We had a nice stay during the holiday season. The room was clean and well organized. There was a small kitchen and a full fridge with some utensils that were really helpful. There was complimentary breakfast, but that ends at 9am, so we barely made it. There is a nice heated pool, but we didn't use it enough. The place is really close to SeaWorld, and other supermarkets. Another downside is that the hotel charges 16$ per tax for parking every night, which turns out to be really expensive! Overall a nice and comfortable stay!

The rooms are spacious and good for an extended stay, however, one of the reasons I picked this hotel was for the fire pit at night as the weather was perfect for it. Well, it was out of service and looked like it had been for some time. It would have been nice to know that before hand as I would have chosen a less expensive place.

The only reason why I give it a 4 star review is because the breakfast option was very minimal. Aside from that, our stay here was perfect! Desiree, Alejandra, and Antonio were the BEST staff I could have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. Every question I had was answered and every request I made was completed. Our room was cleaned every day, and the transportation near by was very convenient. We stayed for 2 weeks and loved every minute. I highly recommend staying at this hotel! My daughters loved the pool area too!

Nice rooms. Free breakfast is ok but not great. Cafeteria style - your choice of scrambled eggs, hard boiled egg, sausage patties, home fries, mickey mouse waffles with syrup, instant oatmeal, yogurt, and a banana. Coffee and juice stations. Toast station. Big common eating area. Nice bar but expensive as expected. Courteous front desk with a small mini mart next to it. Snacks, soda, beer, wine, liquor, basic pharmaceuticals, etc. Also pricey. Beautiful pool and hot tub area. Fire pit was out of order. Small outdoor basketball court. Indoor exercise room. Had to book an extra day because of the Christmas storm delaying our flight and was told the rate would be double per night than what we paid for when we booked this in August. Smells like a gouging ripoff but I guess that's how it goes. That said I'd probably come back.

When we first arrived, I was very impressed by how nice the entire place was. As the week went by, I had to change my impression. The room was always clean, but on three occasions, they did not refresh the towels on the floor, and we ran out of washcloths. They also did not refresh the toilet paper and we ran out (6 people in a suite). They do have a hot breakfast, but I'm pretty sure the scrambled eggs were powdered. Even if they were not they were watery and none of my party could eat them. They get 4 stars due to the wonderful people working at the front desk. They actually deserve 5 stars or more. They were incredibly helpful each and every time we spoke with them.

This is a great place to take the family! The pool was outstanding, the complementary breakfast was fresh and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The only thing I would suggest is making sure you plan and shop for your meals ahead of time. There aren’t a lot of options once you are situated at the resort and there aren’t a lot of options close by.

We was there for a conference we checked in on Monday on Wednesday. I was woke up early that morning itching severely so I got up looked at my skin had a horrible rash from my bottom down my leg, so I stripped the bed looking for bad bags, which I did not find but I did find this huge Pee stain I stripped all the beds took a shower, trying to get relief. My husband went and got me some steroid cream then we went and talk to the manager we filled out an incident report. He asked if I need medical attention I said, I think I can get it under control with over-the-counter stuff he offered to move us. We didn’t have no choice because all the other hotels we called and tried to move was booked and it took two different rooms to find a good one we rented a car on Wednesday was told for all the inconvenience are parking would be free which they still charged us. I ended up in urgent care that evening. I got two shots 4 prescriptions. The rest the week our dining table was never wiped off or kitchen counters. Trash wasn’t emptied for two days. So be aware.

Hotel was really nice. Rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Nice pool the kids loved it. My only down side was the check in my family and I drove 10 hours from Louisiana and arrived there after 4 and the room was not ready but they did accommodate us with a upgraded room no extra charge. Overall this hotel was very nice I would stay again if I'm in the Orlando area.

5 stars all around ! This hotel has 5 stars on everything at the price of a 2 or 3 stars hotel (depending on the season) Great location. Minutes away to SeaWorld, universal and Disney Parks (shuttles available too) a blocks away from pharmacy, restaurants, grocery store.amd outlet malls. Great heated pool and Jacuzzi. Great daily breakfast buffet included on your room rate too. Service is great too, staff very friendly. I've been coming to this hotel for years and it never disappoints !

What a lovely hotel! It's ridiculously close to SeaWorld, which was great. It gives the impression of a lot of safety - a gate at the entrance, a secure side entrance that requires a room key, etc. I felt safe and have no reason to think that I wasn't. Our room was awesome - literally like a one-bedroom NYC apartment (maybe better?). Full kitchen with dishwasher, a safe, an office, living room, etc. Could easily be an extended stay room and live comfortably. Also really appreciated the smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime integrations as well as free access to Showtime. Really great experience, affordable. Would definitely stay here again and will look for other opportunities to stay at Residence Inn by Marriott as well!

Room was clean. Breakfast was not very good and had to walk a half mile to the lobby. Whoever designed the place was not smart. Lobbies are always placed fairly near an elevator. Paying for parking is ridiculous. Never stayed where i had to pay.

I have been trying to reach someone for three days without success. I checked out Saturday the 6th and called a few minutes after leaving because we realized we left a sweater on the bed. Instead of turning around on the way to the airport we asked the hotel if they could ship it back to us. They said the room had not been marked as checked out yet therefore housekeeping had not been in yet, so they would tell the housekeeping team to go there now and grab the sweater before cleaning the room. When we landed I called back to obtain the email address where I needed to send the prepaid shipping label and started to feel the staff had not done as promised. They left me on hold for 45 minutes while “speaking to housekeeping” and then said they would have April Lake reach out to me. They provided me her email and said to send her the shipping label. I called again the next two days and each time I was left on hold for a long period of time where they were “speaking to housekeeping” to confirm the sweater was collected and ready to be shipped. Yesterday I was promised that April would call me back after 3 PM when she came in and that did not occur. I’m starting to feel like the staff did not collect the sweater as promised and instead threw it away. If I had known they would do so, we would have turned around on our way to the airport. The lack of follow through and communication is unprofessional, something I’ve never experienced at a Marriott property and is extremely disappointing. I need someone to call me back. I need this sweater returned, as promised. It is not an item that can be repurchased. I’m so extremely disappointed and frustrated with Marriott right now.

Property was convenient to several restaurants and attractions. Well kept inside and out. Rooms weren't overally fancy but clean and looked as if they were recently updated. I did find it strange that the phone and desk was in one of the bedrooms and not in the main area of the room. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on bricks. Not to mention the loud beeping noise coming from outside at 3am. They do offer complimentary breakfast but it was not tasty. The set up of the hotel was very odd. You had to walk quite far to get to the main elevator. It was best to just drive around to the side of the property to access the building. Staff wasn't all that friendly; however I do appreciate the opportunity to check in early. One thing I didn't understand was the parking fee. It isnt like the property is located downtown in a major city. That was very unnecessary. If you can deal with an extremely firm mattress and just need somewhere to lay your head for a night, its fine.

Every once in a while me and the kids like to go out to just get away. We always try to get a place that has a pool for them and a hot tub for me and the oldest. I work long weeks at the hospital and am on emergency call most of the year. So I enjoy a long soak in the hot tub. Unfortunately when we booked a couple days before there was no indication that the hot tub on the property was not functional. So we ended up being very disappointed. I don't know why places don't want to let you know that part of the amenities that they promote are not available. Seems like false advertising to me. Well I guess I learned my lesson with this location and will choose another to try in the future.

Early this month (October), my son and I reserved a room here. We were supposed to check in at 4 pm, but the front desk operator, while a bit curt, was professional, efficient, and courteous enough to give us a room immediately. We were amazed at how big the hotel was...we swam in the pool later that day, ordered dinner from the bar (thank you Kevin!), which was delicious. We enjoyed the marketplace, the breakfast buffet, the laundry facility, and our room. On checkout day, we made sure to strip our rooms, collect our garbage, and left the door open for housekeeping. Thank you, Residence Inn!

Love this hotel! Will always choose a Residence when traveling. Stayed in one in Orlando and booked one for next travel in TN. Quiet, sound proof, well insulated, really clean. Nice hotel. Great staff. Love the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with plates, utensils, etc! Washer and dryer avail that takes cc! Made traveling so much easier and more comfortable. The beds are so comfortable - what are they?? Would love to buy one for home. The Orlando SeaWorld Residence was awesome! Pool area beautiful, bar/food poolside was awesome, shuttle to sea world was helpful. The market had a lot of food and drinks. We will be back! Thanks for a great stay!

Absolutely amazing! The staff was wonderful and the room was incredible. It had a fully stocked kitchen. The room and bedding were very clean. The elevators run slow though and the hallways were hot but all in all it was a very nice stay.

I booked a reservation at the residence Inn Marriott for three days. On the date of arrival, I notice the room smelled like mold and the sheets had stains on them. I notified the front desk I spoke to a young lady named Danielle she told me that the housekeepers are no longer available after 3 o’clock. I suggested they send clean sheets for my family and me to change the bedding. I noticed that the clean sheets that were brought up to the wrong words also stayed with blood and pesticides dropping. It was late and we drove for five hours we decided to sleep on the couch. I notified the Front desk once again on Saturday and explained to them what happened and that I would like for the housekeeper to come and change my sheets and also speak to a manager I was told the manager was not on site I don’t know when she’ll be in. After coming back from The amusement park I noticed that the bed was made up so I decided to pull back the sheets and noticed that it was blood stain pesticide dropping The same things we had before. I notice we had the same sheets as before and the housekeeper just made up the bed with the dirty sheets. When it was time for us to check out I requested to speak to the manager the manager was nowhere to be found once again we waited for an extra three hours just to speak to her she never came. I am so disappointing out will never book with the resident in Marriott ever again. The experience was horrible no customer service no apology. I have the picture of the disgusting sheets. Later on, after being on hold for hours I finally spoke to the manager Amanda Fernandez on Monday while I was on the road. She explains I will only reimburse you $50. I told her that is unacceptable I spent $450. I emailed her the pictures and never got a phone call back or anything and any reimbursement. I called back and ask for the corporate number she gave me the wrong number after repeating the number twice. The manager Amanda was rude, disrespectful, and unapologetic. If I had a choice of a rate for this hotel it would be a -4 star.

Really nice all suite resort. Very clean, the rooms were large, the kitchens were completely outfitted. The pool was nice. The breakfast was not good - but post-pandemic what can you expect? Overall we really like this place and this is where we'll stay when we come back.

My family and I came here, due to our flight being canceled and it was a great experience...we will definitely be back‼️ The pool area was nice and relaxing, good vibes with music playing, water temperature was always consistent with 84°, which we loved! I appreciated the complimentary breakfast as well, just wished there were more selections in food choices (it was only pork sausages- not everyone eats pork 🤦🏾‍♀️) The bar had great libations 🍹🍸... Also, Ryan was freaking Awesome, he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant 😁🥰 We will see ya'll soon!

Very clean with spacious suites. We got as room that has 2 queen beds in one room and a sectional couch in another. It had a full sized fridge/freezer which was awesome to have, a sink, microwave, coffee maker,.stove and a dishwasher... Plus all the pots, pans, and utensils to cook if you wanted. We didn't cook but it was nice to have plates in the room for dov9dong5 up our take out. They provide bus service to Sea World and Disney but we only used the service to Sea World. You were supposed to reserve your seat on the bus the day before but we never did and didn't have a problem getting on the bus to sea world. It was a quick, less than 5 min ride to sea world. I think it would be necessary to book a spot on the Disney bus though. One negative about the bus is that the return times start at 540 and committing every hour until close. We were ready to leave sea world by 2 because we were exhausted but had to wait it out until 540. There is free breakfast included which was really nice to have. Options included scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and I think they may have had grits.
