Have
been
going
here
for
years,
but
I'm
disabled.
While
I
do
have
my
own
wheelchair,
it
is
very
heavy
and
my
mother
cannot
carry
it
up
to
her
car.
So
when
I
visit
this
mall
with
my
mother,
we
always
know
we
can
get
a
wheelchair
so
I
can
enjoy
the
mall
with
her.
Unfortunately,
today
(03/03/22)
when
I
called
security
to
open
the
door
so
that
we
can
get
a
wheelchair,
I
was
informed
over
the
phone
that
they
will
no
longer
be
supplying
them
anymore.
I
asked
why
and
they
had
no
clue.
When
I
asked
when
they
will
be
supplied
again
in
a
later
date,
they
also
had
no
clue
I
love
this
place,
but
unfortunately
I
cannot
go
here
anymore
with
specific
people
whose
cars
cannot
accommodate
my
wheelchair
or
who
cannot
physically
carry
my
wheelchair
on/off
their
car,
and
I'm
very
disappointed.
Especially
since
many
other
malls
I've
gone
to
in
OC
have
wheelchairs
available.
I
can
only
walk
short
distances
before
my
body
gives
out
and
faints
on
me,
so
a
wheelchair
is
very
much
needed.
