Excellent! The breakfasts were fantastic, and the service was highly professional. While the rooms were a bit compact, they were incredibly tidy and well-kept. The hotel is pet-friendly, and the manager went the extra mile by reserving a parking spot for our car and even putting up a sign with our license plates. The restaurant staff even provided me with two bags of ice to transport my medicine.

This Hotel is really good and one of the renowned hotel in OPOLE. I really liked the stay at this hotel. Hope to visit this again in my next travel...

Highly recommend this hotel. Was perfect location to walk to Opole parkrun and definitely worth money we paid. Short walk into centre of town and close to train station.

Great place to stay situated in walking distance to Opole market square! The room was nice and tidy, with the toiletries, fridge and safebox. The bed was comfortable, and big enough to fit me, my husband and our toddler! The breakfast buffet is very generous and the staff was polite during our stay. Their carpark is also easily accessible and in a reasonable price.

Rooms are very nice and clean, the restaurant is nice and the breakfast is rich and variate.

There is no better place to stay in Opole. Food is the best. Service is awesome. I highly recommend it.

This is a nice premium hotel. Though the breakfast options are same for each day. It is better to have different main menu for each 7days for breakfast. Also the restaurant meal options are limite. But quality and taste is really great.

Even known Opole is my hometown, I have to say that I love this town and everytime I come to visit, I stay in this hotel. Great location, good service, awesome food. Quiet area, close to the center.

Reception top deluxe, bar tender / service restaurant top deluxe. He tried to make all he can. Not my first visit, only thing that could get 2-3 stars is room service. Bed was not good made, towel forgot, i have starched me in the night, had blood mark on pillow and sheet, visible, but sheets not changed. All in all, hotel is good and most things are very perfect and professional. I would like if more light at shower and in the room. But that is a nice to have. Room is good equipped, TV is flat screen but no mirroring possible. Bath is nice and clean. Air-conditioning works perfectly. Generally good clean room. Parking is in the garage possible but limited space. I can recommend and good atmosphere.

The location is ideal for exploring the city, lots of restaurants and bars near by. The Riverside is very pleasant and in general the town seems charming, although limited time to explore. Parking Underground- very small spaces lots of concrete pillars otherwise fine except when spaces blocked with cones and still empty next day or other residents don't stay in their lines making parking stressful. City parking free at weekends, and car park 50m away only 4zł an hour so if you plan to drive around would recommend here not hotel. The hotel is very standard for a 4 star, nice, clean however nothing to write home about e.g. instant coffee... The rooms had so much dark furniture it feels a little cluttered and less roomy than it could be. That said is plenty of storage the furniture was in great condition and very clean. Bathroom is good standard and clean. The price we paid 320zł for a Saturday night seemed very reasonable. The receptionist was really helpful and very professional. So a good solid 4 especially given reasonable price but no wow factor. Parking prevented me giving 5 stars.

Nice hotel and friendly staff , the only thing not comfortable was the bed pillow... change them and you will be five stars about everything

The room was actually good but the very soft bed and the huge pillow didn't give me the best sleep I needed. Everything else was great. Especially the breakfast I liked a lot. Not like the usual cold Cuts they had some local and more different choice.

Hotels in North America can use some Example how to be customer oriented. The buffet breakfast is a 5 star compared to American hotel buffet. There is eggs, cheese, hams, breads, fruits etc... Clean hotel and located in the heart. Check out the perogi place called “Pierozek” just a walk from there.

Great hotel to visit opole and is region! I come here since 3 years regularly for business travel and I like this hotel ! The room have space, comfort and quiet ! The personal are nice, available and speak multiple languages! Wi-Fi and high internet connection by wire are available in the room ! The room are really clean and checked every day ! The restaurant are also really nice with really good food !

Good and clean hotel, friendly staff! But: I booked this hotel because of the Tesla charging stations. Supposed to be always available for The hotels guests, unfortunately it is impossible to book with the hotel booking and spots are always blocked by the other cars. Receptionists refuse to help and finally the charging stations are useless as diesel cars are parked…. Very annoying!

Nice upscale hotel that us within walking distance to many restaurants and the river. There is a jail/police station next door but overall the area is quiet. The food in the restaurant is prepared well and there is a bar here. Air conditioning in room works good, room came with a fridge and TV. The bed is a nice size as well, casual tables in the front area. I would recommend staying here
