The
sushi
was
fine,
nice
soft
rice.
However,
the
"tempura"
was
mislabeled:
we
got
breaded
butterfly
shrimp
and
beer
batter
calamari
-
literally
the
type
I
buy
frozen
at
the
supermarket.
They're
tasty,
but
call
them
pub
snacks,
not
tempura,
especially
if
you
have
a
huge
photo
of
actual
tempura
on
the
wall
and
everyone
can
see
their
plate
looks
nothing
like
the
photo.
The
owner
kept
standing
over
other
guests'
table
talking
loudly
about
ingredients
and
Okinawa
-
I
sincerely
appreciate
the
passion
for
their
work,
but
the
place
is
clearly
understaffed.
We
had
to
remind
the
server
about
the
drinks
we
had
ordered,
and
we
ate
from
napkins
for
a
while
until
they
remembered
to
bring
us
plates.
The
owner
gave
us
a
monologue
about
getting
bad
reviews.
Honest
advice
-
please
spend
more
time
overseeing
the
kitchen
and
helping
your
staff
out
instead
of
talking
at
customers,
and
you'll
get
better
reviews
for
improved
quality
and
service.
