I have been to about 10 Up Garages so far. This Chikusei store is the best ever. I bought a rear spoiler for my 30 Alphard online. I went to pick it up on November 1, 2023. The answers to my questions are clear, and until I ask for additional photos and they take them, it's no different from other up garages. Some stores may take a week to respond or may not upload additional photos even if you ask for them. . . I had a week to pick it up since I was far away, but when I went to pick it up, I was greeted cheerfully and it felt like someone who seemed to be in a higher position was teaching someone who wasn't very familiar with the job. To be honest, the way you teach is too polite! ! I felt that I would be happy if such a person were my boss. The boss who was taking care of me looked at the cash register and saw a woman handling it, but said to the other staff, "Mr. ⚪︎⚪︎! Please register!" . . . One customer at the register, one clerk, I thought to myself, ``Huh? Why?'' But the item seemed to be heavy, so when I realized that I had called the female store clerk for help, I realized that I was human after all.
