This
establishment
serves
delicious
food.
The
pizzas
are
a
joy
to
eat.
The
staff
members
are
friendly.
However,
the
wait
for
the
service
is
insanely
high.
That
coupled
with
some
other
experiences
caused
me
to
give
1
star.
Elaboration:
When
I
inquired
about
the
delay
(twice)
to
the
staff,
I
was
told
that
they
were
understaffed
and
they
are
doing
their
best.
This
is
a
valid
reason
(true
or
not).
I
understood
their
situation
and
promptly
went
back
to
my
seat.
What
happened
next
was
what
started
bothering
me
and
felt
that
was
downright
unfair.
Customers
who
came
after
me,
people
who
stood
behind
me
in
the
queue
had
not
only
been
served,
but
some
of
them
were
even
leaving.
When
I
am
hungry,
and
I
am
waiting,
this
scene
made
it
worse.
By
the
time
we
were
served
our
food,
it
was
so
late
that
we
had
lost
our
appetite.
I've
never
lost
my
appetite
on
pizza.
I
thought
I
never
could.
But
this
experience
has
shown
me
that
it
is
possible.
It
has
been
by
far
my
worst
experience.
I
am
writing
this
review
based
on
4
visits
(1
takeaway,
3
dine-ins)
at
different
locations
in
and
around
Duesseldorf.
While
I
have
experienced
delay
in
service
at
every
location,
the
unfair
service
was
the
last
straw
for
me
with
this
chain.
To
the
people
in
the
management
of
this
chain:
Your
chain
serves
one
of
the
best
pizzas
I've
eaten.
You
have
nice
and
friendly
staff
working
for
you.
Please
see
what
is
needed
to
make
the
good
experience
'consistent'
for
everyone.
Pizza
is
best
enjoyed
eating
it.
There's
no
delight
in
eating
a
pizza
after
losing
your
appetite
waiting
for
it.

As
I
have
mentioned
in
my
review,
the
delay
from
being
understaffed
was
not
my
main
reason
of
disappointment.
I
understand
that
aspect
as
unavoidable.
The
main
reason
was
the
feeling
of
being
treated
unfair.
To
be
clear,
I
don't
blame
your
staff.
I
blame
the
procedure:
the
procedure
to
take
and
serve
them
in
the
right
order
needs
improvement.
