Horrible food experience, went there with my daughter and best friend. Friends of mine have told me to stay away from this specific olive garden, but because my friend has a major gluten allergy we went here. My daughter and I ordered calamari, my friend ordered the gluten free pasta and chicken dish, my daughter ordered the fettuccine Alfredo, and I ordered the taste of Italy. My friend's food comes with regular pasta after we stressed to the waitress that it's a major allergy to gluten. Our food came over cooked, and you can tell that it was under the heating lamp for a long time. The waitress came and returned my friend's pasta and brought another one, I told my friend to mark the chicken to see if they just removed the pasta and added the gluten free pasta to the same plate which they did. We mentioned it to the waitress and she said she will get another, by this time we lost our will to want to even make an attempt to eat anything else. My questions are! Who is checking the plates before they leave the kitchen? Where is the quality control from a chain that used to be one the best! Who is training or in-servicing the cooks and the staff to do plate checks before anything comes out of that kitchen? I speak from experience, I am an executive chef with over 30 years experience and have run many fine dining restaurants. I will never return to this establishment ever again. Thank god I realized that the pasta was regular and not gluten free. Shame on you guys! You should be better than this!

We went for lunch. Our sever Mariah was great! The food was delicious. Highly recommend raspberry lemonade. The place was clean so was the bathroom. Everyone was friendly and greeted us when we came in and said goodbye when we left. We will come again.

Four of us went there on Friday to celebrate my girlfriend’s daughter 16th birthday. Our sever is S extra nice allowing us to order from the lunch menu after we explained that buses were late. I enjoyed my eggplant parmigiana tremendously but my girlfriend and her daughters ordered the shrimp scampi not knowing it was made with asparagus and chopped tomatoes. They enjoyed the shrimp and put the pasta and tomatoes in to go containers. (I ate their asparagus!) overall good experience and service!

Great place. One in Waterbury location was closed permanently. They didn't reduce the portion sizes like many other restaurants. Prices were increased due to the pandemic related issues. Good quality and great service like always.

Service was great sierra was our waitress and was so friendly and attentive she is amazing. The food was very fresh everything had tones of flavor and nothing was undercooked or overcooked. The soup and salad and bread sticks unlimited and fresh. I got the spaghetti chicken parm , hubby got Alfredo with chicken crisp chicken the chicken was so crispy and juicy absolutely amazing. The drink I had was the Blue Amalfi the drink was strong but not to strong made perfectly I’m very impressed with Olive Garden the manager was actually very nice also definitely 5 stars

Service was good, food not so much. Not sure if it was the sewer smell of the bathroom I encountered when washing my hands before my food came. The smell stuck in my noise and definitely ruined my appetite. I informed management of the smell and thou I was nice about it, I could tell he knew and wasn't in a rush to fix the situation. With all the money that place has made over the years, they could take time out and fix the problem. As a mother, I would hate to bring my infant or toddler in such a foul smelling place. Thank god the smell was confined to the ladies room and not the rest of the place. SMH..At least my mom and auntie enjoyed themselves, which is the only reason I gave 2 stars.

This restaurant is incredibly well maintained even at the pandemic. First Dine In experience from almost after 4 months. Also our waitress was extremely patient when we were indecisive on what we wanted. The food is well worth the higher price point. They have altered the menu for the pandemic time, still lots of options to choose from. The quality and quantity of the food still the best.

Walking in I already felt eh. The table was sticky and a pesky fly wouldn’t go away. The humidity caused the shakers on the table to glop up so salt was out. Our waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable which was a positive. She told us the all you can eat pasta back was coming back towards the end of the month (which is why we came originally). The food was just ok. Very bland. I wasn’t expecting much. I got the Lasagna and Chicken Alfredo entree that came with endless soup or salad. Out of everything my favorite was their spinach and sausage Italian soup. Overall probably won’t be back.

It's a great place to eat. Family friendly and the food was good. I did take out and the wait for breadsticks was an hour on a holiday. They should work on the time for take out when they know they will be extra busy. I do recommend though.

Went out with a friend of mine & our waiter Allan made our experience at Olive Garden 10x better than I expected. Well spoken came back & circled around a few times making sure we were doing okay. Things were brought out with speed, didn’t rush even though they were closing soon. Just a great experience overall.

Went there last afternoon with my mom. The food was amazing, like even the salad was good and I’m not even a fan of salads. Our server Julie C was great as well. Great attitude!!

Never again, first and last time. I guess that's why I always go to the one in North Haven. Just a bowl of liquid, literally no sausage at all like 3 little slices of potatoe. Either North Haven is spoiling me someone in Orange clearly doesn't care. Can I have my money back please geeeesh.

My gf and I had a terrible experience at your Orange, CT location this past Sunday. It all centered around our waitress Darlene, who approached our table and said "I hope you're not just here for soups and salads", which we were in fact there for soups and salads. Then, she kept coming back to our table to complain about other guests and complaining about kids at the restaurant and serving kids, which made my gf visibly upset, because 1. we're trying for children and 2. she's an early childhood educator. I've never had such a terrible experience at a restaurant, and unfortunately, I've had more than my fair share this year. I'm not sure if there's a problem in the service industry, but waitresses like this should not be serving guests, or working as a waitress. Finally, between her complaining, Darlene took forever to wait our table. It took forever to get refills of soups and salads. To top it all off, she didn't even discuss the wine tasting options available that night, which I was interested in.

This was a wonderful experience. I visited this location once before and was not impressed at all... Michelle our server was on top of it. We had a party of 9 and she never missed a step! The food was delicious out fast and as ordered... thank you so much we'll be back again

We arrived within 40 minutes of closing and I was not expecting great service but we were traveling and didnt have more than a handful of sit down options. Our waiter definitely had a long day and was visually tired but still stayed professional. I think he knew we were not there to milk the breadsticks and salad which was also a nice change for him. While I would have usually wanted a slower meal, we let our waiter know we were halfway through a 5 hour drive and from there on, we had a mutual feeling of eat and move which got us our appetizers and meals to the table and out the door in 30 minutes. Shrimp scampi was nice with a light butter cream sauce, good enough to eat again after reheating that night but would not have saved until the next day. I have not eaten at Olive Garden in years but for the speed of service and quality of food for the price, I will stop again on the road for sure, especially traveling along the northeast 95 corridor.

I came to this Olive Garden after years for mother’s day. I would rate a 3/4 star but our server Libby was so great that I had to come write a review. We waited an hour and a half to sit & the girls in the front we only had to wait 10 mins. That part was very frustrating! But, the good news is as soon as we were seated we were blessed with Libby’s amazing customer service. She was so nice, knew how to explain everything on the menu, and kept checking up on us. She was great!

The food was what is expected of Olive Garden. Honestly, I love their fresh salads and bread sticks and that I what keeps me going back! We was greeted promptly and lead to a table quickly. Our drinks were brought over and kept full. Our server was great and that is why I am giving 5 stars!

One of my favorite spots to dine at. This Olive Garden has been around for years. They provide a great atmosphere in which to dine in. The food as always is fabulous. I plan on trying different dishes on the menu because life is to short to just stick with just the same familiar food even though their lasagna is my favorite as well as the tour of Italy.

The waitress was fantastic and the food was delicious. The interior design was alright but it's not a fancy place so I'll let it go. Had a great time with friends. The pricing is very average, so expect to bring 30$ per person.
