Very nice hotel in good location. Clean and quiet rooms, beds are ok (could be a bit bigger tho), really nice hotel staff, good breakfast, private parking. Solid 4.5 / 5 rating. 100% recommended.

i stayed from end of sept and 1st oct....not a good experience; except for the rooms that were big, the blankets and the bed were uncomfortable, and the breakfast was ridicoulus: little and with a poor quantity of food. it was a bad idea the best western

Pretty good hotel with relatively small prices, great breakfast, with modern interior and almost in the center of the city. But, I wish they can allow guests to take the menu to the rooms instead of visiting the website and making orders online.

My rooms air conditioning was broken. The sauna was promised to us the night before and when we woke up we found out it wasn’t open until noon. We called and made a reservation but for some reason the message wasn’t properly delivered and they misplaced our reservation and made my girlfriend and I take separate rooms and then tried to charge us the full amount. It wasn’t until I begged them for understanding and told them we were on a cross country biking trip to Aushwitz that the rude receptionist finally gave us the price we agreed on the night before. Cheap corporative money hungry fiends. I don’t recommend staying here.

Exactly what you need for a couple of nights in Opole

Internet is really good and fast! Finaly! Nothing so special otherwise. Breakfast is includdd and also reqlly nice. The restaurant is expensive otherwise, it is delivious but too small amounts..
