My family and I stayed for a week in 1908C which is 3 Bedrooms/3.5 Bathrooms it has a huge living room,huge chef kitchen and a large dinning area,Spacious bedrooms...it was very GORGEOUS and I didn't want to go back home! The Condo was very CLEAN AND SPOTLESS. We totally enjoyed our stay the balcony view is amazing with a hot tub and a grill there too for an option. 5 star Condo! Definitely would book this Condo again! 🙂👍

We have stayed at Turquoise many times. The condos are spacious and beautiful. The view is amazing. Today I called and received the absolute best customer service from Naomi. She went out of her way to assist me. Thank you so much Naomi! Can’t wait for our next stay.

Where to start. I have stayed here once before (about 10 years ago) and it was great. Wanted to bring my family this time, talked about how wonderful it was, and was embarrassed how AWFUL the trip was. First night my sister was shocked by the button on the jacuzzi tub, the maintenance man’s words were “no wonder, the cover is missing”. The room was not clean when we arrived-old noodles on the carpet, fridge was disgusting, candy from past guest everywhere, glow sticks left in the ice maker, etc. Blinds were broken in one of the bedrooms that could be seen in from outside the hall. Plugs didn’t work. Lights on the deck didn’t work. We had to have our washer, dryer, and dishwasher worked on/replaced. Every day it was something new, not to mention the jack hammer going nonstop from 9-5 two floors up. And the ROACHES. Not water bugs, they were actual German Roaches. Inside. Talked to multiple people including the manager and all the help we got was “I’m sorry your stay was so horrible” and $1,000 off of a $7,400 trip. Very disappointing. We will not be going back and will not let anyone we know stay here. Sadly something like the Best Western down the road probably would have had less problems and been more giving had things gone so badly. Edited to add- Yes we booked through spectrum resorts. My family owns a pest control company and we know the signs of roaches. Yes we had the larger roaches on the patio, but we also had German Roaches inside. By that point we were so sick of having to call in service calls, we were just ready to leave. Someone was having to fix something in our room every single day we were there.

Great operation for families or a group. We stayed in tower D. They start with plenty of covered parking on each floor. We stayed on the fourth floor which was perfect for our grandkids. The lazy river is on the fourth level along with a heated pool and two hot tubs. A spacious workout area with weights and all kinds of equipment has a great view of the ocean also on the fourth floor. A nice kids playground is also on the fourth floor. The walkway to the beach is long and wide, making access easier.

Lots of Internet problems. Cell service cuts in and out. Great rooms (3, 4 & 5 bedroom). On the beach and you can rent chairs and drink service. Buffet breakfast included (menu is always the same). TV is satellite and streaming (if someone has logged in). Small playground for little kids. Lots of pools. Still repairing from hurricane damage. Clean rooms, comfy beds/pillows. Many (all?) room have an ocean view. Hot tubs are checked 2x / week. Safe area. Not walking distance to food / shopping.

We stayed here last year and had a wonderful experience in a fantastic, clean unit. THIS year we came excited for another great vacation, but arrived to a dirty, run down unit that we tried to ignore, but just could not relax into. After a full days stay and much deliberation, I called the front desk and spoke with Laurie who was so kind and professional. Within a matter of minutes she had maintenance and housekeeping in our unit and both got right to work. She also got on the phone with management and they ended up offering to move us into the unit right next door which was gorgeous and newly renovated. We excitedly agreed to the move and Laurie was there with a luggage cart, our new keys, new parking passes, etc…even a very sweet gift bag (cooler, towel, sunglasses, water bottle, etc) “for our trouble”. We were/are super impressed and grateful for the quick response and beautiful unit we landed in. Take heart! There are still kind, hardworking, professional people willing to take care of their paying customers!! Can’t wait to see the new hot tubs in action next year.

Stayed in a 3 room condo. Excellent location great beach access. Free breakfast was great. 3 working pools available all three had trash in them each day. Staff was very limited. Looked like they were in the off season already. Room was clean with all the things you need. Trash can was broken which was not a huge deal. The main issue we had was the hot tub water turn bad after the first day and they refused to changed the water for the last three days we were there. We were told each day they would change it tomorrow which never happened. The other issue was the elevators 3 of the 6 elevators were out of service the last two days of our stay which cause up to 20-30 mins waits for the elevators.

My family and I stayed in the penthouse suite, it was very clean had an enormous deck area, the hot tub and the maintenance team that comes every three days was incredible. The rooms and bathrooms were huge and the in law suite was a great bonus! The only complaint I had was some of the rooms did not lock as well as the hallway bathroom. I still give it 5 stars though! I will definitely return here!!

Amazingly beautiful condos right on the water with a private boardwalk to the beach. Comfortable setup with cozy beds and couches, fully furnished kitchen for the chefs, and Jacuzzi tubs perfect for relaxing. Tons of family friendly amenities and service from wade in pools, lazy river, playground, and crafts and activities. We especially enjoyed the spectrum club lounge with its complimentary breakfast bar. Made our trip with our newborn so much easier. Definitely recommend for families going to the beach and those looking for a luxurious, relaxing getaway.

I have stayed at this location multiple times. The place is amazing to look at and has really nice amenities and access to the beach! The downside is that the place seems to perpetually be under construction...and some amenities are hit or miss available. Also, the hot tub issue is a real bummer as they are all closed and had to be replaced. We had a water pressure issue while there and it was near impossible to get shower for a few days. The place is beautiful, but I most likely will look elsewhere for a vacation spot in the area in the future.

This place was beautiful, the rooms were very run down, beds broken, painting falling off the mount, couches needed to be cleaned.Definitely need to revamp the condo. As far as the grill and kitchen supplies definitely have everything you needed The knives were not very sharp good luck with steaks. If you have a full house water runs out so beware. Breakfast was not very good, unless it was the waffle bar. I would suggest you plan to make your own, typical hotel food. The store is only open on selective days so plan accordingly. The view was amazing, the beach accessibility was miraculous.

Another perfect couples getaway at the only place you should stay for your vacation. The size of the 3 bedrooms is amazing and the expansive balconies w/grills and hot tubs are just over the top. Super quiet and clean.The staff are always friendly and prompt. They have heated the lazy river pool during the cooler days and that was the bomb for us adults to chill out. Make sure you book with spectrum as they have a free breakfast buffet daily. We can't wait to go back in September.

They are always improving and maintaining the property. New parking deck with a mega slide to the pool in current construction. Can't wait to be back in the fall. Staff are amazing, and you can't beat the views. Close to food and other activities but not too close. Very relaxing experience.

I can’t say enough about this 5 Star Resort!! Our accommodations, 3BR 3 1/2 bath was amazing with an amazing view! The hot tub was great! So nice to have a gas grill in the balcony! Enjoy the lazy river with the kiddos & the nice pools. There is even an indoor pool!

I will start by saying I’ve never left a review anywhere, ever. . We loved the space of the condo. The AC was awesome and we had plenty of ice! What else is there? We could ignore the roaches on the balcony at night because they are native to that area. There were no roaches on the inside. We could ignore the rock hard mattresses. Not everyone has a bad back like I do. What we could NOT ignore was the fact they overcharged us by $4500. Long story short, we were told that a pipe had burst in our room the day before we were scheduled to check in, and we would have to check into a unit and then move to another unit after three days. Well that did not come to fruition because they fixed the pipe and we moved into our original room and it was fine; there was no room moving. That evidently caused them confusion with the charges. We realized we had been drastically overcharged while at the Atlanta airport on our way home. They thought we had switched rooms. You are forced to check out on the app. There is no person to person check out so that you can go over any charges. My advice…. Make sure you know EXACTLY what you owe before leaving. And do NOT give them your credit card that is tied to a checking account. I will say they credited our account the day we checked out after we called them. It took a little over 48 hours to get refunded.

Really enjoyed my getaway weekend at C1402 Turquoise place from Nina’s rental. Loved the luxury condo, nicely decorated, high ceilings, spacious and the best appliances. Balcony hot tub. Beautiful building. Best part drink coffee with the ocean view and sunsets.

Turquoise place is my family’s favorite spot! It’s like a home away from home without all the chaos at “Home”. Our accommodations was a 3bedroom 3 1/2 bathroom. Huge bedrooms!!! The service is amazing, Doug was a phenomenal help! If you have any questions or concerns he is definitely your go to guy. Awesome personality, caring and very understanding. Doug made sure my family’s stay was amazing, We really appreciate everything he helped us with. Doug gets a 10/10 from our family!! Beautiful place to bring your family, so much fun! You really don’t have to leave the property for to look for things to do because there’s plenty to do here. The kids enjoyed the lazy river and the indoor pool. My son enjoyed the gym with all of the updated equipment and my husband and I enjoyed all of the above plus the gym. My husband and I had our wedding here in May 2014 so this place means a lot to us. Thanks again for such a great stay and fun vacation.

Went in end of October and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Place was clean and smelled lovely. Beautiful views, clean environment, flawless elevators, overall perfect experience.

Turquoise Place is our home away from home and every year when we return in October, we're always welcomed with the same friendly staff as before. Turquoise Place is luxury at its finest. From your own private beach to the lazy river on the fourth floor, gym, indoor pools, outdoor pools, tennis court, there is nothing you can't do while staying here. This is our home away from home and I highly recommend it.

Had high hopes for this condo, but very disappointed in the condition of the unit we rented. The building itself is beautiful and the condos are spacious. When we arrived we found the condo in need of several repairs: 1) a piece of molding pulled away from the wall; 2) master bath toilet was very loose and floppy; 3) closet door in one bedroom was cracked and completely off track; 4) sofa covers in the living room we're dirty and badly stained; 5) big areas in master bedroom and in the kitchen covered with white bare primer/spackling; 6) very poor quality kitchen cabinets that were peeling and cracked; 7) kitchen sink was about to fall out and could not be used for a couple days until it was fixed; 8) bedroom dresser drawers broken, peeling, and didn't close; 9) lawn chairs were ripped, etc. We contacted the management and the manager did send maintenance out to do some repairs. We were thankful for his help, but definitely disappointed in the unit we rented. It was advertised as a premier unit

Have stayed twice and had good experiences both times. Condo is clean. Love the large balcony. Walls are good at withholding sound, never heard our neighbors. Would stay here again.

The best condo EVER!! We have stayed here 3 times. The units are very spacious, huge closets, commercial size refrigerator, additional ice maker by bar. Big deck and hot tub. TV in each bedroom. Bathroom in each bedroom. Free breakfast when you rent through Spectrum Resorts. 10% discount as return customer!!

This is our favorite condo to stay in Orange Beach. If you don’t like kids, it’s not your place.. We have one daughter who is six and we enjoy all the amenities. Great lazy river, pool area with food and bar, music on the weekend. The spectrum lounge has breakfast until 10AM. Debbie who prepares most of the food is a joy. Parking with oversized cars will be an issue. There limited parking spots for anything 80inches. Some items in the room needed attention and staff maintenance was great and had it fixed before we came back up to the room from the beach.

Been coming to Orange Beach since like 2012 but it was always a dream to stay at the Turquoise and we were finally able to make that happen. Our stay was absolutely perfect! I am extremely happy with everything. I cannot wait to go back. Didn’t get a photo or video but we doesn’t love having a hot tub on the balcony. If you’re gym buff you’ll have access to an excellent gym as well.

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay. Ample space, pools, live music on weekends, and incredible accommodations. There was a bar and grill on-site that had awesome pizza as well! This is undoubtedly the nicest place I’ve stayed in Alabama so far.

Great experience. Loved the room, location, parking, pool-side restaurant, and beach access. Only downside is the staff comes every single day to test and work on the patio hot tub. They're very friendly and respectful, it's just a little annoying. Overall great experience though. Still 5 stars.

Just spent couples weekend here with 3 other couples. We had a beautiful 4 bedroom. The hot tubs are extremely clean and they maintain it daily. One of our guest lost her mom while we were at TP. We wanted to do something nice for her and Douglas at the front desk went above and beyond to get flowers and even suggested a sympathy card. The front desk staff even signed the card. When I thanked him and asked what I owed he said it was complimentary. This really touched my heart. He and Mariah kept the balloons and items at the front desk and we were able to surprise her with a balloon release. I will never forget this. Not one complaint!!! We love Turquoise Place!!! Be back soon!!

We’ve stayed at Turquoise Place under the the Spectrum umbrella twice and have had a fantastic experience both times. The beds are so comfortable, working ice machines and the personal hot tub on the porch over looking the ocean is amazing. They also service the hot tub midweek. You also get complementary breakfast every morning on the 5th floor of tower D. If you book under a third party property rental you will NOT get the same quality or the breakfast. We rented under ***** it was Dirty, the drapes in one of the master suites were down so the sun shown through, no privacy and made the room extremely HOT! Under **** the ice machine and the hot tub were dirty and didn’t work and we couldn’t get a maintenance person to come. Any time we have rented with Spectrum their maintenance team responds almost immediately. Don’t make the same mistake we did, rent only from Spectrum at Turquoise Place! The beach is beautiful and Peter the umbrella and chair guy is great on the beach! As soon as you arrive rent your spot for the week. ;)

Overall a great place. Few mishaps with parking but nothing to cause a scene about. All positives things to say minus the resort pricing for breakfast and lunch. Absolutely uncalled for and very disappointing. The resort was very clean, super helpful staff, and the rooms were very well taking care of. Our Grill was very disappointing but hey we managed. Thank you for a great experience.
