Be very cautious with moving here. The office will tell you something then go back on it a week later. If you have reserved parking places, understand that you will not be able to remove the places in the duration of the apartment lease. Though you pay for these spots, ensure that you are in only one spot, even if there is consistent issues with others in your reserved spots. They will tell you to call a tow company, not understanding that it takes an hour for the driver to get here. I’ve seen disabled and the pregnant getting told the same. The parking lot has poor lighting for an area with a considerable crime rate. During my 3 years here, I have experienced 4 vehicle break ins. No security cameras on property. This apartment complex seems to be a hot spot for the crime. The office was of no help each time. I have politely made suggestions in regards to better lighting and cameras, but always got the same excuse each time about funding. They do not care about the tenets here and is obvious that the rent dues are more important than the people paying the rent. There is a septic issue on the property that has “been in the works” since I’ve lived here. The sanitary sewer will over flow and flood the parking lot with sewage. Great smell and sight to come home to every day. I understand we all have jobs, but the people residing in this neighborhood pay your bills! Too many of the residents feel this way. It’s sad to see such a place with opportunity go down hill. Tighten up guys!

Ms Angela is the most absolutely amazing person... She helped me with getting a three bedroom for me and my kids. She literally went above and beyond to help me with move in paperwork and other documents. I definitely give them 5 stars... She was such an amazing helpful understanding and just purely awesome woman. I'd definitely recommend St John's Pointe Apartments their customer service is honestly amazing. Thank you so much Angela , you've been so amazing thru this whole process and now my kids and I have a home , move in Feb 9. I'm so excited for this apartment. ~Amanda~ Well we are moved in and I absolutely LOVE MY APARTMENT! We haven't had our own place in a few years so it's amazing having our own place again. Excellent service, and they speak English and Spanish

I'm so disappointed in this property. I read the reviews and thought this was a nice place. Nope! The roach infestation in my apartment is ridiculous. I'm so unhappy I could cry. Just moved my family here from out of state and I must say this is the WORST APARTMENT I've ever lived in. My first night was horrible as my children and I were killing roaches all night. Some one did come and spray but that absolutely nothing!!! They roaches come out all night and are out of control!!! I hate it here and I want to leave!!! I wouldn't live here if I were you keep looking!!! Also the apartments upkeep is horrible. My dish washer leaks my tub doesn't drain open nails in my closet! Fixtures holding on by a thread just terrible!!!

I just moved here from Colorado. I was a little disappointed when I arrived to my new apartment. It was dirty, leaking pipes in the sinks and tubs. You could tell that they painted the walls and put in new floors, but it had been empty since September (I moved into it in January) and was not cleaned or move in ready. The office personnel are really friendly and the location is great. They have since made an effort in correcting the mess and have quickly responded to my concerns.

The most annoying thing with these apartments are the roaches.Everytime i walk into any room of the house i’m killing some. I keep my place very clean at all times but that doesn’t seem to be the problem. Apartments are not at all like the pictures, or what they tell you. maintenance is typically always quick to solve issues, which is the best i can say about these. save your time and look elsewhere.

I was rendered every assistance in renewing my lease by one of the lovely young ladies in the office. She was exceedingly knowledgeable. She demonstrated remarkable professionalism and patience as I wended my way through the renewal process. I am grateful and fully satisfied with the complex' staff and living at St. John's Pointe.

My family and I have had problems trying to get a place but coming to St John's point was very refreshing. Natalia was wonderful and very helpful and informative. Other residents that live in the community were pretty nice and didn't have anything negative to say about living there. We would give 10 Stars if we edit. Edit: after being here a few months, I haven't changed my mind about this place. They really keep up with it... ,the grounds are well maintained, maintenance is quick to respond and courteous, and the neighbors are pretty quiet. There are events put on for the community, in which all residents are involved and staff and their families are welcome to attend. It feels like a big family get together when it happens..

I have been living in these apartments for 8 years and I am very happy with the new management. From Sheryl, Alejandra and Nathalia. The maintenance guys are great, they always respond promptly to my requests. And the office staff treat me with kindness and professionalism. Thank you, I highly recommend this place to live.

I have been living in this place for a year and I love it. The maintenance they do to the place. Everything is always in order. And the best thing is super quiet. I couldn't have moved to a better apartment. The staff is very friendly, they are attentive to any complaint regarding the maintenance of the apartment and resolve it immediately. I recommend to those who are looking for where to live or rent this is a great option.
