Nice clean modern rooms however its right next to a club that blares music every afternoon into the evening. Great if you're 20, if you're in town for work or a holiday steer clear.

The room was lovely, bed was comfortable and bathroom clean and stocked well. My only comment is that it was a bit hard to see when we were looking for it, maybe a bigger sign on to the street somehow.

Stayed for a week. Reception staff friendly and welcoming. Helpful all through my stay.

Hotel and room was good. But I would never get breakfast there again. Food took half an hour to come out, and when it finally did was barely edible.

The Mercure is always our 'go to' when we stay overnight in Orange and this visit didn't disappoint. Good toiletries and 'nice touch' of the face makeup and nail polish removers. Thanks for the biscuits for our morning tea and also actually having Earl Grey teabags!! We will be back ....

This is my usual go to in Orange. Past visits have been pleasant and relaxing. Not so this time. Placed in a room right on the carpark, noisy with lots of foot traffic late into the night.

Room and staff where fantastic. Very clean room and friendly helpful staff. Dinner was very nice but unfortunately the breakfast was quite a let down. I ordered room service breakfast the first 2 mornings and it was tasty but both times missing ingredients. The in house breakfast I had on the last morning was hard to eat. Had the eggs benedict and it tasted microwaved and the sauce tasted like it was out of a packet. That was my only bad experience.

Great location. Everything we needed was available. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The beds were clean and comfortable. Although we only stayed one night it was memorable. When we return to Orange we will definitely stay in your hotel.

Pros - Room is nice and bathroom was clean and modern. More of a 3.5 star Cons- dusty above bed and picture above bed even has cobwebs. Service is fair check in was good and quick, but check out very rude. No breakfast provided even though it says on website. No food onsite or much facilities. It's a bed and leave. As a platinum accor member expected more hospitality.

We had a really nice stay here. It was comfortable and quiet. The staff were really friendly. And the complimentary water is a nice touch. Plenty of parking, but even if it does fill up there is street parking right out front.

Great staff. Good comfortable beds with clean amenities. Disappointed that with rates of $300 per night you only get long life milk in little pods, not quality milk.

Absolutely loved staying here. Comfy bed, well cleaned room with a lovely, appointed bathroom. The nicest part of our stay was all the little additions in our room and the aircon was already on to cool it, made us feel welcome. Will definitely stay here again.

Staff were very friendly and room was extremely clean and modern. Beds were very comfortable and room was cleaned and beds made over the entire 5 days of our stay. Plenty of off-street parking even though in the centre of town and within walking distance to everything. Coles within 2 minutes walk and Metropolitan pub 500 metres away has great food. Although room was on the end facing the street, there was no noise from traffic at night. Would recommend staying at this hotel when in Orange.

I was grateful that I could get a room at short notice, but it was adjacent to the road and the windows were cheap single-pane glass, so traffic noise was a huge problem. Then, when I went to use the bathroom, the toilet had obviously not been cleaned. The bowl was dirty with you-know-what and the seat was stained with urine. The room's wifi password was incorrect and it took me over half an hour to get someone to answer the phone at reception to give me a correct password. Come on Mercure... you're supposed to be better than that!

Great motel, very nice rooms with modern features, my room had a pod coffee machine and TV with Netflix. Very comfortable beds, staff were very helpful arranging a very late check in.

Great place to stay clean rooms, come with there own pod coffee machine. There is even a nice restaurant next door. Only down side no under cover parking.

Stayed here 5 nights for work purposes. The rooms are nice and well kept and have a big screen TV. Free WiFi and room service available. Being so central you can walk most places to dine or grab a coffee.

I was surprised that it wasn’t as clean as I expected for Mercure. Quite a bit of hair stuck in drains, bed head board was dusty (ran my finger across and looked like it hasn’t been dusted in quite some time), found a wasp crawling along one of the walls, coffee maker was leaking water across the table as I walked in, and the kettle had old water sitting in it (who knows how long it would have been there for). I expected a little better for Mercure, I’ve stayed at other places for much cheaper and cleaner. However that being said, the receptionist and staff were friendly and pleasant to deal with. Their selection of toiletries and personal affects was generous. The beds were soft and made for restful sleep.

I stuffed up a booking at another place and was ringing around late at night trying to find a place. Mercure's friendly service was reassuring and professional. The room was well appointed and conveniently located. Grab rails in the shower and near the toilet would be a really great addition to the accessible rooms

Good size room. Great location with easy access to Diggers club for meals. Well equipped gym. Helpful staff. Would stay here again when travelling to Orange.
