Great staff and breakfast. The waiters brought us extra plates each night as we brought in food to eat with our happy hour drinks. Great balcony room with Disney fireworks view. We had a room full of guests over all 5 nights of our stay to enjoy the fireworks.

Very bad hotel. Just the entrance looks nice and flashy. The rooms are very smelly dark and gloomy. Old and over used pillows, sheets. Very less variety on breakfast. Even the lifts get smelly after people run around barefooted leaving water marks from the pools and smells of eggs after breakfast. Very bad experience will never stay there again nor recommend anyone. Balcony had cigarettes trashed. Whole hotel has A/C problem.

This Hotel needs an update. Carpet in the rooms that we occupied were dirty. Rooms definitely need some work , our Air Conditioner did not work and it was very uncomfortable in our room the 1st night, they did nothing to compensate. We moved the next afternoon after waiting in our hot room for a luggage cart which were few. A really nice young lady at the front desk finally moved us to a nicer room. Carpet in this room needed to be cleaned and it smelled bad in this room. If it hadn't been for a Family Event we had at the Stadium we most likely would have moved. Between family and friends we had 7 or more rooms at this hotel under different names. I have always loved Embassy Suites but not this trip. I'm about done with Hilton. I must say that we had stayed at another Hilton in Anahiem a few months ago and had a few problems, I was contacted by a Hotel Manager and those problems were taken care of. We we very satisfied and appreciated the efforts of the Management at that Hilton Hotel. We did get an 'Apology' from the Embassy suites.

The hotel is clean, beds are very comfortable and the restroom was very spacious. I got the king room with add on so it was nice to have a separate living/dining room. The breakfast buffet is a MUST in the morning. Omelettes made to order, waffles, yogurt, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit. Honestly they offer everything you could want. They are located right by Disneyland (so there are a lot of families and small children dressed in Disney outfits- which was cute to see each morning).

Worst experience ever!! I got the room I didn't reserved. I paid more than $300 a night and they don't even clean your room every day. And not only they don't clean your room every day but they don't even let you know at the check in that you need to tell them 24 hours in advance if you want the room cleaned. Even though I told the lady at the front desk that I wasn't informed about that, the only solution she gave was to put a couple of toilet paper rolls and a couple of clean towels on the room's desk for me to do the job. I had to take the trash out myself. At the check out, the front d desk lady didn't even say thank you or have a good day. Thank you for treating your guests with such of courtesy. I can't imagine how people that are not your guests are treated by this hotel.

Staff are helpful and cordial. Food is great on the menu and the breakfast bar. However several things overshadow the good here. Elevator doors look pretty well worn. Absolute eyesore considering nearly everyone has to use the elevator. Carpet in room had multiple stains and looked well worn. Unlike most Hilton properties coffee was not readily available in the lobby all day. Requested service every other day but none was received. Had to ask for more coffee and creamer at front desk for my room everyday. This location is not up to what I have received at other Hilton properties.

Location was wonderful (we were going to Disneyland and it was only 8 minutes away). Our room bathtub had a broken drain and wouldnā€™t hold water, the shower drain was plugged and overflowed with water, the garbage can had sour milk spilled in the bottom of itā€¦ but the lobby bar service was 12/10!!!

We paid close to $600 for 3 nights and they still charged us $26 per day to park on their premises, when we had reservations to stay there. The worst part is the room and entire hotel was HOT because they donā€™t have A/C but swamp coolers. Everyone we ran into in the hotel was asking us if our room was hot because thereā€™s was extremely hot. The lobby was really hot and muggy. The staff had fans for themselves. It was so hot in the rooms that it was hard to sleep at night without sweating and being all sticky. Just a terrible experience. They didnā€™t even bother to accommodate us in any way. Never experienced something like this in all these years vacationing in California. Our California trips and experience have always been amazing. I will never stay her again and I donā€™t recommend anyone to stay here especially in the summer. Double tree down the way is a great hotel and rooms are cold and very nice and updated. Didnā€™t stay there this time because we wanted to be closer to the Angelā€™s stadium. Big mistake but never again.

I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Anaheim Orange, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the beautiful interior design of the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed. I appreciated the attention to detail and the comfortable amenities that made my stay so enjoyable. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the exceptional staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were friendly, helpful, and always available to answer any questions or provide any assistance that I needed. Overall, I highly recommend the Embassy Suites by Hilton Anaheim Orange to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience in Southern California. I will definitely be returning to this hotel every time I come to California!

We came across this hotel when searching for somewhere to stay for 3 nights near Disney! We stumbled across here and actually ended up loving it! We had the 1 bedroom suite, which was plenty of room for the multiple days. It also was only like 10 minutes from the Disneyland parking lot, which was super convenient. Breakfast was great! Definitely recommend getting there earlier though. As well as the complimentary happy hour is really nice. Parking could be hot or miss. There wasn't nearly enough spaces for the amount of guests. The last night, we basically took the last spot and seen a lot of people pull up after us, going to talk to valet to figure out what to do.

Rooms are kinda old and could use updating. Chairs upholstery is disintegrating and shower bottles for conditioner and body soap were empty. The front desk was great but understaffed. Only 2 washers and 2 dryers for guests in the huge place and 1 washer didn't even work! The outdoor pool was great, but so noisy you couldn't even hear the wind blowing though the palm trees. Just freeway noise and street noise, it was so UN-blissful!!!

The rooms are OLD DRITY and out dated!!! The couch had stains all over it. Carpet was so dirty you couldnā€™t walk on it without your feet getting black. Hand and feet prints all over the sliding glass windows. NO fan vent in the bathroom. The pull out bed on the couch had what looked to be BLOOD stains. Mattress that had to of been over 20years old. Air vent was full of black dust. For a price tag of $550 for ONE NIGHT. I expect at least a clean room. We have been a member of Hilton honors for years. This is a huge disappointment. Now letā€™s talk about the rude staff . I tried to ask a question to one of the workers in the dinning area. If they would be bring more food out since it was all gone. I said excuse me miss , and she snapped at me. (Saying yea in a min ) before I could even ask her anything.

This hotel was nice. They had a great free breakfast buffet. They had a cocktail hour where you could get 2 free drinks (but only with particular liquors and no cocktails or mixed drinks). The hot tub and the pool were nice and clean. The only thing I really hated was the bathroom. They put the toilet right next to the door. With the wall so thin it made it so you could hear everything. All in all it was a good experience. It's not the best hotel you would ever go to but it's worth the money.

The breakfast was great and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was a bit dated, and I was given a room where some art had fallen off the wall. Unfortunately, the hotel is currently suffering from an HVAC issue, so the air conditioning in the rooms wasn't working. Front desk staff let me check a number of rooms to see if any seemed cool, but ultimately they let me cancel without penalty and move to a new hotel. I really appreciate them working with me, and I hope they are able to get the issue repaired soon. If the AC was working, I'd give a much higher rating.

Hands down our entire experience from the friendly valet guys to the check-in process to breakfast the following morning. We stayed a total of 4 days and truly it was a great experience. Anyway, The food was great, the bar tenders were funny and generous and further the entire place was sparkling clean. The breakfast was great specifically the cooked to order omelet and the biscuits/gravy. The eggs were real and the biscuits were really good. I didnā€™t expect the biscuits to be good nor the gravy but it was. I will say all mornings we are the potatoes they were very seasoned and actually just to much. I like seasoning but these were just way to much. Other than that, Iā€™m not sure how this hotel is currently ranked as a 4 Star place but the analysis is not correct at least as of 3/22/23. šŸ”„

Great view from the room. Able to see really fantastic sunsets every night. Delicious free breakfast, as well as a great drink counter, available throughout the day. Location was ideal, maximum an hour away from most of the attractions I was looking to get to. Only 5-6 minutes away from Disneyland Resort

Stayed here for 1 night and that was plenty. Hotel needs some TLC and updating. Room had a musty odor. Shower head pretty much had little to no water pressure. Shower door handle on the inside was broken. Cleaning crew left 2 bottles of conditioner and no shampoo. Our room was down at the end of the hall off the atrium. The hallway had 6-8 rooms. Our room strangly the door opened into the hall instead of into the room, All the other doors opened in. It was like a storage area that was converted to a room. If I was staying more than one night I would have demanded a different room. I used a Hilton certificate for a free night. I don't know if that is why they gave us this room since it was no charge. Lastly they charged $29 for self parking. No parking perk for Hilton Honors member. Do not recommend. Much better options in the area.

The room was so dirty. The kitchenette area was sticky and full of grime. The doors all had nasty handprints covering them and black marks around the handles. We were in a 2 bedroom suite that slept 6 and we only had two towels. The mattress on the pullout couch was so old and worn out we couldnā€™t even sleep on it. We opted for one on the couch and one on a rollaway (which we were told would be a full, but it was actually a twin). The restaurant was convenient, but the workers were so inattentive. The food had no flavor and we never saw anyone to even ask for salt and pepper or ketchup. We opted to eat hot but flavorless. The cost of parking was outrageous and a very unpleasant surprise! The saving grace of the whole experience was that the front desk was kind and accommodating and there was complimentary drinks during happy hour. It served the bare minimum to meet our needs.

Clean, good-sized room but dated. Staff overall was friendly. A team member named Ron is wonderful with the guests. He's the one who checks on Hilton members. The dining area gets overwhelmed during breakfast. My wife called the front desk inquiring about a late check-out (this was Sunday, Oct 8) and she was not friendly at all. You can tell by her tone. Parking fills up quickly.

Absolutely horrible place to stay. You are better off at motel 6. Room was extremely humid since the moment we walked in and carpet was damp. There was mold all over the place and stains everywhere. The windows donā€™t open so we couldnā€™t even air out the room so they had to bring us a cheap fan. Management refused to moves us without charging us more for an upgrade since our room type was completely booked. Worst hotel experience

We stayed here for the 2nd time, first time wasn't a great experience. Room was dirty and run down. But the Management is awesome, they came back to us, apologized, offered to do better and did. The Hotel is refreshing all rooms and we got to stay in one. New comfy Mattress, new Sofa and Kitchen/ Wetbar, new small Furnitures... but the Lamps are the old ones and Power didn't work on neither one. šŸ˜¢ But the new Sofa has a Power outlet in the Armrest, what was my favorite feature šŸ„° Close to the Angels Stadium and great Restaurants and Bier Gardens. We definitely will come back ā€¼ļø Oh, before I forget...of course free Breakfast and yummy fresh Omlettes šŸ˜‹

I stay here because it's close to where I work when I'm in town. I would like to give them 5 stars but not now. I had a great conversation with one of the managers, and he was very responsive to my needs and listened. I realize this is a tough business, so I am willing to come back again and see how things go. The hotel is awesome and clean. Housekeeping staff does a great job at making sure things are clean and guest rooms are taken care of. The hotel is dog friendly, and that's awesome. I will be back.

This resort falsely advertises having a shuttle to Disneyland. When you search ā€œresorts near Disneyland with shuttleā€ on google this is the first resort that shows up. There are several postings about it on google and when brought up to the front desk they said that is not a reliable site and they have never offered a shuttle and donā€™t advertise that they do. Meanwhile there are several reviews praising this shuttle that they allegedly never had. The staff was rude and condescending about it saying it must have been an outside source posting that. Why would an outside source post a shuttle, and there be reviews, for something that never existed? Do not stay here. The room itself has stained carpets and a stained couch. It was worth the price when we were getting what was advertised but that is not the case.

Our experience at the hotel was just OK. Both the level of service and quality of the room furnishings and amenities, inside and outside of the room, are far far far away from the level they were before, especially the room itself. My key and main issues are the level of cleanliness in the rooms, how everything seems to just be cleaned on the surface and on main traffic areas. As soon as something is moved out of its original place, or if you look under a table to plug into an outlet, there is dirt and dust everywhere. Also, the furniture and appliances are old, antiquated, broken down (microwave) and DIRTY, furniture and appliances need to be replaced!! Example: I tried using the coffee maker in the room; the water tank was dirty and disgusting, I just went outside to buy coffee. If you're not going to clean the coffee pot, then don't even bother with wasting money to leave coffee supplies in the room. Lamps were unplugged, the room phone was disgustingly dirty and sticky, besides being totally unnecessary in this day and time. The pillows seems to be filled with Kleenex tissues, the bed covering were dirty, etc, etc, etc. I can go on and on about the glaring deficiencies in your rooms, but I think you get the gist of it from my comments above. Feel free to contact me if you need to, you have my contact information.

Honestly, we had almost given up on Embassy Suites after our last two visits. This trip has redeemed it for us. The customer service has amazing. The little extras made it more than worth it for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The corner room (with the view of Disney) was significantly larger than we expected. Our family of 6 (3 teenagers) all had adequate room and comfort.

  • 4/5 Marina G. 1 year ago on Google
The concierge was very helpful, other staff were accommodating, and pleasant. The room was spacious, and clean. However, certain elements were a little run down, and the bed was not very comfortable. The Buffet breakfast was plentiful to choose from, hot, and delicious. The coffee was pretty good. However, they seemed to be short-staffed because there were no bussers to clear the tables. Guests who had just arrived were having to sit at tables with discarded food and plates left on them. There seemed to be no cans or bins to put any used dishes and/or trash.

Hilton is my very favorite. As an honors member I have always enjoyed my stays at the embassy suites over all the other Hilton resorts. I always have been greeted with respect, taken care of and given the best hospitality. Above all, the rooms are spectacular and very clean and organized. The food especially the breakfast is awesome and free! The staff is always available for any thing you need at any time day or night, and they will accommodate just about anything you need. Being an honors member is another great way to an even already amazing stay here. I will be coming back yet again to enjoy another stay with my family and friends. I can't come back soon enougH. All these other bad reviews on here are too tough of critics. Elevator doors have nothing to do with your hotel room. Who cares if they aren't up to date. I'll take the Hilton over any "motel6 any day and was just gratefully appreciative that I even got to stay at a Hilton in first place. Some people just need to humble up a little bit sheesh.

I only gave one star because the staff here are great, very helpful and polite. The issues during my stay, and with many others, I spoke with the heat in the hotel and the temp in rooms that stayed around 78-80, and the ONLY hot water or one day ONLY cold water in your room, and lastly only one working elevator. I spoke with the front desk staff and they said they would send maintenance to my room but they didn't fix anything. While I will never stay here again, I feel bad for the staff who have to deal with the complaints daily about these issues and nothing they can do about it.

We booked a week at this hotel through Get Away Today for a fun filled Disney Trip. Unfortunately, I would consider our stay here sub standard. I will summarize our experiences below: The Bad Upon entering the hotel, the first thing we noticed were the carpets. They were absolutely filthy, the hallways, elevators...dirt and stains everywhere. I'll try to include pictures with my review. The front desk did not appear to know about the overnight parking discount portrayed by Get Away Today on their website. I know you can't believe everything you read on the internet, but we booked with an Get Away agent in person who had stayed at this property before and seemed to have current information. The front desk did end up providing the discount, which I was pleased about. I'll discuss this more in the Good section. Our second day, one of the two elevators were broken, leading to long wait times. Emergency stairwell access was provided for use that day, but with young children it certainly was not convenient. When we got to our room, there were dead bugs in the shower, missing trim around the microwave/sink area, stained curtains. The shower floor also appeared to have been damaged previously. It was repaired with a few lines of caulk...definitely a luxury experience. I'll try to attach pictures. Halfway through our stay early Wednesday morning around 2am, ear piercing fire alarms went off in the rooms and throughout the entire resort. Our little ones were absolutely terrified. People were roaming the hallways from the top floor to the bottom trying to figure out what was going on. The front desk said it was a false alarm and provided no further detail. There was no apology for the disturbance, and no compensation offered for the half day we lost that morning trying to get our girls back into their sleeping routine. Two members of our party on two separate occasions asked later that day about the alarms. The attendants at the front desk acted like they had no clue. This is perhaps my biggest gripe. I'm fine with false alarms...it is much better than the alternative, but providing no further explanation, no apologies, and acting like it didn't happen does not give me confidence in the staff or operations here. Lastly, there were very few bell carts available for hauling luggage and bags. Perhaps three or four for the entire hotel based off of what I saw. People probably just kept them in their rooms and forgot to return them, but it definitely made it less convenient to load/unload throughout the stay. We just ended up carrying everything down by hand our last day with three or four trips up and down. The Good Breakfast was amazing, and worthy of the two stars I'm giving in this review by itself. From the made to order omelets to the other food options, everything was delicious. AC in the room was cold and kept the temperature just right to be comfortable on a hot California day. As mentioned previously, the front desk attendant did end up giving us the overnight parking discount because our extended stay. If you book through Get Away Today, they have no idea what discounts or offers are mentioned through that platform, so make sure you double check with the property on any partnerships or discounts beforehand. Our last two days, some guy in a suit was walking around and had multiple carpet cleaning crews deep cleaning the floors. I guess enough people complained about that...The finished results were much better, and indicative of what a 3 star hotel should look like. I would not recommend this hotel based off of our experiences here.

Terrible experience staff is not trained in phone etiquette, Called reservations call is immediately transferred to the Philippians where an operator working from home will ask for your credit card number all while a roaster crows in the background! Made a second attempt to speak with front desk I was then transferred to Brazil where I could not understand a word! All employees are ESL so there is a severe issue in communication even at the hotel in Anaheim! I asked to speak with a supervisor and was kept on hold for 9min before anyone answered. Jeffery Rusten said he was supposedly the hotel manager and apologized for the terrible experience he assured me he would make it right; he provided me his email so I could screen shot a booking rate I was promised; after doing so he never returned a response nor did we get our reservation! Do Not Trust Hilton! They sell your info your credit card information and email phone number etc is all unsafe in the hands of oversees employees and calls are not recorded! Hilton has oversees employees taking reservations! And Jeffrey is a poor excuse for a hotel manager; unethical, unprofessional and a straight up liar! Would you feel safe staying here? After the horrible telephone experience I will NEVER recommend or stay at a Hilton hotel !

Room not that clean and needs updating. AC not cool enough. Furniture stained and broken. Breakfast was good. Free drink hour nice but no snacks. Understaffed but who isnā€™t. Ok location. For the money but not for me next time. Good for family that is on a budget.

Has yummy breakfast! Nice check in area , staff was kind and friendly ! Only problem was the room wasnā€™t as clean as it should have been . They literally had hair in the floor amid shower and in bath tub stuck to it ā€¦. And they had a sticker on the wall from someone taking it off there new clothes lol - It was a Thursday 7/22/22 and summer so I am sure they were very busy , but still being clean is the most important to me .
