    Went to the West Haven location for a COVID test. The app tells you to wait in your car until someone contacts you. I waited 20 min before I finally went in and questioned if anyone was going to tell me when to come in and the girl at the desk was extremely rude! She told me that I was not supposed to wait to come in and that they told the website people that they needed to change that. How was I supposed to know I should just go in? It’s a pandemic for Gods sake! If I’m told to wait outside until someone contacted me, I’m going to! It is stressful enough to need to be tested, the last thing I needed was to be berated by a girl young enough to be my daughter! Absolutely no respect! However, the nurse and the doctor could not be more friendly! I would go back just for the treatment I got from the professionals, but the front desk staff really turned me off. I will not go back for that reason. I would change your staff if I were them. Also, a little girl was in the waiting room and the desk staff were swearing and complaining about the company not paying overtime. They were not busy so save that conversation for when you are alone. So disappointed! Really liked the nurse and doctor. If you can get by dealing with the desk, the rest are very professional. Hope this helps someone.

    I had never used DOCS Medical before Wednesday but I was so sick that I gave it a try. The APRN in Orange saw me and prescribed me the antibiotic I needed and really saved me. Thank you, what a wonderful and caring group of medical professionals.

    The people at the Orange location are all very pleasant. I had a great experience. Larry and Kristina took the time to go over my concerns with me and explain my symptoms in detail. They helped me set up a game plan on how to get me on the right track to getting healthy again.

    Third time having to take a covid test, this location always seems to be on point. The reason for the review today however was because I scheduled three separate tests for the family due to exposure, all locations including Walgreens, cvs, my child’s primary care doc .. all booked out for 2 days ( and today is Labor Day ) . I made an online appointment for a child with a disability for 11:55 at 11:30.. 25 min appointment notice and the times were true on Labor Day ??. Awesome staff, busy. Keep doing a great job and thanks for being so flexible. 💪🏻

    Have never had such a horrible experience at this facility. It is 1/9/24 and if you are going there today, please go somewhere else. Lauren London was the provider and she might be bias to other races when it comes to approach and treatment. The walls are thin and the way she spoke to the patient in the other room, was with care and concern, explaining possibilities as to why the symptoms might be occurring. When she came to me, then assessed on the one symptom, and prescribed something. When I verbalize that I am sensitive to medications and have to work and that medication might limit my productivity, she ignored my concern. Then stated, I will give you ibuprofen. I replied, that is fine just give 400mg nothing higher, then she told me I could get it over the counter. Such a condescending behavior. Some people hear you, but don't always listen to you. Some will listen and try to manipulate the situation. Do not know why they talk to people in a manner like, "if you don't take what I give you, then you can't have anything else." Some of us do not like medication or going to a doctor if we could avoid it, so if we go then it's needed. Some people need to leave their race and privilege card out the door when they come into a practice. It is a difference if you get to choose your clients, but this is a multicultural care system.

    I don’t ever post reviews but this was such a terrible experience, I want to ensure no one else has the same. I went here very sick and several tests were done, I was told they would call me within the hour with results. They spent most of the visit trying to upsell me there sleep study services. I never got called, my calls over the next few days went unanswered and then I received a bill saying my insurance would not cover this. I tried calling and the person at the desk rambled off a website to go to and hung up on me. After a few weeks, I received another bill and called corporate to get this straightened out which of course my insurance did cover! I would never go back here again… I still don’t know what the test results were! They seem to be more concerned with upwelling services than a patient who is really sick, and I rarely get sick. It was disappointing and an unprofessional experience start to finish.

    Waterbury chase ave location. Seriously terrible. There's other nicer and better serviced walk ins locally and surrounding towns. Wait times are insane even with only 2 people in waiting room and 3 rooms filled. Waited over 3 hours on several occasions. Walls and floors are literally filthy. Seems there's more hanging out than keeping patient flow flowing.

    My children and I received EXCELLENT care at the Waterbury Chase Avenue location! I am a Mom of 5..2 of my children having Autism. The staff was so caring and understanding. I can not thank them enough. They went up and beyond for my children! I give them 100 stars! Thank you so much!
