Einstein who? These guys take their bagels seriously, and it really pays off. I ordered the most basic bagel, toasted plain with cream cheese... and it was good, very good. I hadn't had a good bagel in a while. Place was clean, service was good, people were nice... all in all a great experience. When you walk in, the first thing you see is the very fancy water filtration system. The bagels stations have a window where you can see how they make them... I found out that they sell more than just bagels, they have sandwiches, omelets, muffins (didn't try those... yet) and a good variety of juices and drinks.

The concept and the food of Brooklyn Water Bagel is absolutely awesome, the staff is great and the place looks good, (There is also the coffee refills which are very unique). The thing is that the food is so expensive, you are eating a normal breakfast, eating a bagel sandwich, a hash brown and drinking coffee and your coming out paying 18$ per person. And despite the cold brew coffee being refill, the coffee is very weak (even the strongest brew). I still highly recommended this place, if your willing to pay a bit more.

Brooklyn water bagel has a solid offering that will get you by for breakfast or whenever you decide to treat yourself to a bagel. The sandwiches can be pretty good depending on what you like. I prefer their everything bagels. Even when I order for delivery, the food always arrives warm and fresh. Whenever I’m craving a bagel sandwich, BWB can definitely hit the spot.

The Bagels were very good and I really liked the coffee options. I have not been to an original in New York nor am I much of a bagel connoisseur but I enjoyed it. The staff weren't particularly cheery so I hope that is not the norm or I'll be changing my rating to reflect management. Nonetheless, I'll definitely be back.

Pastrami egg n cheese on onion bagel. Was good next time I will leave off the egg. Outdoor seating available as well. They also have the honeymooners playing on TV inside. Love that show.

Looking for some amazing bagels? Breakfast bagel sandwhiches?? Bagel everything??? Ice cube coffee???? Look no further!!! Finally a place that can indulge my craving for both coffee and bagels completely. The bagels are amazing, the sandwhiches are amazing, and the coffee options are great. The ice made out of coffee (Cubesta) is such a genius idea I started making them at home for my iced coffees. It guarentees your coffee doesn't get watered down, but actually more potent as it melts!!! The Einstein that decided to incorporate this into a resturant deserves a Nobel peace prize. It might take some frequent visits to get your bagel pairing to sandwhich down but no experiment will go unrewarded as most combinations I have tried were super tasty. The only downside here is it can get cramped inside when it's busy. Other then that, it's all good baby! I couldn't recommend this place enough and is one of our favorites. As a true New Yorker, I can say these bagels have come really close to those bagels up north. Fluffy, soft and delicious! Love the concept of the name! Because it is all about the WATER! But it’s still not NY bagels. 😅

It's always amazing. Great New York bagels. They ionize the water to make it like New York and make the bagels, coffee, and soda with it. Always make the trip out here on our weekend when we can.

Ordered for the first time here and it was thru Grubhub. Food came on time but the bagel was extremely soggy even though I opted to have it toasted. The eggs were as plain as can be and gross, the ham was okay, the sausage tasted weird. The only good thing was the bacon. The hashbrowns weren't crispy but I'll chalk that up to the delivery time making it that way. No way the bagel got soggy from sitting though. Sorely disappointed as this was my first experience

First time here but always heard about it. Wanted to try the breakfast sandwich with an everything bagel and enjoyed it very much! Great seasoned bagel, and loaded with bacon, ham, and sausage. I want to go again and try their classic bagels and cream cheese.

I don’t hand out 3 stars lightly but I am incredibly disappointed in my experience here. First, I asked for a bagel with veggie cc and bacon and they forgot the bacon. My husband got a bagel with BEC and his bacon was not cooked. The bagels were so small I couldn’t believe the price. $22 for our 2 bagels and 2 multigrain bagels to go. I’m giving 3 stars because the bagels were edible (without the undercooked bacon) but I would not return here.

Entering someone smiled and complimented my scarf. Customer service was excellent!! My sandwich was assembled with such care...it was perfect! First time at this location. Lake Mary is my usual stop.

Wanted something different for breakfast this morning and ended up doordashing this place. Doordashing from restaurants I've never tried can be hit or miss, but this place was a 10/10. Their hashbrowns were probably the best i've had, and the bagel was amazing. I'll definitely be a returning customer !!

Wayyyy overpriced. $6.29 for a egg and cheese bagel with butter? Not even including a meat. The bagels should be huge for that price and they’re very small. The egg isn’t even freshly cooked it’s the fake patties you can just get at Burger King. Used to come here often, not any more.

Very good. They make coffee ice & have a great variety of offerings. The matzah ball soup was not the way I like it, but the everything bagel with jalapeño cream cheese was delicious.

the customer service is great but the bagel was honestly gross. I believe it was Brandon (i couldn't hear him too well) who helped me up front and he was just so nice! You couldn't help but smile after how friendly this guy is! That being said, I wish the bagel was just as good. I was pretty disappointed as a jersey girl ordering the "jersey boy" (Taylor ham egg and cheese)... I probably should have turned away after seeing that didn't call it pork roll lol...and the fact that they have you put the salt pepper ketchup on yourself. When I normally order this in jersey they egg is usually fried so it's my mistake for assuming it'd be made the same way. The egg was like a block of scrabbled eggs. It was gross and the bagel was sticky and small...much smaller than the contents it held. Very disappointing. The 3 stars are only for the customer service but I won't be back

Bagels are AMAZING, but the customer service is not very good. I understand that it’s busy, I work in a fast paced food service environment as well, but I’ve rarely had good customer service interactions here and I’m always extremely respectful. I kinda feel like I’m walking on eggshells when I talk to anybody there. I hope I just keep catching them on a bad day because I really do understand what that’s like. I hope they’re being taken care of behind closed doors!

The bagels are delicious here! There are a lot of options about how they will be served to you. Oddly, most are made as sandwiches. Even though the flavors are there, I'd much prefer to have my cream cheese, or avocado, or whatever I've ordered to go on my bagel, evenly smeared on both sides of the bagel...instead of just placed in large pieces or chunks. Very difficult to eat the way it is served. But...the bread of the bagels is excellent! The muffins were moist and yum! The avocado on one bagel wasn't ripe...still at the hard stage, so impossible to eat. :( I asked for decaf...they had to make a new pot...after waiting patiently for 16min, I checked on the status and was told they had forgotten. :( Some of our order came out incorrect, but was quickly remedied. Did I mention the bagels taste delicious?!?!

First time trying this place. Absolutely delicious! Must try for bagels. Soft yet dense with a perfect chew! I will be coming back soon to try their deli sandwiches! Iced coffe is delicious!

I truly love bagels and cream cheese from this place, but the other options seem to be lacking. The lox bagel felt like it was missing something and the avocado on the plain bagel was lacking as shown. I would still come back but not to order those.
