Very
bad
experience!
I
wanted
to
take
a
look
and
testdrive
2-3
Tiguans
they
were
offering.
First
of
all
I
have
been
calling
this
VW
centre
every
day
of
the
week
to
make
an
appointment
for
this.
Every
time
they
said
I
would
get
a
call
back
which
obviously
didn't
happen
so
I
had
to
call
back
myself
each
time.
In
the
end,
2
days
before
my
planned
visit,
I
spoke
to
somebody
of
the
sales
team
who
insured
me
the
Tiguans
were
still
for
sale
and
I
could
just
come
over
without
an
appointment.
So
I
drove
from
the
Netherlands
where
I
live
to
Leverkusen
(>200KM)
and
went
to
one
of
the
sales
buildings.
They
immediately
told
me
I
should
have
made
an
appointment!
Unbelievable...
One
of
the
sales
persons
mr.
M.
Stephan
was
the
only
one
who
tried
to
help
me.
He
checked
if
the
cars
were
still
there,
only
1
of
the
3
Tiguans
I
was
interested
in
was
still
there
and
for
sale..
However
that
car
was
parked
at
a
nearby
terrain
and
wasn't
prepared
/
cleaned.
I
went
anyway
to
see
that
car
which
was
parked
on
a
very
dodgy
spot
a
few
minutes
away.
All
the
cars
there
were
covered
in
dust.
It
also
wasn't
possible
to
testdrive
unless
I
was
certain
to
buy
that
car.
How
can
I
be
certain
when
I
don't
get
the
opportunity
to
testdrive
the
car?!
Off
course
very
dissappointed
because
of
this
whole
situation
I
decided
to
leave
and
never
come
back
to
this
centre.
Futhermore
the
centre
is
very
big,
impersonal
and
I
never
felt
welcome
as
a
customer.
The
salesmen
are
all
busy
and
don't
have
time
for
you.
Never
again...
UPDATE
(02-08-2019):
after
this
review
I
got
a
call
from
mr.
Stephan
in
which
he
offered
me
the
expenses
for
my
trip
to
Leverkusen
on
the
9th
of
July.
A
nice
gesture.
Unfortunately
this
dealer
fails
me
again.
Since
this
offer
nothing
happened.
I've
called
and
e-mailed
several
times
to
ask
when
the
expenses
would
be
transferred
into
my
bankaccount
but
until
this
day
no
answers
to
my
requests.
Sad.
