    My daughter and I went here to eat lunch and the worker told us that the lobby was closed, minutes later another family went inside and were eating. More people showed up and were eating inside. My daughter and I were sitting in my car eating, but others were allowed inside. BTW I'm white and my daughter is half white, the people that were allowed inside was.....take a guess yeah that's right, they were not white. Seems like racism to me, what do you think?

    Be warned the staff working during the 1pm shift on 5/5/2022 and the manager working there are extremely rude. The manager should get fired she was so disrespectful to me and another lady who came right after me. When I arrived I waited 10 minutes before someone could come assist me to the register. There was a handful of employees there is no reason why they couldn’t ring me up. Instead of helping me they told me to please go to kiosk. I was buying lunch for my company and needed to bring back a receipt therefore I mentioned making a big order and they still told me to do it on the kiosk. I go ahead and ordered my food on the kiosk right after as you can see in the images 2-3 ladies came after me. Staff also made them wait but this time they assisted them and helped them using the register. As they were assisting the lady in the green they were so disrespectful to me and her. The lady in green was ordering and the staff members were giving attitude , remarks and gave wrong order. For that reason is that you will see some sort of refund around that time. Not only did this happen but they all caused a big fuss after requesting for a receipt that never printed due to me using kiosk. Once again this was as a result of staff members being lazy and disrespectful to me. Meanwhile I was talking to the new manager who’s shift began at 2pm the previous shift manager was very rude and disrespectful. As a business you will lose a lot of revenue having this type of angry staff members in your franchise. Please get rid of them you’re losing money and providing poor customer service. Very very disappointed!

    The cashier Tonya had an attitude, and was very rude. She didn't say word to me through the whole check process, handed my food to me incomplete slammed the window shut on me, then handed my remaining item to me, slammed the window again and locked it. My food was all messed up besides the bean burrito. I bought extra meat for my crunch wrap which was absolutely disgusting. The lettuce was old and slimey, the beef had a funny taste, and the chicken was dry as hell. The meat on the items I ordered was skimped, and piled up with rotten vegetable toppings . I work for the food industry, and this is absolutely unacceptable. I'm the main cook on property, and I would never serve anyone a meal like I received. Food service is not a joke. It's a job that needs to be taken seriously. Unfortunately it's not in this establishment. I can bet that the only employee that's food safe certified is the manager. I will be contacting the Department of Health, and Better Business Bureau if this situation doesn't get this resolved in a timely manner.

    I rather eat dirt off the ground then from here. The staff are completely unprofessional. They do not value time, quality, or the custome. I rather drive 6 miles in the opposite direction then go to them again. STAY AWAY. Unless your own life means nothing to do then go right ahead

    Every time I go they never have anything on the menu I a month ago for coffee in the morning and the lady was rude and said we out and I just tried again tonight and she said the same exact thing . If they don’t never have it why not take it off the menu? Their tone of voice every time sound like they are aggravated for anyone ordering

    This taco bell is usually great. The inside is always clean and the staff are nice. But the downside is sometimes when in the drive thru they forget an item or two on orders. I'd say 1 in every 10 trips I'm missing something. Which isn't really bad but is still a negative. But aslong as you always check your bag before leaving you should be Ok.

    Staff is always nice to me ❤️ But the manager on duty tonight at around 10pm was awful to the staff. Older white lady manager was trying to single out a staff member to reprimand them about keys being left in the supply door. I understand the mishap but she was trying to single out a person saying “ WHO DID THIS??” Instead of being a leader she was being a tyrant one employee said I have a headache her response was “well I’ll give you a bigger headache” I was in the drive through and the glass door was shut if this tells you that she was YELLING at her staff. I even apologized that they even have to deal with such a bad unprofessional leader. A simple “hey guys these keys were left in the door we can’t have this happen because xyz” would have sufficed and earned more respect. As someone who works in management in retail it’s sad to see another manager act this way.

    I rarely eat fast food but I did enjoy the vegan fiesta burrito that I ordered. I can truly say that I was pleased with the level of professionalism that I received from Yaliza!     TERRIBLE customer service. I came in here to pick up a second Doordash order (my first one was at the KFC Nextdoor, which met me with superb customer service, despite them being busier than this Taco Bell). Usually, at any Taco Bell I go to to do this stuff, somebody always greets me at the register & kindly lets me know when the order will be ready, if it isn’t on the shelf already. Well, all I did here was stand by the counter since no one was at the register for over five minutes, then, when an older woman with glasses came up, I told her I was here for Doordash, and she responded to me in an annoyed, rude, and irritated tone, just because I was letting her know: “Okay, well sir, when it’s ready, it will be on the shelf for you.” As if I didn’t already know that. I then watched her sass the next person she served and mutter upset words about him under her breath. She would repeat this behavior again (muttering disrespectful words about customers under her breath), another 10 minutes later, in front of people. Ridiculous, immature, and unbelievable. I watched a grown woman working at a fast food restaurant behave like a high schooler. Whereas, the woman next door at the KFC was 10 times nicer, and her store was full of people, both inside and at the drive thru. There was hardly anybody inside the Taco Bell when I came in (at 4:50 PM), and just barely a few cars in the drive thru. Not to mention, these Doordash orders are supposed to be prioritized- that’s the whole point of them installing the designated shelf for it. But yet, I waited here for OVER AN HOUR, thus making me late to my customer and affecting my driver rating. On the app, it says “pick up by 4:47 PM”- meaning this is when it should be ready by, and the restaurant knows this too. It’s now 6:00 PM, and I’m still waiting— this literally means they’ve delayed the order and have had me waiting here for over 60 minutes. I would’ve been fine with that normally (when it’s just a 10 minute delay- but it wasn’t), and I wouldn’t have even left this review. But the visible disrespect this woman conveyed, both partially to me, and to the other man, plus the amount of time they made me wait, and how poorly prepared and coordinated they were, was just unacceptable. Grow up I had to edit this review 4 times now because I literally just kept waiting, longer and longer. I’ve officially been waiting here for A FULL HOUR NOW, to deliver food FOR YOU. This is unreal. It is 6:00 PM. THAT IS AN HOUR AND TEN MINUTES. She expected me to just cancel the order, but this is MY JOB, I would lose money and my rating would be affected. They asked me 3 TIMES WHO THE ORDER WAS FOR, and just now on the FOURTH TIME, AT 6:00 PM, the GM Had the GENIUS IDEA to ask me what was on the order. These geniuses didn’t even HAVE my order on the SCREEN. Which means they didn’t even BOTHER to check it or TELL ME, the first 3 TIMES THEY ASKED. FOOLS. INCOMPETENT, FOOLS. THIS WHOLE TACO BELL NEEDS NEW EMPLOYEES FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. NOW SHE IS LITERALLY YELLING AT CUSTOMERS. I have been here for an hour and ten minutes.

    By the time I got home I noticed that there are multiple things that was missing and wrong with my order. Tried to call back and talk to somebody but I got hung up on multiple times. I do not recommend going to this taco bell.

    Everytime I come here after work between 2 and 5 pm I'm being told that the system is down. Clearly no one wants to make money here if the system is supposedly always down. Is the internet ever working here

    11/8/2022 Night Shift. Food was cold, didn’t even want to eat it forgot a part of my order and customer service was rude. If you don’t want work then don’t work. But don’t go and have your lazy bad no compliance attitude and no care for people, taken out on the customer. This place really made me not eat nothing tonight. The workers that worked here tonight should either be retrained or have a better attitude working there if not then shouldn’t work there at all. Thanks for the poor service and food for tonight.

    Well of course it's Taco Bell so the food is what it is lol. But I will say this is the best Taco Bell I've been to in a very long time. Everyone was so nice and the service was fast and friendly. Whoever they had cooking did an excellent job! The Taco Bell we normally go to has kind of sad food, always very skimpy but this one the burritos were stuffed full and they listened when I said no sauce I was very impressed. I will definitely be coming to this Taco Bell from now on!

    On this visit, they made my Burrito incorrectly, which would be fine, but their customer service was sub par. Better off at another location. The staff at Hiawassee, as an example, is much friendlier.

    One of the most disrespectful places I’ve been to. I worked in fast food so I always try to be overly nice to the workers, and normally mobile order so they don’t have to deal with taking an order at the drive thru. I drove up waited a couple minutes then got greeted with “what do you want” I’ve been to this place a couple times. The workers are miserable and disrespectful but I can say they never mess up when it comes to the food. They mainly focus on drive thru so I don’t recommend going in or doing pickup. You’ll be waiting a while!

    You know..I've always had an issue with this taco bell.. from poor quality food to poor service and people filled with attitudes like they don't wanna work there. But this takes the cake! I order door dash and THIS IS HOW MY PIZZA IS PACKED?! EXCUSE ME?! I have given this store CHANCE AFTER CHANCE! I think it's time for a better crew and better management.

    Rudest experience ever, there was not a single person sitting in any of the tables and no one else in line we were told by the guy at the cash register to put our orders in at the kiosk very rudely, he said he didn't have time to take our order, needless to say we walked out and went to another restaurant that had no problem servicing us. I was very disappointed I was there with my family of five and we drove all the way from SeaWorld to go to that specific location because the food was always good. Will not be back there again!!!

    Our cashier Deshawn was very efficient, capable and affable with our order. We ordered quite a bit of food and he double -checked for accuracy both at the speaker and the window. The food was done to.our specifications, and was hot and great. Definitely visiting again!

    After waiting for an hour behind only 4 cars I was given the wrong order. I informed them so they took the food back from me and proceeded to take another 15 minutes to redo a crunchwrap Supreme. I watched the employees arguing with each other through the window and one of the cooks looks like he was on something and wigging out. Ultimately I asked for my money back and they went ahead and did so without even offering an apology or anything. Expected considering the location.

    I absolutely love this location. This place the employees Are never rude no problems ever no problems ever. Are there any Taco Bell I've been to this is probably the best one concerning the fact that I've not had any problems and I've never heard of any complaints.

    So my wife just had to call the police on the night shift manager who not only refused to return her money for food they didn't have then proceeded to threaten my wife with physical violence the whole ordeal is ridiculous lucky it didn't escalate the police report will be faxed to corporate in the morning. Worst place ever !!

    Went through the drive-thru and ordered our meals, got to the window paid for our food, got ready to leave decide to check our bags. one of the orders were missing but they gave us three bags, the third bag was full of nothing but sauces which gave the appearance that our food was in there🤬 When asked where is our food because we are missing items. One of the employees kind of laughed it off I guess they didn't figure we were going to notice till we possibly got home and then it would have been too late or too much of an inconvenience to have to go all the way back. People work too hard for the money for them to be playing with people's food time and patience they need to train their staff better.

    How hard is it to give me no cheese? They gave me hard shell and cheese, drove all the way back, gave them the receipt and they made it with cheese again. 8 tacos altogether with cheese that I can't even eat and had to throw away. Lady at the window was rude and annoyed when they made the mistake. Can't even bother to drive back again, I'll just make my own food.
