. You have nice and friendly staff working for you. Please see what is needed to make the good experience 'consistent' for everyone. Pizza is best enjoyed eating it. There's no delight in eating a pizza after losing your appetite waiting for it. Edit: Thanks for your response. As I have mentioned in my review, the delay from being understaffed was not my main reason of disappointment. I understand that aspect as unavoidable. The main reason was the feeling of being treated unfair. To be clear, I don't blame your staff. I blame the procedure: the procedure to take and serve them in the right order needs improvement.

Pizza sind sehr groß. Sind allerdings nicht übermäßig belegt. Es empfiehlt sich eine extra Zutat zu nehmen. Geschmack ist durchschnittlich. Die Dessert sind dagegen sehr lecker. Service längere Wartezeiten. Auch beim Ambiente sehr laut. Daher muss ich bei den Sternen etwas abziehen.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. We arrived at the establishment, in 15 minutes of waiting no one brought us a menu, no one approached us, although it was a Tuesday lunchtime and the establishment was half empty. The chair I was sitting in was completely filthy. We wanted to go to another table, but were not allowed. Germany, learn about service!!! Learn how to smile when customers come in! The service is horrible! Unfortunately guests are not appreciated! We are from the Ukraine, and when you come back after the war, you will be shocked by our service and how they take care of each client. That's not the way we do it.

Simple menu, tasty food but even better an unbeatable ambience. When you enter here you feel like you’ve entered an expensive restaurant but the prices are cheap. An awesome place to spend time with your loved ones.

As others pointed out, the wait is insane, since when l’osteria converted in essentially a take away. They don’t care about in house customers any more. As an Italian I enjoyed this place for a couple years but I will never go again probably, at least not in Langenfeld. Booked for 19:00 on a quiet Friday night, arrived at 19:05, ordered at 19:15… food arrived at 20:30 after many reminders, some useless apology and an annoyed manager. Our waitress had no clue about how to help and to be honest did not even feel that it was not acceptable to wait so long. The pizzas where cold and hard (pizza dough does not like hanging around when cooked) and not really good any more, so it was an absolute disaster. The free tiramisu did not save the evening. Sorry but not again.

Lecker und guter Service. Die Bedienungen sind freundlich und man verdurstet zwischendrin nie. Der Hauptgang hat bei uns etwas lange gedauert, aber angesichts der schönen Atmosphäre war das zu verschmerzen.

Wir waren mit einer kleinen Gruppe von Kollegen in der L'Osteria zu Abend essen. Das Essen (in meinem Fall das Carpaccio vom Rind und die BBQ Chicken Pizza) war sehr lecker. Auch die alkoholfreien Cocktails kann ich empfehlen. 1* Abzug gibt es für die zu kleinen Teller und die Messer - das Schneiden der Pizzen war teilweise sehr mühsam. Unsere Bedienung war sehr freundlich und hat es uns an nichts fehlen lassen. Das Restaurant selber ist mit sehr hohen Decken eher modern eingerichtet. Alles in allem ein gutes Restaurant.

Laden ist vor allem zu Stoßzeiten komplett gefüllt und dadurch wird es unmöglich sich zu unterhalten wenn man mit mehreren unterwegs ist. Service hat sich schnell um uns gekümmert aber keine Servietten und Besteck gebracht, weswegen wir drei mal fragen mussten bevor es gebracht wurde. Die Pizza war sehr lecker und eine sehr große Portion, also man wird aufjedenfall satt wenn man hier essen geht. Jedoch leider auf Grund der Lautstärke nicht sehr empfehlenswert wenn man mit mehreren Essen gehen möchte und sich Inruhe unterhalten möchte.

Wir waren gegen 22.15 Uhr an einem Samstag in der Osteria. Es gab nur noch Pizza. Diese war sensationell lecker! Eine Pizza konnte aufgrund ihrer Größe problemlos für zwei Personen bestellt werden! Mitarbeiter sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Vorteil der vorgerückten Stunde: es war nicht so laut/voll wie sonst!

I am giving only one start as I had the most horrible experience. I came in this location many times, however this time made me decide never to come back. First, it’s Saturday afternoon, very little customers, but taking the order takes a good amount of time. After I order, nothing happens, no even the drinks are not coming. After 25 min, I ask about the drinks, and that is when I find out that my order was lost, due to some “internet issues”. Not sure what issue, since everybody else was eating already, so for them the order worked. Wait another 20 min for my order, and when it finally comes, it’s wrong. So another 10 min waiting for the correct order. This is absolutely horrible, and I would not recommend this place unless you want to be treated like this.

Excellent food and service quality. However, the restaurant themselves suffered a bit in its ambience simply due due its size. General a good experience and a clear recommendation.

Perfect Italian style restaurant. Great dishes, good variety of drinks and reasonable prices. My personal favourite is Lasagne and Pizza Bo - Calzone. Fantastic and attentive staff. The athmosphere is great and easy going inside a uniquely building. Perfect place for dinner with family, friends, colleagues or business partners. Easy parking next to the restaurant.

Without reservation the waiting time would be something around 15min in the peak time. Payment with EC card is possible. Tasty and huge pizza, good location and kind staff. Located near to Langenfeld and Monheim and might be one of the best options for having an Italian dish in the area as well as a small event like celebrating the birthday.

L'osteria was great. We went there to celebrate a birthday dinner and was pleased with our choice. Their signature pizzas never disappoint. The pasta was low on salt but it was fixed on the table. Their service was prompt and friendly.
