Do not waste your time here. Dr. Himabindu Gandam is the absolute worst doctor/human being I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I accompany my Mom to her pain management visits. She has been seen by Tracy (PA) for the last year or so. She finally agreed to pain injections ( although she had them years before and they did not help). Dr Gandam gave her two injections. The second injection she gave my Mom hit a nerve or something because my mom could barely walk afterwards. The assistant in the room did not offer to help my mom on or off the table after the injection. I was not allowed in the room where the doctor administers the injections. The next appointment we had with Dr Gandam we explained the injection did not work, in fact left my Mom in immense pain for 2 weeks. She began having back and leg spasms that are very painful and uncontrollable. The doctor did not like our feedback. We also mentioned how rushed she is each time she gave the injection. Runs in the room, injection and back out. She did not like to hear that. My mom was very upset and starting speaking loudly to the doctor and at that point the doctor became very loud and belligerent with my 76 yr old mom telling her she must show no disrespect to her because SHE is the doctor. What a joke! Act like a doctor. Have some compassion, empathy, anything! She is a robot. Told us to come back in two weeks, changed her medication entirely, only prescribed 14 days worth vs 30 days worth as she had been, decreased the strength as well, which has led to some other issues. We go back to her office today and she promptly dismissed my mother as a patient. Nice. Thanks for absolutely nothing. Now my mother has 30 days to find a new pain management doctor. Dr. Gandam is the most uncaring doctor ( it pains me to use this title) we have ever met. She cannot take ANY feedback at all. She has no patience, is argumentative and wants to be put on a pedestal. Do not recommend this office at all. Highly discourage anyone ever seeking out this office for pain management assistance. Her staff has sorely declined as well. Sadly. She is their boss, of course they have her back. Sickening. I’ve also lodged a complaint against Dr Gandam with Medicare and United Heath and the Florida Dept of Health.

I’m surprised this place doesn’t have even worse reviews. This place is a circus staffed with a bunch of clowns who have no business being in the medical field. After 2 office visits, why would you schedule me for botox injections only to tell me that my insurance doesn’t cover it? I stated from day one the amount of Botox units I’m used to getting every 3 months as covered by my insurance. Everyone here lacks common sense and decency and have no issue wasting everyone’s time or playing God to watch people squirm in pain. The doctor is very rushed and condescending and lacks empathy and professionalism. It’s probably a godsend that this woman couldn’t get anywhere near me with a needle. Chronic pain and migraines aren’t a joke, but this practice is. You can all go to hell :)

Never come here if you want to stay on the medications your on that work. I was on tramidol for 4 months before going here as my doctor said for chronic pain I need to see a pain clinic. Dr gandam refuses to treat pain with any opioids and only pushes steroid injections or Botox injections. Went for 2 months to try and work with them as I just wanted to have my pain managed so I can work.

If I could leave a 0 for rating I would have . I have been in pain management for two years now from a car accident. I usually see the nurse practitioner and she is nice. Today I seen dr.Gandam and she tried forcing me to have more epidural in my back which did not help before when I got them . They caused more pain. She had no compassion at all and told me if I don't get the epidural and shots she will not give me my pain medication. She should not be a doctor because she has no compassion at all for people. Dr. GANDAM IS THE WORST DOCTOR I have dealt with. People if you want a caring Dr go elsewhere

I would not recommend anyone who is in real pain go to this place. They do not treat people with kindness or decency. Especially the two front desk ladies Sarah and unfortunately I wasn't able to get the other young ladies name. The way that they treated this man who was in a lot of pain didn't help their case, then Sarah was very disrespectful to me. I'm not the one for that I walked out the office without even seeing the doctor. If I could have rated them a zero or -0, I would have done so. Then I go to the reviews and find out I'm definitely not the only one who feels that way about this place after only one visit or multiple visits. This place should not be open and they should not be trying to help people because they don't.

I scheduled appointment to have the nerve in my hip killed. It had to go into my insurance company to be approved. My appointment was scheduled for tomorrow morning. I made all the arrangements for somebody to take me I called today and they informed me oh it was denied by the insurance company well when were they gonna tell me, when I come down in the morning and someone drops me off to have the procedure done then they’re going to tell me it was denied. The office people need to get their act together and inform people of things before they come down there Donna Blakley

Patients BEWARE these people should be ashamed pushing experimental injections to line their own pockets. These people don't care about the hyppocratic oath they took to do no harm. There selective good reviews are forgeries and their pumping toxins in liue of helping those who struggle with actual pain. This place and the people who operate it are utter garbage!

The staff is amazing! Especially the front desk. Dr Joseph and Dr Gandam are amazing and I would recommended them to anyone that is in pain.
