i've
been
a
"black-card"
member
for
a
while.
i
went
into
a
planet
fitness
for
the
1st
time
in
april.
i
went
to
the
location
on
tustin
street
in
orange.
the
employee
there
said
he
couldn't
find
my
membership.
he
said
he
couldn't
find
me
in
the
system
at
all.
he
said
i
could
not
still
be
signed
up,
&
that
i'd
have
to
apply
again.
when
i
was
unable
to
verify
myself
through
your
website,
it
seemed
that
what
he
was
saying
was
true.
therefore,
i
believed
him.
believing
him
that
i
had
no
membership,
i
signed
up
again
on
my
phone,
THEN
he
finally
said
i'm
in
the
system
once,
&
have
1
membership
active.
he
lied.
that's
fraud.
you
folks
have
been
double-charging
me
every
month
for
7
months.
that's
$175
of
fraud
charges.
an
employee
there
named
hannah,
&
the
manager
daisy,
both
told
me
that
he
should
have
been
able
to
find
me
no
problem.
then
daisy
claimed
it's
impossible
to
cancel
the
2nd
membership,
&
that
there
was
no
further
help
she
could
give
me.
she
also
said
the
website
never
shows
any
membership
info',
&
is
only
capable
of
signing
up
new
memberships.
you
folks
now
know
you
are
double-charging
me,
that
i
never
consented
to
this,
&
that
the
double-charging
happened
100%
only
because
of
denying
my
black-card
membership
through
lies...yet
you're
continuing
the
fraudulent
charging
&
refusing
to
tell
me
how
to
cancel
either
membership.
i've
reported
it
to
my
bank
as
fraud,
&
i
will
file
a
police
report.
