We stayed at the Quest over the June long weekend as we were participating in the Rugby state championships, Melissa was wonderful to deal with and looked after our group with great rates especially considering the comp fell on a long weekend. Rooms were amazing and very clean and spacious, facilities in room outdid my expectations. Staff were lovely, very helpful and respectful. Location of property was great within walking distance to many shops and restaurants and Leas than 10 min to fields we were playing at. Restaurant downstairs was well priced and great food. Rooftop space was amazing, although weather was to cold for us to hold a team bonding on the premises the rooftop would have been the perfect spot. Overall we have stayed at many properties for tournaments as a group and not many places accept kids sport group bookings and I must say Quest Orange has to be my favorite property to date. A great place to stay while in Orange. The rooms are big and clean. And you have everything you need while staying with family. There is a BBQ on the roof top which was amazing and they provide cleaning utensils, sauces and salt and pepper for the BBQ. You just need to ask at reception. The staff are super friendly. The location is excellent for walking around the town and visiting the vineyards. Highly recommend staying here!

Very clean apartments, we always stay here when in Orange. Staff are very friendly and helpful, parking is provided and easy to access. Order “room service” from the restaurant downstairs and have it delivered to your room! All the essentials provided, and quite reasonably priced considering the attention to detail and the services provided. The king-size beds are extremely comfortable!

Thank you for a lovely stay. I wish we could stay longer. Such a friendly and helpful staff. Very clean apartment and more importantly toddler friendly. Definitely we will be back in the future.

My fiancé and I had the opportunity to stay at the Quest Orange for 4 nights in February 2023. We stayed in a 1 bed room apartment and really was amazed with all the amenities. The room came spotless with a big bathroom,shower and full kitchen! The room is self was spacious and we really took advantage of the big balcony, washing machine, kitchen and the big communal BBQ space. The staff from every interaction from the front desk, to the housekeepers were the friendliest people - I dont want to specifcally name any staff as EVERYONE was amazing and very courteous. We'll be back again for work and this will now be my go to hotel/apartment in Orange. The Quest is situated close to everything including shops and train station. There is also an ALDI right across the road which a friendly staff member told me about. All the staff were very honest and always willing to help. Thank you to the team at Quest Orange for making our stay very memorable and comfortable. We will see you again soon!

We stayed here for 4 days with kids and it was an amazing and satisfying experience. The hospitality, cleanliness and service was of top notch. Henceforth, this is the place to stay everytime we visit orange.

This is a 4-star hotel(why?)however I could not find anything wrong with this hotel. This is by far one of the best hotels in the country. I am still staying and we are coming back over and again if the service stays the same. We travelled to The Oaks in Port Stephens and they should go through crash course with these guys. They should learn how to get to basics than utter nonsense excuses. Keep it UP guys…

Service was incredible. Organised an early check in for us as well. Super friendly, greeted us every time we walked past. Staff happy and warm. Different pillow choices is a great idea. Encouraged us to use our NSW stay vouchers and send us a message asking if everything was up to standard a couple hours after checking in. You can tell they are really making an effort to go above and beyond.

From the moment i spoke to Lisa over the phone who, most helpfully, answered all my queries prior to making the booking, and then to checking in with the pleasant, helpful & efficient Cameron, our stay with Quest was nothing short of excellent. The Studio apartment was very clean, modern & had all we needed for our stay. Bed was super comfy, a pillow menu was available & an excellent restaurant available just next door, so we didnt have to drive anywhere! I would highly recommend a stay at this great Aparthotel. Thank you Quest for an enjoyable stay.

Stayed for work last week, amazing place to stay. Coffee machine in the apartment, little welcome biscuits and a note, lovely touches. Also liked the chargeback system with local businesses. Only thing that got me a bit was the positioning of the drain on the floor in the bathroom. Right in front of the sink/vanity so you end up with wet socks if you’re not careful. Otherwise is my second favourite quest to stay at.

Absolutely loved my stay at Quest Orange. This particular Quest is the best one I have stayed at. It is immaculate and has so many special little touches which enhances our stay.

First time staying in Orange and we were so happy with the accommodation at Quest Orange. The room was a good size, with Kitchen dining area, lounge and bedrooms. The service was great.

Room was spacious with everything you need. Great pillow options. Comfortable bed. Good location. Very clean. Highly recommend.

Good family or couple apartment in central location, just 1 block from summer street , the main CBD shopping street. Good service, thoughtful furnishing. A bit pricey for the long weekend , but otherwise a good experience !

Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Loved the pillow menu upgrade and complimentary wine, coffee and tea. Would love to stay here again.
