I have been doing the process to rent an apartment and the person who has been helping me all the time is Jocelyn. She is always very kind and helpful even when she has a lot of work and a lot of people waiting for her to be attended, she always is very respectful and try to help everyone. I am very happy to make the decision of living here.

This is addressed to ownership/property management specifically: Please fix the ongoing problem with the overflow from the sewer drain/toilets ASAP. I have visited several times and this is a continuing problem. It is unfair to the residents who live here to constantly deal with this and it is a safety hazard as well. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I will be checking back within the next two weeks to confirm that this issue has been resolved.

Swift and efficient, left a maintenance request in the portal the night before. Worked an 8 hr shift and it was fixed when we got home. Too good actually it's super cold. Thank you so much

I've lived here a long time because I love the location and the view out my window. Nothing but nature and quiet for the most part since I face the nature preserve. Maintenance is quick on taking care of items in my apartment.

Your maintenance crew is awesome. Lewis is the best supervisor you've had in this complex in my 17 years living here. However your emergency line is non existent. They really never call back or take care of your problem.
