We had a horrible experience with food poisoning! They put our name down on a special list and when we called in to make sure our name was on the list before driving all the way there it wasn't! We were told by Jessica the manager they only keep the list for a certain amount of time and she would get back with us within 24 hours. Well it's been well over a month and she never called us back! I can't believe the unprofessionalism coming from a manager! Not to mention when we called she was very rude and unhelpful! This is so sad because we would eat there at least twice a week. Wawa lost our business!

For a gas station Wawa has always had some pretty decent food options. I had never tried the breakfast food though and I have to say the black bean breakfast quesadilla was on point. High protein and lower carb, this helped set my morning off with some fuel. Friendly staff alongside ( the guy at the food counter started up a friendly convo) Thanks for a good experience!

I asked employee if he can please lightly toast my cheesesteak sub and he gave me attitude and said I should have chosen that option which I told him that it didn’t give me one just no or yes to have it toasted. He still gave me attitude and my sub was cold including the meat . And waited a very long time which there was no one in line . This is ridiculous moving forward I rather keep driving down to the Wawas in Deland . Way better customer service

Calling the Police on someone who is standing on public property exercising their right to free speech is despicable. Maybe you should take your business to North Korea.

Used the Tesla charger had to run into the bathroom. I have used this one before and the bathrooms are always garbage. This time I had to take pics. It’s a disgrace and for as much business Wawa should r have a reputation for gross bathroom and they do. They are always filthy.

Every time I order from this Wawa from the app, in person or online delivery my items always come fresh and well prepared ! I highly recommend this Wawa ! There is always plenty of parking spots, the whole gas station inside and the restrooms are always clean. Neither bathroom has a changing table though which they badly need. The staff is friendly and they are always polite. They also have Tesla car charging stations at this location!

Hoagie classic roll was supposed to be toasted not petrified. It's so hard I can't even bite through it. Had to throw it out. Very disappointed the first time ever, I've had a problem with a sandwich at Wawa. Never getting it toasted again. Contacting the manager to let him know. Pic shows just how hard this butter knife is standing up in the hard as .. bread. Luckily I had a sausage roll at home I could transfer the filling onto so I could finally enjoy my dinner. I did speak to mgr, so he could be informed for training purposes. He was once again very friendly & helpful since upon my checkout while in store, my app which I rang up my sandwich thru my app was giving issues. Also troubles for the freebies in app. Overall visit was an experience but I believe this was a fluke plus they were extremely busy as always. Sandwich taste great once I got it on soft bread. Lol. I love Wawa and will be back!!

I was at WAWA today to grab a quick lunch and selected Tuna toasted sandwich with some additional. While scanning my ticket to pay, i noticed it said Chicken Sandwich, I paid and ran to the Food Station and asked what was showing on the screen, well my sandwich was ready and it was the chicken, not Tuna as I wanted. It was my mistake but the nice lady immediately offered to change it and I refused saying thank you, since I though they will get in trouble for wasting the food, while we were on the conversation, another young lady seemed Asian was already preparing the Tuna Sandwich and a amazing male supervisor , with beard insisted a convinced me to go to computer to request the sandwich so they will have it in record. My sandwich was ready. I was never treated as nice as this people did. I know WaWa stands among other places; BUT THIS was streamed. AMAZING 3 human’s people, profesional and classy. I don’t have enough stars to give to them.
