We arrived to a very welcoming reception! They helped us right away and were able to get us into our rooms a bit earlier than the normal check in time. The room was spacious and clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. I like a firmer pillow and theirs are quite soft but I was able to take two of their pillows and make it work. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers. I liked how soft the conditioner made my hair feel. They have these towel holders in the bathroom that look very nice but in my bathroom it blocked the shower door from fully opening and it was bit snug to get into the actual shower. They might want to rethink that obstruction for people of size. The room also had a nice firm couch and a desk with rolling chair. It was perfect for doing some work before heading out. There were plenty of outlets in the room. I didn’t try their coffee but they do have a coffee machine, microwave, small empty fridge, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, suit case rack, and even option for laundry. They also have plenty of parking and Starbucks cafe in the lobby. I would recommend this hotel.

Upon check in my card was charged three times the room amount. When I told the front desk clerk this she said the system froze. Its ok it will fall off when you check out. That’s besides the point. They overcharged me for the room. Also the hotel is ghetto. Stains in the bathtub, odd smell when we walked in, stains on the bed skirt etc. I should have read the reviews and booked somewhere else. This place is a dump 👎🏾! Updated: in total they attempted to charge my card 7 times prior to checkout. There’s something fraudulent going on at this hotel. Don’t use a debit card. Only use your credit card or you will be out a lot of money.

Customer Service here is absolutely amazing, and the hotel is very clean! It’s hard to find people with continuous smiles & pleasant attitudes!!! From the moment I walked in I was greeted like I was Coming To America lol. The rooms were roomy and smelled fresh! The bar atmosphere & fire pit was so relaxing! I know where I’m going to stay my next visit!

Service is exceptional at the front desk for the two weeks I have been here. There is a bar/bistro/Starbucks which is very convenient in the morning but the evening hours seem to vary. The room with the balcony is clean. I have been to their room with accessible that seemed to have a slightly overall lower quality. However, the staff are accommodating and helped me with my concerns. The shower is a hit or miss. One of the showers I have been to have water that is either cold or scolding hot. There is hardly a medium. Overall, I love this place with friendly reception staff team and spacious rooms.

Nice hotel. Spacious rooms. A little bit outdated, but still a nice hotel with delicious breakfast. I tried the bagel and it was almost like the bagels in New York served hot. Good hotel for a business trip. They found my charger after checkout and I was able to pick it up. I really appreciate that. Stuff was really nice.

First impression wasn't good. The front overhang was on need of repair. Not a good look. Reception area clean & organized. We were able to checkin early. Overall, We enjoyed our room. But lifted toilet seat and discovered it hadn't been cleaned. Yuk. They do have Starbucks in lobby. Free water in dispenser. Great location for shopping & dining.

Overall good but the HVAC in the room is unstable and ungodly dry. Hot, then cold, then hot, then cold... Couldn't sleep at all because of this. Room was quiet and light blocking curtains were better than most places. Front desk was very pleasant.

The hotel was disgusting and the carpet hasn’t been clean in years. I stayed in room 225 at first when I checked in with stains on the couch and the room having an odor. I complained to the staff downstairs and asked could I be moved to another room and was told there was no rooms available but after showing her the pictures of the stains on the couch I was moved across the hall to room 224 which also had an odor and with the carpet being dirty triggered my asthma. I have stayed at other Marriott in other cities and I have never experienced that form of dirtiness especially as we are still in a pandemic. Not cleaning properly or sanitizing the hotels good enough.

The good- Staff was friendly, bed was comfortable. The not as good- this CY has a nice renovated lobby, as all do now, but our room was most definitely not. The shower did not drain properly, the sink did not drain properly. Wall switches loose in the box. The furniture was old and worn out, the corner chair had a nasty stain on it. Also, I didn't realize that complimentary lobby coffee (in addition to the available "Starbucks") was no longer a thing. Just in general, not a very good value for what we spent on a night. It was a stark reminder of why I stopped staying at Courtyards long ago. We just didn't really have any alternatives in the immediate area.

I had a great experience at the Courtyard Marriott. The front desk staff was very friendly, my room was clean and very spacious, and you can’t beat the location. The hotel is so close to Pinecrest, which has a bunch of food & shopping options.

Be very cautious about booking this hotel. It is in a great location but the customer service is very poor. They only clean the rooms every other day(we didn't know this until check in). We saw the housekeepers as we were leaving our room on the day our room was scheduled to be cleaned. They asked us specifically if we wanted our room cleaned (this was round 8:45am) and we confirmed that we did. Upon returning to our room ay 12:00am we returned with NOTHING done to our rooms. I called the front desk and a very UNPROFESSIONAL woman named Ramona answered. I informed her of what happened and she said "sorry that happened to you" in a tone in which she showed that she did not care. She said the housekeepers are gone so its nothing to do/ I asked her if she can fix this issue in any other way and she said "no." I asked her if she felt that was ok and her response was" No mam. uh uh don't do that... don't do that" She proceeded to tell me that I was wrong for calling THE FRONT DESK AT MIDNIGHT and she said there will be nothing done at all and that nothing will be done for this inconvenience. Again, the location is great but the customer service is TERRIBLE. Especially since their "manager" Ramona was extremely rude and beyond unprofessional

I am a physician traveling for a conference in Beachwood. I stayed at this hotel one night ago, and had to check out early. The room was smelling like urine, there was what looked like shaved hair on thr bathroom floor. The night staff Brie was unable to answer any questions as to when I could talk to a manager and was being very dismissive, and had an extremely foul attitude. The day staff on the next day did apologize and tell me that that's not the first time that this person has such complaints against her. This hotel is on a good location. But the rooms are not clean. And the staff is not very organized. I had to call several times after leaving the hotel, just to get a hold of a manager that can process a refund for me. Spoke to a manager John. Did not receive one apology from him for all the inconveniences. Goodluck staying in that place. Marriot higher management should really police them.

Wow! 5 star customer service! If I could rate it a million stars I would! Marissa really helped me out when I was having a personal emergency. She took care of me and made me feel very comfortable, above and beyond customer service! Marissa and her team took extra time to make sure I was going to be OK. The hotel was very nice. The food options were good. Starbucks on site! Room was clean and plenty of towels and toiletries. Thermostat in room worked great. No complains here, only high praise for Marissa and her team! Thank you!!!

If I could give 100 stars I would! The staff here are all amazing! I got here well before check in time and they went out of their way to get me a room since mine wasn't ready yet. I will definitely be back!

This was my first trip to the area and as always the Courtyard brand delivered. The property was easy to locate, convenient to restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly and ready to help, even after I requested a different room (I am not a fan of rooms located next to exit doors on the 1st floor). The agent did not hesitate to help me. The room(s) were clean and comfortable. My only concern, would be the A/C unit in my room rattled all day/night, so there were no quiet night's sleep, I adjusted to it eventually.

Everything you’d expect from a Courtyard/Marriott. The staff was very welcoming during check-in. The room was oddly configured, but large and appropriately furnished. The bed and pillows were mostly comfortable, but definitely uneven on one side, I assume from frequent use. Close proximity to interstates and local roads, fast food restaurants, sit-down restaurants, and other resources. Easy access to local universities, businesses, etc. The only drawback was the broken electrical outlets on both sides of the bed (part of mounted light fixtures). I was forced to use the wall outlet (~2 feet from the bed) with a relatively short cord. I wouldn’t normally complain, but in 2022, most travelers don’t use the hotel alarm clocks and are reliant on cell phones.

I've been making trips to my birth city of Cleveland to visit family and this hotel is my favorite and will be my go-to in the future. The location is convenient for my relatives to pick me up and has 3 restaurants (Bob Evans, Wasabi & Red Lobster) within 150 feet of the lobby doors. It sits equal (& short) distance from Eton Chagrin Blvd & Pinecrest for shopping and Cooper's Hawk which I highly recommend for lunch or dinner or if you are a wine lover. I got a room with a king bed, which had a sofa, coffee table, desk, large TV and a balcony, which was great to open up for fresh air. There is a small pool and gym. I didn't use the pool but the gym had a few treadmills and several sets of hand weights of various weight. One think I also appreciated was the guest laundry, $2 to wash and dry. They sell everything you need in the lobby store. If you looking for a hotel that isn't *too* fancy but is high quality and has everything you need, I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful and I look forward to my next stay with them. **Pictures were taken before I checked out, so not representative of how nice and neat the room was upon arrival.

The stay was quite nice , at check-in I was greeted by Erika and I have to say that she was beyond amazing and helpful. In the mornings the 2 ladies at the breakfast counter where a delight. And I had the pleasure of meeting the AGM Justin and had a great conversation with him over morning coffee.

The location is good for my trip. Many restaurants close by, and just off the highway. The courtyard is also nice with a fire pit and water fall. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. That’s where the positive comments end…. The first room I was assigned had not received s good toilet cleaning, and had a large dead bug in the center of the room. The next room was fine though. The bar attendant was far more interested in her phone than customers. I would rather serve myself. The TV is small compared to other hotels I stay in, and the room is average at best. I am Platinum Elite, so I know a good property from bad. This is mediocre at best.

Amazing Experience: "I had the pleasure of staying at the Courtyard by Marriott recently, and I must say that Shana and the entire Courtyard team made my experience truly exceptional. Shana's professionalism and accommodating nature stood out, making me feel valued as an Ambassador Elite member. Having stayed at various Marriott properties before, I can confidently say that this staff is among the best I've encountered. Their dedication to service and guest satisfaction is commendable. Thank you, Shana and the Courtyard team, for making my stay memorable. I look forward to returning!"

Call the hotel to learn about the room and service. (9-2023)- This property is still living in covid times-very LIMITED HOUSEKEEPING. There are plenty of properties around with housekeeping everyday. Seems the management is taking advantage of the lose Marriott policy about housekeeping. Good parking availability. Plenty of restaurants around. Easy access to downtown and airport. Room facing the back is more quiet. Check the CANCELATION policy!! As a Titanium member, I recommend to do your homework on this property beforebooking. On a final note, I am surprised & impressed with the hotel staff - kudos to the HR team that hired this team. Pay them well, so they don't leave :)

October 2022 I booked this hotel last minute and was originally placed in a room that had not been cleaned but obviously showed to clean to the front desk clerk. She was super nice though and walked with me to the new room she assigned to check it first. She told me she'd talk to the manager and to save my pictures because she could help with my rate on staying additional nights for the inconvenience. I said okay cool, that's fair. Went to the day shift person who was an older white male. He was short and snappy with me. Not very helpful AT ALL! Because he was such a disrespectful person, I decided not to stay additional nights and booked 2 more nights at the Hotel Indigo on Park East. Pictures below show blood stains on the pillow case and someone had released their bowels in the toilet. Disgusting

Awful experience staying at this hotel!!! Saturday night the room next door had music playing until1:30 am that had a repetitive bass beat that made it impossible to sleep until it ended. Sunday night the room on the other side had someone having a very loud conversation at 1 am. This time we called the front desk and they called the room and they quieted down. The hotel provided a small credit but that doesn’t make up for two nights of very poor sleep. I would have expected more.

Staff was courteous and friendly. Cleanliness is sub par especially areas under the Microwave and TV. Refrigerator has stains and tables were sticky. Stayed 6 nights and the bed linen and towels were changed once and the bed was made once. Trash was cleared 2 times. The room was not even vacuumed in 6 nights. Coffee want replaced. I Informed some staff and they assured me they will let cleaners know and the manager. Very disappointing with a Bonvoy facility

Check in 23 October 22. The room were dusty. The face soap in the dish was wet. I suspect it's used so did not use it. Took the body lotion when I check out . When I need to use it discovered it was half full. OMG its used. I have to throw them. Will not step into the hotel again.

HOCKEY TEAM FRIENDLY!! The courtyard's management and sales team was excellent to our hockey team travelling several hours away. They set up a special room for the kids to play in, including purchasing nets and knee hockey sticks for them to use. It was impressive how they wanted to accommodate our group and even had a small breakfast setup for us special. All the staff was very courteous and cooperative and even allowed the parents to socialize in the lobby until late. Great job Courtyard staff!! Well done! (Stay was 3/24, 3/25, 3/26, 2023)

I booked the room via the BonVoy app and specifically requested an upper floor opposite of the interstate. When we checked in they first gave us the 1st room off the main lobby/bar area on the 1st floor. I went back to the front desk and asked for another room on an upper floor. They gave me a room on the second floor not far from the elevator room apparently as we heard a low humming sound every time it moved. The couch cushions were stained, the sliding door handle was broken, and pieces of the trim underneath the HVAC unit had fallen down. The shower door leaked water all over the floor. To cap it all off someone set off the fire alarm at 6:30, which according to the front desk was set off by someone "doing something they shouldn't have been doing in their room". Who knows what that could have been? There are plenty of other hotels in the area that you should consider before staying at this Courtyard.

I will definitely be staying at this location when I visit the area. The staff was amazing! Very friendly, professional, accommodating, great atmosphere. The young lady who checked me in, I didn't catch her name was so friendly and Leda another staff member went above and beyond to assist me with any questions or needs I inquired about. My room was very clean and comfortable. Any areas I observed in the hotel were spotless. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
