Love the old school vibe on the outside.. inside modern.. customer service is great... ive sat in to eat, and i was delighted to see how Norman gave the customer attention.. Norman and Cady went over and beyond their job.. my daughter enjoyed the service she is 5 years old but noticed how great it is, she said she wants to come back to this one

Absolutely atrocious!! Service was trash and very slow, they didn’t get my order correct, they forced us to get water in our “water cups” even though we paid for sodas, they give out free food cause they knew the customer, bathrooms were gross and unclean !! They legitimately fought with a paying customer cause they couldn’t find the mobile order on their end, they let other customers in front of us cause we were paying with the mobile app with our points “ it was to much time” to let us load the codes!! This McDonald’s is garbage !! Their morning service is even worst the lobby is never open staff is rude !! And I would rather go out of my way to go to blanding for a nicer experience !! Do better people !!!

I’ve never had a worse customer service experience in my life. In my young daughter’s words “why’s he so mad”. Night manager was apparently having a bad day and we were the one’s he chose to take it out on. Practically yelled at from the moment we pulled up just because we needed to know how to get a refund. I guess customer service truly is dead. Very Disappointing.

The lady at the counter was very nice. And very patient with the lady ahead of me. Kids loved it.

A quick stop while running errands. The only downfall was that they messed up our order. We ordered a double filet of fish, and when they handed us the bag, it was only a single. The order paper they stick to the box said double, but I guess they just didn't read it correctly. They fixed it for us without fuss. Either way, it was something in our tummies to get us through.

It is a fast food place. Greasy food was expected. The stars are for "customization". Before a mac came with onions, mustard, ketchup if u wanted or not. This time i asked, no onions, extra,extra lettuce, no ketchup or mustard, add tomato and light mayo. Loved it!

This is by far the best locations I've visited. Sean & his staff are very courteous & welcoming. My food was fresh, the greeting was sincere, & they made sure to inform me of my order status. They should be a training location.

My order was prepared exactly as I ordered. They listen. Basic chicken sandwich is my favorite. Also, I appreciate the option of choosing a Senior Coke. Restaurant was very clean.
