    The employee was extremely aggressive & argumentative by yelling at us when asked if we could get our drink corrected and refused until, asked multiple times because "we were in the wrong" the drink was correct. (Considering when she read the order back she said Coke?! I told her at the drive thru no, it is supposed to be Dr.Pepper. When we got to the window and handed me our drink she said here's your Coke. What??!! Again, I stated no, we wanted a Dr.Pepper.) It shouldn't have been such an issue just to fix such a simple mistake. My mom leaned over and said enough already, stop arguing with us, can you just give us another one. She took her headset off, leaned down with such a hostile attitude saying, what did she say!!?? She then went off on my Mom as if she wanted to fight her!! She then intentionally gave us a diet soda! I watched her push the wrong soda button on the fountain machine and then handed it to me smirking. At that point, we had just had enough, this was ridiculous and uncalled for! I asked for her name... and now i know that Tamika needs anger management! She told another employee in front of us, "where is their food, so they can just leave!" After we recieved our food, as I was attempting to say something, she slammed the window while bad mouthing us to another employee.... btw, this was all in front of my daughter!!!!!

    Just ordered about 30-45 min ago or more. The older lady at the drive through window was extremely rude just because I politely asked “how long would it be for the fries?” Next thing you know I find 4 pieces of hair in my cheese fries 🤢🤢🤮 Never again!!! Please don’t do things like this just because you are miserable at your job!

    I had a 5 star for this location. Until the past 2 times I been Here it's been horrible food. Cold food. buns are hard as cardboard with the breading falling off of it. Only thing that was fresh and good is the nuggets. Fries cold as well. Literally ate it because in hungry and didnt feel like driving all the way back. Now I'm trying to call and the phone rings once and hangs up. Not ok....

    If I could I would give 0 stars. The manager at this location was rude. I ordered a family size chili and they didn’t give me the chili because they ran out. The manager stated the chili can’t be refunded unless i give her back the whole order. She asked me to return the whole order and proceeded to throw the food in the garbage. She then tried to snatch the receipt so that I couldn’t get a refund. I called the store to speak with a manager, and she answered and claimed she was the manager and hung up on me. I will be calling Wendy’s headquarters tomorrow to get my refund. What a way to start the New Year.

    Will never stop there again the day shift manager was rude when I complained about the service she git hostile threatened me told me to get out. IT WAS NEr the end of Bkfst service I asked the register assistant 2 wait to place my husband's sandwich order Tull just before switch, they proceeded to make immediately I asked for more then 1 cream for my coffee and was ignored I should be noted that there wasn't another customer in the resturant zero stars poor service rude management. Wash rooms are filthy.

    We got the breakfast, which I have to say I was scared to try, but it was really good. I found it amusing that the sausage and croissant were square! I also loved the fried egg since a lot of fast food places do not offer fried eggs. The seasoned breakfast fries were also good.

    New Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich 1 ⭐️ Flavor was there in the chicken 1 ⭐️ It was warm -1 ⭐️ Customer Service young lady was rude when I was ordering -1 ⭐️ No full pickle chips in the sandwich -1 ⭐️ 0 Sauce very dry When Wanting Wendy’s different location might help. This location is lacking. Management needs to work on product quality.

    I'm here on business for the week and need a receipt for all my meals. When I went through on Monday, they said they couldn't print a receipt. The machine was broken. So I go back Thursday, and still no receipt. They offered to take a picture with my phone, but really, come on Wendy's you are a multi-million corporation, and you can't fix your receipt machine.?!?!
