I think the employees need to keep the place cleaner than what they're not. I noticed we all clean up the machines as we first get on and when we're finished using it, looks like that's the ONLY cleaning they get. They need to be dusted big time! The employees there could be rude and unprofessional it's obvious they don't care for their job. Daisy is the only happy uplifting person that works there the rest of them seem like they're miserable. Also, we're paying the equipment fees, the equipment there take weeks and months to get fixed. If this continues i will cancel and go to the little gym up the street.

Another negative experience with planet fitness, again I come to Tustin for work and am targeted and asked to leave as well as having the police called on me for absolutely nothing. The manager, Elvira Fores, comes up to me out of the blue and accuses me talking to another patron, and then says maybe I looked at another patron. This is basically becoming a reoccurring theme at planet fitness, apparently you are not allowed to look in the direction of other people or talk to other people at their facilities. I asked to see this video evidence that she swore she had and asked who and she said she didn't need to provide proof. Basically the bottom line is I feel as if I am being discriminated against at the planet fitness locations, either because I live out of an RV or because the club manager was Hispanic, I don't know, but probably because I live in an RV, seems to be a the theme as I move around the country. I am tired of being discriminated against, but they state they do not need to provide service if they choose, but the bottom line they are refusing service because I am considered homeless which is a legally protected category as far as I am aware.

I've been a black card member for a couple of years. Recently, I got sick and had to stop going. I wanted to keep my membership active because I fully intended to go back. Rather than pay $23 for nothing, I decided to downgrade to basic until I feel well enough to go. However, I was told I would have to pay $49 to do this (in addition to the annual fee I already paid). That's gouging. And it tells me that planet fitness doesn't value their customers. So I cancelled and will never go back. It makes no sense to lose a lifetime of monthly fees over a one time $49 fee. But that's their policy.

This place was never the most amazing but it’s now completely falling apart. Things need to be replaced not just glued or taped back together. Some of the cleaning racks are about to fall off the walls. Many treadmills are broken and squeaky. My least favorite part as someone who has paid for their black card membership for over 5 years (including when it shouldn’t have been charged during the pandemic shutdown, but knowing it’s impossible to get $ back from a gym I didn’t even try) but that’s not what burns my buttons… what burns my buttons is ANYONE can use the black card services, no one ever checks. So why am I paying more?

I love the environment of the club, the staff is very helpful and friendly. It's a great experience to attend this location. The cleanliness is always on top, and the size is comfortable when there's no rush hours.

Staff is friendly over all but the female staff members watch you like your about to steal the machines out the gym lmao. One also walked in on me in the changing room...employees should be KNOCKING before barging in bathroom stalls, showers and changing rooms.

I feel so comfortable there. I was able to overcome an injury and sugery. Working through pain and weakness to my ruturned health and strength. I never felt intimidated or unwelcome.

One of my favorite Planet Fitness. Usually pretty empty before 5pm. Even after 5pm I am able to come in and get my workout done without having to wait too long for machines. Staff is friendly and respectful. Staff keeps place clean. Members are friendly and there to workout not just hang out on machines. Usually if someone see you're waiting they address you. Moved to this Planet Fitness because the one in Santa Ana was packed with teens sitting on machines not working out. Definitely recommend this gym!

The service that Ms. Elvira Flores, manager of Gym Planet Fitness in orange, gave me was great and very professional on her part. At one point she had the intention of canceling my membership, but after all the details, attention and professionalism on the part of She declined my decision and decided to join the gym that she wisely runs. thanks elvira

i've been a "black-card" member for a while. i went into a planet fitness for the 1st time in april. i went to the location on tustin street in orange. the employee there said he couldn't find my membership. he said he couldn't find me in the system at all. he said i could not still be signed up, & that i'd have to apply again. when i was unable to verify myself through your website, it seemed that what he was saying was true. therefore, i believed him. believing him that i had no membership, i signed up again on my phone, THEN he finally said i'm in the system once, & have 1 membership active. he lied. that's fraud. you folks have been double-charging me every month for 7 months. that's $175 of fraud charges. an employee there named hannah, & the manager daisy, both told me that he should have been able to find me no problem. then daisy claimed it's impossible to cancel the 2nd membership, & that there was no further help she could give me. she also said the website never shows any membership info', & is only capable of signing up new memberships. you folks now know you are double-charging me, that i never consented to this, & that the double-charging happened 100% only because of denying my black-card membership through lies...yet you're continuing the fraudulent charging & refusing to tell me how to cancel either membership. i've reported it to my bank as fraud, & i will file a police report.

I've had great experience with Planet Fitness. Extremely clean and plesant environment. I think for this price, you can't get any better. I always enjoy my time in the gym; there's lots of equiptment available and it's not too crowdy. Pleasant and friendly staff, nice music and many options to train (weights, cardio or machines).

A very nice facility. Always clean. The Customer Service staff are always very warm and friendly. The members respect one another, a safe environment for no one to feel threatened or intimidated. The female trainer is very knowledgeable to assist with your personal fitness program. Just overall, a GREAT place to work out. Thank you.

So clean and friendly employees. Very chill and not packed. I work close by so super convenient. Love it. The women's locker room always spotless.

I've been going here for about a year. The staff has been great to know and how they recognize their members. The facilities are well kept and the locker room are very clean.the reason for the 4 star rating is that ever since they change their hours, I'm not able to workout early morning before my 6am start at work. I was able to show up at 3am workout and take a shower and to work I went. Now it opens ar 5am and doesn't work for me.

I decided to switch gyms around this year from 24hr to PF. My comfort level doesn’t like crowds! Been coming after work (because I truly do not wake up earlier enough to go) and it hasn’t been crowded - 4 pm or 6 pm. That’s nice! I was concerned about that. Most machines work but they seem on top of that. Friendly smiles and so far, no candy or pizza offered so that’s a plus!

This gym is the closest to my house but also one of the smallest I've been in. So there's about 1 of everything, except for a couple of machines and the cardio machines. Sometimes it'll get packed and it will get hard to finish a workout because you can't get on equipment. And since I'm writing this review for people to read. HERE'S A PSA: Stop sitting on equipment if you aren't using it. Gets annoying waiting for people! Thanks. All in all, great gym and nice staff. Come on in and start your fitness journey or pick up where you left off! Let's go!

Elvira, manager at the Planet Fitness in Orange was very helpful about a billing problem that I had. Elvira resolved the problem and made sure that I was happy with the results. Elvira was concerned about my situation and was very courteous. The staff are very professional and helpful. Planet Fitness has a great manager working for them. I love it! What more could I ask for? The staff are friendly and helpful; especially, when you ask for assistance! They keep the area clean and tidy! And it's very convenient for me as I spend more time in Orange than I do in my home city of Santa Ana! There's more life to the Orange location than it is in the Santa Ana/Fountain Valley location!

Signed up for new member orientation followed by a class. Sadly no one showed up to teach the class or the orientation I sat there for 40 min for nothing. Not a way to start a new membership.

No judgement....no weight scale. For 10 dollars a month, i am glad they have good showers. They offer training and other classes. Plenty treadmills and "hamster" equipment. They offered free summer memberships to high school kids.

Love this place and the price. The facility needs work. The woman’s locker room is filled with black mold and peeling wall paper. As well the paper towels for cleaning the equipment are often empty. However for the price I think it is still a good value.
