My
wife
and
I
came
in
on
a
Sunday
afternoon
to
get
lunch
and
ordered
take
out.
We
never
saw
a
Taco
Bell
staff
member
until
our
food
was
ready,
and
we
were
only
given
part
of
our
order.
If
we
had
taken
the
order
as
it
was
given
to
us
and
not
checked
the
order
ourselves,
we
would’ve
left
without
a
good
portion
of
our
food.
When
we
realized
our
order
was
incomplete,
we
went
to
the
counter
to
ask
for
the
remaining
portion
of
our
order,
and
waited
a
full
five
minutes
before
an
employee
came
to
talk
to
us.
I
had
to
politely
raise
my
voice
a
few
times
just
to
reach
for
enough
into
the
kitchen
for
the
staff
to
hear
me.
I
was
very
disappointed
with
the
customer
service
shown
by
this
location,
and
I
will
not
likely
be
returning
anytime
soon.
When
I
mentioned
to
the
staff
member
that
brought
out
the
food
that
it
was
important
to
maintain
quality
customer
service
and
to
be
available
to
customers
as
much
as
possible,
he
avoided
eye
contact
and
walked
away,
mumbling
under
his
breath.
As
a
quality
control
manager
myself,
I
found
this
whole
situation
to
be
appalling,
as
I
would
never
accept
the
same
behavior
from
my
own
staff
members.
