The Back and Neck Institute is the Real Deal. The staff is caring, professional, and proficient. As a veteran suffering from back and shoulder pain for three decades, suffering from Degenerative Disk Disease, I was pleasantly surprised and extremely satisfied after my first visit. Now, I am pain free most days and my pain is maximally manageable on others. Please don't misunderstand me, this is not a denunciation of the Veterans Health Care System. Instead, this is confirmation of both the practice and procedure at the Back and Neck Institute. I had given up on Physical Therapy and was reluctant when referred by my Primary Care Physician. My faith in the effectiveness of Physical Therapy has been restored by the dedicated and competent staff at the Back and Neck Institute. My quality of life has been enhanced and I look forward to each visit.

Dr. Warfield and his staff are simply amazing: they're extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind - I have been to several other chiropractic facilities, but this is by far the best from all aspects! They were able to minimize my low back pain through extensive chiropractic and physical therapy treatments, all the while being kind, honest and helpful - what else could someone (with a back pain) ask for? I love going there - they make me feel like family...I certainly recommend this medical facility to anyone with back and/or neck pain!

Dr. Warfield and his staff are second to none! They are friendly, caring and compassionate. Dr. Warfield is the best chiropractor I have ever seen. He has helped me tremendously. The staff is Awesome! So friendly and nice!! Dr Joe is the best! I feel like they genuinely care about me & how I am feeling. I had never been to a chiropractor before getting into my accident. I didn't know what to expect. Everything was explained to me in terms I could understand. If I missed an appointment, they called me because they were concerned more about me than they cared about a missed appointment - at least that's how I felt - "Are you okay?" was the first thing I was asked! I wish I had never got hurt in the accident but this entire office makes me look forward to my appointments. I highly recommend The Back and Neck Institute and the great staff. ❤

The Back and Neck Institute is a great place to go for any pain or injuries. The staff there welcomes you in and treat you like they've known you forever. Also, they show great concern for every new and current patient they meet. Oh yeah, there will never be a dulll moment with Mr. Stan, he has a new story story for you everyday. My experience there has been wonderful and I'd recommend to my friends and family.

Both my husband and I had been suffering from back and neck pain for some time. We saw the commercial on TV and decided to call, and we are so pleased that we did. It turns out that we have had the best care and have been treated by the best staff any facility can have. The doctors are also wonderful and very compassionate. We feel much better now (at least 80% better) that we have gone through the treatments than when we first started. We will recommend this clinic to family and friends.

After an auto accident in October of 1996, I was referred to Dr. Warfield. I must confess I was a little skeptical because this was my very first visit to a Chiropractor. Well that changed very quick after meeting Dr. Warfield and his staff, not only were they all professionals but very caring and friendly. Since then, my neck pain is completely gone, the damaged left wrist that another Doctor wanted to fuse the bones together is pain free, and now my back pain is very minor. I am very thankful for being treated and cared for by such a wonderful group of people that makes you feel like family instead of just another patient.

I was in a car accident which brought me to the Back and Neck Institute. I have to say, it was a better experience than I thought. I was first impressed with the fact that they have a gym set up for healing specific injuries, such as the neck and back tables, exercise equipment to strengthen your neck and back, as in my case. I was given massages, as well as, training sessions on how to treat your back so as to not re-injure; how to stand up, how to stand when mopping or vacuuming, how to pick up things... What foods to eat and supplements to take for strengthening your bones.. What a difference! Dr Warfield and his staff are invaluable! I feel so much better than I did when I first started the therapy 6 months ago. Thanks!

Dr. Warfield's focus is to heal without surgery and provides a convenient one stop shop for x-ray, diagnosis, manipulation, and physical therapy. His staff always greets patients by name and makes you feel right at home. I have experienced back pain in the past and neck pain more recently due to bulging discs and I only wish I would have known about this office much sooner.
