I would not give this hotel one star at all. They are disrespectful, dirty, drug dealing going on in the hotel. Irresponsible, roach infested my son died in the hotel. They did not care at all to speak about the matter. This is not a hospital is what I was told when I asked for them to please check on my son. Had they just checked that morning my son may still be with us today. All I needed was help. They were more interested in my money when I had already paid them. They should have been more considerate of my situation that I was trying to control from my part. The manager is very rude, no skills. None at all very disrespectful. He doesn't know how to talk to people. Doesn't know how to pick up the phone at night time. I was a bother when I was asking for help. When people called complaining about the rooms nothing is their problems all they care about is the money. They do not clean right at all. When people complain about a situation its not their problem so this is why I rate this hotel 0 🦗

I arrived after 12 and had to wait for 30 min until someone arrived to check me in. Had to call twice, no one picked up first time… then the guy was extremely rude and was doing everything slow and with obvious look of displeasure… Horrible service, but rooms are great

I read these reviews, and I was a little taken back. My room was awesome. It had new everything. They sprayed for bugs. It was very clean. The towels were fresh and white. It had a kitchen nice bathroom, tv, and a comfortable bed. The staff was nice to me. Management is everything. They must have turned this place around because I was quite happy.

Price was good and environment was chill. They really need an upgrade. Staff was alright. The room wasn't fully cleaned(floor was dirty) None of the channels I wanted to watch worked. Shower wouldn't turn all the way off and kept leaking. Blanket had stains.

Place was absolutely horrible! My mother tried to get a room there by accident. As soon as I walked in I got instant contact from the marijuana smell. It was dirty and just not a place for my mother. Listen just stick to the normal hotels ! Trust me !

The main check in part is mainly left unattended. The fridge and shower wasn't working well and our microwave fell from its placement underneath the top cabinet. On top of all that there were also roaches.

DONT BE LIKE ME AND PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS!😂 0 stars if I could! ROACH CITY! Thy absolute worst hotel I booked in my life. My family and I drove from Charlotte NC to Orlando (about 8hrs) for a getaway. When I opened my room door I seen roaches scattered everywhere as If I interrupted a roach meeting! We literally ran back to the elevator so quickly and requested a refund! Luckily we were able to find a nice hotel near the airport so late at night!!

Just about half of the entrances/exits the key card doesn’t work or out of order signs say ! Soda machine is out of order !! This is a Smokers Hotel and I mean smokers on every corner of hotel !! Hotel is very understaffed ! Hotel is a Roach Motel, bought a can Raid got tired of them crawling around ! A nice big Tent over this building wouldn’t hurt ! The manager drives a Tesla this tends to leave a bad taste in your mouth ! Your managing a broke down hotel but your okay driving a Tesla which you park several times in a handicapped parking spot !

Why are they charging $555 a week here for 1 person? There's no pool, the cable is always losing connection, and you have to pay extra for housekeeping. They recently painted the building and redid the parking lot, That's why they raised the rates ,the guests are paying for the "upgrades".

This motel doesn't even deserve one star. There was a flood in the hotel above my friends and so the vent in her hotel bathroom was filled with mold and after having the maintenance man come look at the AC and still smelling an awful smell he came back and upon mention of the smell went directly to the bathroom vents and told her there was mold in there and that he's known about it. So my friend went to the front desk to ask them to clean it and they KICKED HER AND HER CHILD OUT for wanting her hotel room to be liveable and claimed none of their maintenance knew of any mold. I will be contacting the BBB as I'm pretty sure that's illegal as she hadnt broken the terms of her stay. There were roaches everywhere and multiple other problems in the room. I guess it shouldn't be a surprise when I read in these reviews a dad tried to call and check in on his son and they refused and it turns out his kid was dead in one of their rooms. Be better, because this is absolutely disgusting

Rachelle was the only helpful and kind staff member during my stay !! I will be calling corporate and the health department because of how disrespectful the manager is and how unsanitary the rooms and building are. My original check in date was Oct 6 for myself and child but they were booked so I was directed to a sister hotel nearby to stay until a room became available here. After a week Oct 12 I called back and had my reservation setup for check in Oct 13. Check in day comes and I am woken up by them calling to tell me they cancelled my reservation because of no rooms and renovations HOURS BEFORE CHECK IN! Again I am with doing all of this my child. My friend then called Wood spring front desk just to be told that they do have a room available just not for the 13th but for the 14th so I get an overnight room. Oct 14th comes I go for check in. Once in room I notice freezer was turned off (simple fix) but didn’t freeze until 4 days later, the stoves hood top doesn’t work if the lights are not on. That night I was getting our things situated when I moved the nightstand for my air mattress and to my surprise I found someone’s dentures ( goes to show just how well they are checking and cleaning the rooms) I brought them to front desk in a bag and they disposed of them for me. 3 days later 17th and I begin to notice this musty moisture like smell in the room but only when AC is not circulating. Killed plenty of roaches coming from behind the fridge and cabinets. I asked for maintenance to check the AC Oct 20th (I waited to see if maybe it would go away since ac and freezer were off initially) thinking maybe it has a leak, they clean it out and put air freshener but that moist smell is still there. Maintenance then shows me to the bathroom and points out mold, BLACK MOLD. When I told him that was there when I checked in but I didn’t realize it was mold his response was Oh yeah I know about that there was leak on the room above you. Why rent out a room knowing there is black mold, I was then told to speak with the manager in the morning about doing something for it, wasn’t offered help to treat it or anything I HAD TO CLEAN IT WITH BLEACH MYSELF ! Now here we are Oct 21st went to front desk to speak to manager. Understandably they’re booked so switching rooms wasn’t an options, going to sister hotel wasn’t an option for me as they’re too far from where I need to be or too expensive. Was offered to have it treated, when I already treated it myself, should have offered to treat it when I was told. Also shouldn’t have rented out the room if there was mold anywhere. THE MANAGERS SOLUTION IS TO HAVE US KICKED OUT OF THE HOTEL BECAUSE OF A BAD REVIEW 🤣 you don’t want bad reviews then you should do better with your housekeeping, hospitality and customer service, sanitation and hygiene. I will be contacting the health department about this issue. From reading reviews this is not the first time this has happened. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Someday, they will renovate the indoors (they were painting the outside while I was there) and it will be worth staying here, maybe. Here's all the things that went wrong: I paid for internet and then called Tech Support to upgrade it because it was too slow or intermittent. There was no improvement. I mostly worked off my phone's hotspot and skipped your service. Because I was there to work, poor internet service was extremely inconvenient. I asked for a refund of the internet charge and received it. Too much marijuana smoke/smell in the hotel hallways. Hallway carpets were disgustingly filthy. Even realizing the place was being renovated, there's no excuse for not shampooing them. Having only three hangers was insufficient. I was shocked that you sell cookware and dishes. I've been to extended stay hotels before and these items were always provided. I went to Salvation Army and bought what I needed much more cheaply. No blanket or bedspread on the bed when I arrived. I had to ask for them. I mopped my own floor with a sponge, crawling on my hands and knees because the floor felt grimy to my bare feet. I was told by Jonas when I called to book the hotel (who was very unpleasant to work for and asked for a credit card before even getting my name for the reservation) and Sam at reservations (who was more pleasant to work with) as well as Rachelle at the front desk that your hotel has a backup generator which is why I booked there, but finally, Jason Frink the GM told me that you do not. I was evacuating from Hurricane Ian (from my home in Clearwater) so having a generator on site was important to me. Given all the unpleasantness, I felt significantly overcharged. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. There's no excuse for it. Unfortunately, I will never be able to recommend your accommodations to anyone. The few positive things I can say: I could cook my own food. Rachelle was pleasant and helpful when I checked in at 2 AM. Jason Frink, the GM, was also pleasant and responsive as much as he could be. I only saw one small bug so apparently they have handled the roaches other people report.

Has got to be the worst Hotel/Motel in Central Florida. Whole place smells horrible, water system wasn’t running for 2 days and toilets wouldn’t flush. Roaches are everywhere and over all the property and rooms are beyond dirty. This was a last resort because I saw the other reviews but honestly being homeless might be better, at least it’s free.
