Very nice park. I came for the Caribbean festival and the Mayor of Orange New Jersey and the Police department did an excellent job in protecting and sponsoring the event. Kudos to the City of Orange New Jersey .Check out my amazing Video

Pleasant for a leisurely walk. It's not a fancy park with lots of flowers, but it's very green, with a lot of grassy lawn and large trees that provide shade. There's a roomy, concrete path to make a circular walk, and we saw many squirrels and birds on the lawn, as well as several ducks a family of geese - with little, yellow goslings! The pond with the fountain is pretty and there are lots of nice park benches to sit on and enjoy the view. Also, there is a large, dedicated play area for children, and there were many of them; playing, screaming and running around like kids should be able to do. Since this is a contained area, it was pleasant for those who don't have kids and prefer to enjoy the park in peace and quiet. Definitely a nice place to visit. There were no picnic tables (that we saw) but I could see spreading a blanket on the lawn and having a picnic. Just watch out for the goose poop - where there are geese there is sure to be poop!

I love this park ,I wish that the city would provide a shower sprinkler for Hot summer Days... It's necessary...

About 2 weeks ago while in the park with other parents and other people watching our children practice football, there was a loud noise and before anyone could tell where it was coming from, a hugh section of a tree came crashing down in a clearing that we usually sat under. Thank God everyone sat in the shade outside of the trees that day.

It is a very lovely park , they have soccer ⚽ games and practice there sometimes . So if you have nothing to do you can catch a game . Also plenty of seating area and trails to walk around the park if you're there to get in some exercise. The area and park are clean and nice as well.

Very nice park it also large you can get some great walking, running or jogging in. There's a playground, basketball, soccer field, tennis court and a work out area along with a large pond and parking

I had a pleasant experiance at this park today. The park was clean, with an appropriate amount of trash cans and benches. The park spacious area to congregate and a small serene body of water where i believe i witnessed a lone Hawk at rest. The passersby were polite and friendly. I would enjoy returning to this park.

Nice park which has beautiful trees and flowers, there’s also a small lake with cute little ducks. Great for walks and kids can enjoy the playground, the only problem is the garbage, not all the areas are clean

It's a nice park, but it could use some cleaning up. There's litter scattered around, which is a shame because it detracts from the beauty of the park. There are also some areas that could use some maintenance, like the benches. Despite the cleanliness issue, the park has a lot of potential. There are plenty of trees and flowers, which make for a pleasant atmosphere. The playground equipment looks pretty new and seems to be in good condition. There are also some nice walking paths to explore. The pond desperately needs an entire clean up and up keep. Overall, I think the park would be a great place to spend some time if it were a bit cleaner.

The Park is very nice....the upkeep not so much. Especially the playground is equipment. I Have emailed, call and attend a council townhall all since last year. I've been begging since March 2021 for the Merry-go-round to repaired. Apparently they don't care about our children getting hurt. The porter potty has been tossed over for the last few weeks. And the mat has holes all in it.

Well, the actual field my daughter played on was nice turf, which honestly seemed like the nicest thing that area has done for itself in a long time. Very city-like, with restaurants and stores lining the streets. The park has a walking trail but maybe it was because we are coming out of winter, the park was not nice at all. Some friends of ours explained it as seedy and unsafe. Seemed ok by me, lots of people just trying to hit some green space. Just use caution and be safe, you’ll be fine.

A very nice park. I enjoy sitting with the ducks and geese around the pond. There is a football field and plenty of space to lay out and enjoy the sun. Bathrooms are always clean thanks to the lovely elders. Clean up after yourself and be kind to the animals.

Nice track. Not the most scenic as you are never fast removed from street traffic, but a great place to get in a few thousand steps.

This is a nice park. It has a nicely turfed soccer field, basketball courts, and lots of grass. Plenty of parking. The only downside is some of the activity that occur.

Nice park for relaxing walks or excercise.. Restrooms are not open until 11am. Also can someone please clean the man made pond, it has been filthy since last year and there are living creatures in the water.

A review is not necessary, it's a park my dad took me to when he was in a softball league many years ago. I'm 57, so shot out to miller highlife, I love my dad, oh yeah special shot out to the 12 and how it was back then. Peace and love!

Do you like to workout, play soccer, basketball, run or walk this park has lots of shades to protect you from the sun. It takes 20mins to walk round the park and that totals to 1 mile.

This is my neighborhood they have festivals here all the time except carnivals. I wish that they bring the Juice Jams with different artist from R&B and Some rappers. I loved when we have them in the park it brung money into our city too. But we should have the club music events that the parks be having like in Newark.
