Als ich am 23.09.2019 meinen . Termin hatte war ich auch sehr skeptisch.Der Herr Klaasen der das Ganze managt ist ein netter Mann und er gibt einem dann direkt mal ein vertrautes Gefühl.Das nahm dann schon etwas die Anspannung. Man bekommt mit Schwester Sandra eine sehr nette und kompetente Frau zur Seite gestellt,die auch am Tag darauf genau zeigt was man in den ersten 10-14Tagen nach dem Eingriff machen sollte und hat dann auch in dieser Zeit täglich Kontakt über WhatsApp zu ihr.Habe ihr auch in den darauffolgenden Monaten immer mal wieder Fotos zum Fortschritt gesendet.Das OP Team ist ebenfalls nett und sehr freundlich einige im Team sprechen aber kaum deutsch.Heisst aber nichts denn nicht nur wir Deutschen sind kompetent. Vom Angebot und Preis her habe ich in Deutschland keinen anderen Anbieter gefunden der annähernd da dran kam. Jeder Mensch empfindet ja anders aber es sollte sich schon jeder klar sein das so ne Behandlung gerade am Kopf kein zuckerschlecken ist. Die ersten Betäubungsspritzen sind schon heftig.Bei der eigentlichen Behandlung hat man wirklich keine Schmerzen.Es dauert halt und man muss einige Stunden liegen. Hinterher dauert es einige Zeit/Wochen bis die Kopfhaut sich wieder beruhigt und man sollte sich schon genaustens an die Anweisungen von Schwester Sandra halten. Man nimmt das aber alles in Kauf wenn man dann nach Monaten das Ergebnis sieht.Es ist halt ein Prozess der ziemliche Ungeduld beinhaltet. Daher sollte man den ganzen Prozess auf Fotos festhalten. Der erste telefonische Kontakt war super, ein Herr Fabian hat sich allen Fragen angenommen und mich mit allen nötigen Informationen versorgt. Ich brauchte dann allerdings Bedenkzeit und hab das Thema Haartransplantation zunächst beiseite geschoben. Im Oktober habe ich dann wie oben erwähnt erneut Kontakt zur Klinik zwecks Angebot und Terminabsprache aufnehmen wollen. Via Mail teilte man mir mit, dass Herr Fabian nicht mehr dort beschäftigt sei, man jedoch gerne ein Angebot für mich könne. Auf meine Bitte, dies entsprechend zu tun, wurde nicht reagiert.
