There is very little I can complain about at the price point we landed this hotel for. We booked through GetAwayToday and there were no problems checking in upon arrival. Front desk answered every question we had and were overall great. I was also able to ship a package to the hotel, and they held it for me until I arrived. Additionally, they held our luggage for a few hours after check-out so we could kill some time until closer to our flight home. Rooms were clean, housekeeping was consistent and thorough. The beds could have been a little more comfy, but it really wasn't an issue after getting used to it the first couple nights. There is a medical center across the street, and there were a few times around 8-9pm where there was a constant flow of ambulances and fire trucks, but after 10pm it's quiet enough. For anyone wondering about ART (shuttle to Disney), it does stop at this hotel, but there's a catch! You have to purchase an ART pass either through the ART website or the A-WayWeGo app, and then activate the pass in the app. After doing so, you can request an on-demand ride (for no cost) to and from Disneyland. Be aware that wait times are not always accurate, would recommend being at the transportation hub if you're at Disney, or downstairs in the lobby if you're leaving from the hotel, before scheduling the ride. Overall great experience!

Had several family members stay here for a wedding that we were attending. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint was the breakfast. Since some of us stayed here for 5 days, the breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausage every single day & the usual cold cereal, muffins, and asstd bread. It would have been nice if they had pancakes or waffles or changed it up every other day. Other than the breakfast, I would stay here again.

My Fiance and our 2 boys stayed here for a Disneyland trip and it was great. The staff was really nice and engaging. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and maintained. The rooms were nice, we didn't do much but sleep in them. The beds were super comfy. The free parking is a great perk especially when disneyland hotels all charge a daily fee. The breakfast was good and offered a variety to choose from. The shuttle was convenient and picks up and drops off right in front just be in the lobby when you schedule a pick up they are pretty prompt. Only downside was one of the elevators were down and they are pretty small and can only get one family in at a time. They do have stairs but our room was located on the 6th floor which would have been a pain after walking Disney all day. Also, you can hear all the early risers shutting doors and talking. I would definitely stay here again!

Weekend getaway for my birthday. I was searching for a nice hotel for a decent price and this hit all the marks. It was close to everything we wanted to see and explore. The check in staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel stay comes with free parking onsite and complimentary breakfast daily. The breakfast was better than I expected. They had more options than I anticipated. And a really pretty dining area to enjoy your food. It was a nice weekend so we spent some time at the pool. There is hot tub and outdoor shower as well. The room is good size we had plenty of space. We had access to a mini fridge to keep our drinks cold. Tons of closet space to hang things up. Bathroom was a decent size. We had the room at the end of the hallway which was nice further away from other rooms and the elevators. Overall nice hotel for a very affordable price for a one night stay.

For the price, our 3 nights were fantastic. MOST NOTABLY was the friendliness of the check in staff. This is so important, people like Bryanna and others were very helpful. Issues: 1. We left the do not disturb sign on the door while we were gone because we had valuables in the room, but the room cleaner came in anyway??? There was no safe to put the items in. 2. No microwave 3. TV: Hard to figure out, channels available not very good. There was no list of channels in the room. We ended up hooking our laptop to the TV & used that. 4. Shower fixtures: These are extremely extremely cheap. When pulling the handle to switch from filling the tub to the shower mode 50% of the water came out of both places. Very inefficient, especially during drought. Regardless of #1-4 above, ALO was a FANTASTIC experience & we'll definitely come back again!!!!

All okay except one small size elevator working overloaded with people too way too long- at 75 yrs old I took the stairs up and down multiple times! Breakfast was a very big disappointment- hot breakfast served in dark cold separate room with door closed. Cleanliness- big issues throughout eating and getting breakfast Food was worse than most free breakfast’s offered at other hotels - especially next to the big sister hotel Ayer’s Hotel. They missed the mark on this big time!

We stayed at ALO for a 3 day Disney trip and it was perfect! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was just right for a long day at Disney. If you plan on using the ART for transportation put in your on demand request early because it does take longer to arrive in the morning.

Great customer service and super clean! Every time we came out of our rooms we noticed staff touching up. Noticed them cleaning handles, elevator buttons, floors being mopped and everything smelled clean and good. Continental breakfast was great too!!!!

Me and my son just love staying at the ALO" hotel, it's comfortable,clean, and the breakfast is great. And the staff is super nice. Briana and the manager Sandra Zuno are very nice. It's really our home away from home. Can't wait till our next stay. Thank you all very much.

Very clean, safe, and conveniently located. The staff is very helpful and accommodating and I truly appreciate everything they did to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I stayed in November and this past week and would definitely return if I'm alone or with my husband; however, when staying with other females it's nice to have the vanity and sink separate from the toilet and shower.

My wife and I took our two kids to Disneyland and just happened to pick this hotel. It was close to Disney and had good reviews which is why I am here to add to the long list of great reviews. The staff were super nice and very accommodating. We asked for two pack-n-plays for our kids and they were in the room when we got there. Our room was cleaned everyday to a pristine level. Even when we got going late in the day, we still got our room cleaned, and also when traveling to big cities you sometimes have to pay to park your car at the hotel but not this one!!!!

Large rooms, lots of storage, amazing daily hot breakfast, friendly helpful staff, a bathroom that's one room, not with sink outside tub area which I hate, pretty walk to pool, comfy bed and couch for better tv viewing, available access to bus for Disneyland and since it involved an app which some seniors are challenged by the staff at hotel were so helpful!!! The bathroom door was sticking so noisy if shut tightly. This was our second stay and we'd definitely stay there again if in area.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very nice comfortable hotel. Room is spacious. Very nice for 2. Hide qway bed in couch to accommodate more. However, storage space may be a little light. But not in anyway a deal breaker. Very nice hotel. Breakfast included. Nice spot to stay for our Disney trip.

Stayed for about a week. You can tell building was a bit old, but still a great place to stay! Breakfast was different everyday, great variety. Good size bedrooms. Only thing that threw us off was how low the shower head was, but doable. No microwave in rooms, but communal microwave on 2nd floor, which is great. Did not use pool or fitness room. Seen fireworks from our window coming from Disneyland! Great location for a quick drive to Disneyland and outlet mall right across the street. Would recommend

We stayed only one night. We were more than impressed with this hotel. The common areas and the room were impeccably clean. The room was quite spacious with a large window. AC and heat worked great. We were able to check in about an hour early which really helped us. Front desk was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was included and had plenty of choices both hot and cold. The breakfast staff was also very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

ALO continues to never disappoint. Great location. Easy check in and check out. Super friendly staff members. Clean rooms. Great housekeeping staff. DELICIOUS breakfast served hot and well rounded. Great location with a Starbucks in easy walking distance. A 7 minute drive (if that) to Disneyland. I have visited this location about 12 times and will continue to come. It is guaranteed to be a great visit at a fair price.

Great place. Older but renovated. Room was clean, service was good, bed was very comfy. Free breakfast and parking a plus. Would recommend if near Anaheim for convention center or Disneyland. Outlets nearby.

I stayed at this hotel for five days in September. I loved its location and the discount I received upon arrival just for going to Disneyland. Free parking was great and so was the proximity to the ART bus stop. Unfortunately the room itself wasn't the nicest. Very patched up, old and very small. A/C worked though and I had a nice view on the 5th floor. Also, elevator was incredibly small, so might not want to be on a higher floor if claustrophobic. Breakfast was free, so definitely not the best. Customer service was great! I feel bad giving a 3-star review, but comparing it the Aryes right next door, it definitely did not live up to my expectations. This was my fourth Aryes property I have stayed at and all were exceptional except this one. Will definitely not be staying here again unless significantly cheaper than the others.

Great place to stay for Disneyland. Breakfast is convenient and delicious. Transportation options are good if you come without a vehicle. Friendly staff. There needs to be additional bedding...thicker blanket/comforter and softer sheets. Need for additional outlets.

We stayed a full week as we were in town for a baseball tournament. We were pleasantly surprised as we’ve never stayed at this brand of hotel. The rooms were refreshed daily which you don’t see often anymore. The location was convenient, especially if you’re catching an Angel’s game, we were able to walk to the stadium. I think my only gripe would be that they needed a little more of a variety for breakfast and maybe extend it by maybe an hour. There were times that items would run out and it seemed that was it for the morning for that particular item even though there was an hour or more left for breakfast. Oh and the pool was closed so we had to use the pool from the neighboring property. The staff was very friendly. We’d probably stay again if in the area.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms and great accommodations. Super comfy beds and pillows. Loved the hot tub and pool area. Free parking is always a win. Fair amount of breakfast selections, although breakfast hours could be longer. The only thing was that housekeeping was standing outside our door for hours before we left to check out around 11:30AM. Other than that, I'd definitely stay here again.

The staff is friendly and even offered to give me a late check out which was nice. The room was very clean and spacious. Only issue I had was with the bed, it wasn't too comfortable, maybe because I'm used to sleeping on a Cal King. Otherwise everything was good even the restaurant next door.

my family and I came in on Labor day weekend (Sun-Fri) we were there during the horrible heatwave. the staff was amazing at check in. check in was fast and easy. I had packages delivered there for my kids for surprises which they also got upon check in. the room was great clean ,spacious and comfortable for the 4 of us. breakfast was pretty good each day that we ate there at the hotel. only complaints I have is that the shower water pressure wasnt very strong. complaints at breakfast are that they wouldn't always make sure that they would have enough stock of everything and the food wasn't always hot enough some items were barely even warm. one more thing is that I went with my mom and my 2 children and we were the only ones finishing eating my mom went to use the restroom and we were told we needed to leave because she needed to clean. I understand that they have hours to go by but we were in the corner and she was across the room and could've given us a few more minutes to finish and wait for my mom. other than that experience we enjoyed our stay. including all of the bus drivers we came across on the on demand buses on route 14 they were all amazing. would definitely recommend and come bk and stay here again.

I really liked this hotel. It’s across the street from The Orange Outlets, which has a movie theater and Dave and Busters. The ART bus picks up right out front. Not to mention there’s a Wendy’s and Starbucks right next door. The breakfast was ok but after a while it got redundant. The pool was nice and quiet. The room was nice, but the pillows are too soft and the rugs need a deep cleaning. On the upside they have really hot water. Lastly I found out on the last day where the laundry and microwave was, I think the second floor. Definitely will be staying here again.

Everything about this hotel worked super well for us on our recent Disneyland adventure. This establishment is close to the resort so uber is a cost-effective option. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. Staff is kind, happy and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay there. I highly recommend this property

Hotel in general, not just the rooms, neat and clean during our 2 day stay. Bed very comfortable; able to sleep well with minimal noise from adjoining rooms/hallways. Areas outside well lit at nights so felt safe parking and walking. Staff was friendly, always greeted us with a smile. Dinner at the on-site restaurant was surprisingly good (1st time eating Mexican cuisine). Centrally located to shopping (Outlets at Orange), antiques (Old Town Orange), Target, dining, and entertainment. Only drawback was issues with the room keys and having to go downstairs several times to resolve issue. Breakfast, hot and cold, was good. Would definitely stay there again.

After an issue with my reservation and being told the hotel was sold out, Beatriz at the front desk resolved the issue with grace. After a long trip to see my father who was ill, I was relieved not to have to find another hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and had the basics of what I needed for a relaxing evening. The other front desk person was equally friendly and answered questions the next day, but I didn't get his name. Breakfast is standard hotel fare that I seem to experience in every chain hotel, but the restaurant associated with hotel looked fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.

I found this hotel randomly and I’m grateful I did. From the moment I interacted with Patty at the front desk (over the phone) she was very pleasant& informative. When I checked in Patty greeted me with a warm smile great conversation. I rarely left my room because I needed to relax. The room itself is very nice and clean the view is awesome .I overlook the parking lot of the Best Buy/Wendy’s shopping center which I truly appreciate ,because not only can I see my car from my window there’s a lot of activity going on throughout the day and I appreciate that I have not left the room to enjoy it . The one young lady I spoke to in housekeeping was very generous and helpful.They do respect the Do Not Disturb placard. Today was my check out ,however I needed to stay a few days longer so I phoned down at the front desk once again and got Maritza on the line. Let me tell you… she was very professional ,very concerned ,very helpful and when she needed to get clarification on a matter she placed me on hold and came back with great news that I would be able to extend my stay at an even more affordable price than the other hotels I was filtering through. It made me so happy to see that I can stay in the same room have a great rate and continue to enjoy the peace and tranquility and the ambience that the ALO hotel provides. I highly recommend this hotel for its selection of not only professional employees but conscious concerning employees. If I can give more stars I would.-CA

Staff is amazing! Front desk very attentive and welcoming! Rooms very clean and we enjoyed the variety of breakfast items! The only downside was when it was booked I was told it had free shuttle which was a plus for me but when arriving I was told different.

I didn't think much of what I would experience at this hotel because I don't travel much. However, I feel like this has been one of the better places I've stayed. The staff was great! They had complimentary breakfast that was hardy and kept me full for most of the day which is a plus. When I would arrive at night to my surprise the housekeepers had cleaned and organized my room every night. That for me was the best part 💕 coming to the hotel after a long day at Disney was the best. The Rooms are spacious and clean, the view is good and they had a fitness center, pool and hot tub, laundry room and microwave on one of the floors. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend this place a million times.

The hotel was very nice and the staff friendly. They had the EXACT SAME THING every single morning for breakfast for the 8 days we stayed there (scrambled eggs, sausage, spicy potatoes). It was very good, but after a few days couldn't even choke it down. Can't imagine why they didn't have a little variation. We've NEVER stayed at a hotel that didn't switch it up a bit and have something different. Very disappointing!

Perfect location if going to Disneyland!!! We have always liked staying at this property over the years whenever we visit the area. It is located in such a great area between the John Wayne Airport and the amusement parks in the area. There are several restaurants and mall all within walking distance. It was so easy getting an Uber to get dropped off at Disneyland. The rooms are very clean, spacious and come with awesome amenities. The only bummer this trip was the breakfast. The last time we stayed here the breakfast had so many options and was more than just a standard continental breakfast.

I absolutely loved staying in this hotel with my family! Guest service was well above and beyond. The breakfast was amazing. They had a few varieties while we were there and the fruit salad was awesome. Not your average Continental breakfast. The rooms are very clean. The walkway to the pool is absolutely beautiful. It was close enough to the Disney parks that it was only a 10 minute drive, but it was far enough from the park that it was peaceful and more quiet. We saved money with the free parking. I will definitely stay here again!

Room was bad, our room was located right next to the fitness center and you can hear everything , once we arrived into the room had an odd odor to it. Might be that the carpets need more of a deep clean . Elevator was extremely concerning, I would be lying if I said I wasn’t concerned for my safety while on the elevator. The elevator making noises all the way to the room, I was say it needs a major upgrade.
