Decided to stop in to have dinner before a movie, since we hadn't visited D&B in a long time. I had the salmon and was pleasantly surprised! I thought it was a wonderful dish. My boyfriend had the parmesean chicken and wished there was more pasta to balance the amount of chicken. Overall it was a great dining experience. The one detraction was having a server who wasn't as knowledgeable about changes to the menu, the app or processing points to your rewards account, however, they could have been a newer staff member.

Took my son to Dave & Busters yesterday and he had such a fun time! This location is pretty big and has a bunch of games to choose from. There's a pretty even amount of virtual games and arcade games. My son personally loves the Minions game and all the racing ones too! I've been to the Ontario and Hollywood locations in the past but never this one in Orange. It's located within the Block of Orange mall which is convenient if you want to do some shopping after or eat at any of the restaurants/fast food options the mall has to offer. I didn't eat at this location but I know their prices can be a bit high so it's nice to have alternative options outside of the establishment. We ended up spending about an hour at the arcade. $35 got us 200 tokens and it was just the right amount to entertain my son for the time we were there. He also accrued enough tickets to get a decent prize but ended up just choosing a small toy and candy. For about 1,500 tickets you can get a pretty cool toy. I like that you can link your Dave & busters power card to their app. I downloaded it prior to us arriving and found it convenient to keep track of tokens left and how many tickets we had to redeem for prizes. You can also reload the card via their app as well. I found this specific location to be pretty clean. None of the games appeared to be dirty. Only a select few of their games were out of order which wasn't really a problem since they have so many games available. We'll definitely be back for more fun!

Food was good. We had a teenagers birthday party there. The food served at the party was cheese burgers, fries, and Mac & cheese ( looked like Kraft Mac & cheese) the kids all enjoyed it. It was served family style. The down side I noticed is the rest rooms were a long walk into the game room and the lack of hand sanitizer stations, I did not see any. I would recommend carrying your own especially if you plan on playing the games are touched by many people. I did not witness any staff actively sanitizing the games during the 3 hours I was there.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT?? I have to update this review because I am having so much trouble trying to reach customer support. I have left 6 or 7 messages and sent 2 emails because the chips I play aren't adding to my total. No response, no call back!We love this place, but are upset with the lack of response. The managers at the locations are always nice and helpful, but their support team isn't. Besides that, it's a fun time! We'll keep coming back! BTW the photos were taken at closing time - it's usually really busy!

The food could be better, but it is geared more towards kids. The service was good. It wasn't too crowded. I don't know if a recession is slowly starting as usually it is a little more crowded on a Saturday evening.

Always a great place to visit with friends for a first date and even for group events 😀. Food is tasty, and drinks are varied and strong 💪 😀. Atmosphere is fun and loud but enjoyable. Super busy in the weekends but fun for all. Parking is super ample, and the staff and location are delightful. Have fun and enjoy the day .

Great looking place inside and out. The service sucks though. You have a bunch of teens running the place and won't give you service unless you're loud or one of their friends coming to see them. I stood in front of this bartender with a tattooed neck for a few minutes while I waited for him to finish telling his friend a bar story. He ignored me, wouldn't acknowledge me. I said "excuse me, he ignored me. It got awkward for his friends listening to the story. They stopped paying attention to him an kept hinting to him to look over at me. Never did get that drink.

Let me tell you I have never been to such a Huge Dave n Busters ever. As I understand they remodeled it 10 years ago and it looks awesome. There's a Large arcade for the kids, two large bars with any drink you want, several meeting rooms available for conferences, Large Big Screen Televisions and a Large menu filled with delicious meal choices. I had the Parmesan Chicken with linguine and house made Alfredo sauce. There's something for everyone.

Love the 1/2 off games on Wednesdays. What better way to enjoy. Adult sit & eat while kids go play. My kids would go back & forth from taking a bit or drink here & there then go play a few games, then come back to take a bit or sip.

Great fun for my teens and their friends but it was way too loud, the games were loud they had music playing from the dance club and the sports game turned up super loud, it was just so loud it was hard to enjoy everything, I talked to an employee and she said it was affecting hear permanent hearing and her doctor wanted he to get another job. There was just no reason for it to be sooner loud, by my 2nd hour I had to leave with ears ringing and a headache, I'm sure of the decibel had been tested it was way above legal limits, and we are a naturally loud family, we go to concerts and games all the time with no problems.

Haven't been since 2018 but I had a great time with the kids. Very clean, 90% of the games worked without a issue, fast service

My family and I recently visited Dave & Buster's, and we had an absolute blast! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and presented with a lively atmosphere and tons of exciting games and activities. The arcade games were a huge hit with my kids, and my wife and I even got in on the fun. We played everything from classic favorites like skee-ball and air hockey to newer games we had never seen before. The prizes we won at the ticket counter were a great incentive to keep playing, and my kids were thrilled to take home some fun souvenirs. The food and drinks were also excellent. We tried a variety of items from the menu, from appetizers to entrees, and everything was delicious. The drink menu had a wide range of options as well, with plenty of specialty cocktails and mocktails to choose from. I recommend lemon drops and Mexican Candy. Overall, we had an amazing time at Dave & Buster's. The staff was friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was fun and energetic, and there was never a dull moment. We can't wait to go back and make even more memories together as a family. If you're looking for a great place to spend an afternoon or evening with your loved ones, I highly recommend this Dave & Buster's!

This place was absolutely fantastic. The manager Kyle treated us with so much kindness and respect when one of the machines didn't give us the proper amount of tickets. Kyle provided us with one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever seen, even giving us a few free games because of the inconvenience. The atmosphere was great and service was quick and attentive. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking to go to an arcade or grab a quick drink. Kyle really made our night!

They definitely need to have more than one bartender. We had a company event here and it took more than 30min to get a cocktail. FYI, order two at a time. One of our waitress obviously did not want to be there & it showed in her attitude. Food was your typical bar choices. Tasted fair. Didn't even bother to venture into the game area after the experience in the restaurant area but people seemed to be enjoying there time. Definitely a top choice for a kids party.

Really great experience. Super fun. One of the crew members Chase was super helpful and completely made out night the best night our group has had in a long time. Will definitely come back bc of Chase. He needs to be the Employee of the YEAR!

Love this place. Have been taking my baby there since before he can walk. And on his birthday celebration got turned down left and right. Took him in to play but that was it. He wanted fun in his favorite place

My first time there. Wasn't expecting much, but I was happily surprised by the food. It was delicious! We tried a couple of appetizers and then shared entree's. The food and service was great! It's super loud though so be prepared to yell talk. We didn't end up going to the arcade, we were happy with the food and wanted to go home and relax! It's well worth going just for their food!

We came into Dave& Buster's for my wife's birthday. Started out like a pretty good experience. Manager came over and introduced himself. Asked us what the occasion was. My wife mentioned it was her birthday. Nothing came from that. when we ordered, our ordered was repeated to us. 10 20 minutes later when our order arrived at the table. My wife's order was not delivered to the table. They missed the birthday girls order. Not only did they miss the birthday girls orger I would have assumed once you mentioned that it was a birthday somebody would come over and actually sing it. Maybe you guys don't do that whatever. Not a big deal. Took another 15 minutes to get her food. That's where the ball got dropped unfortunately. I appreciate that the manager got involved and getting my wife's order to the table but that was about. As far as it went. No compensation was given and I still gave a tip. I don't think I will be going back anytime soon. Food was mediocre at best

I came here for a football watch party and the service here was abysmal! It took 45 minutes to get a server to even approach my table, and this was at 9:45 a.m.so it's not like the kitchen was super busy. Even once a server came to my table, it was not my table's server and she had to relay my order to someone else! (Strike 1) I ordered a root beer without ice and just got a bottle -- I guess when you ask for no ice they figure you don't want a glass either? (Strike 2) After waiting the entirety of the first quarter, I go out to my car to get something and come back to see a Cobb salad has been made and left for me when I ordered a Caesar Salad. (Strike 3). The server explains to me that they don't have a entree-sized Caesar salad on the menu. I open the menu & point to the side Caesar. Seriously, if you know you don't have an entree Caesar, shouldn't that mean by default that you get the item that IS on the menu?! So by this point, I haven't eaten anything that time (because I knew I was going to eat lunch early), and am freaking starving! I know if I send the dish back, it's likely going to take ANOTHER 45 minutes to come back with what I REALLY ordered, and I'm too hungry for that! So I finish the Cobb Salad. When the bill comes, I'm told by the server, Mia -- who pinch hit for my AWOL server (who I think was the African American server in the Falcons jersey, based on the tables he served) -- that because I ate the dish (because I wasn't willing to endure their bad service in getting me the correct dish), I am responsible for the $10 difference between the two dishes. While Mia tried to make the best of a bad situation, the damage had already been done. 0/10. Do not recommend. I certainly WON'T be returning to this restaurant.

The food was better than 5 stars, and the fried pickles were the 👌 perfection. I also had the meatball appetizer, omg so 👍. Everyone in my party was extremely happy with their food. The cobb salad, the burgers, the pizza. All the food was 👍 👌 👍 👌 👍 👌 👍 👌 👍 👌. Ok, so let me get to the service. I want to give a huge shout out to our server, Noah. His service was also more than 5 stars. Thank you, Noah, for giving such great service.

About 90% of games was working when I went. Attendant was helpful when I had a machine issue. My son got his prize so that was nice.

Don't get the chicken Parmesean! It was a *small* loaf shaped blob of noodles. With a fairly small sliced chicken breast on top. The noodles were somehow overcooked yet still crunchy. Everyone was happy with their burgers though, and the burgers looked good.

Came here with some friends to celebrate my birthday and had the best experience! Our server Adrianna was absolutely amazing and so attentive! She truly made our night and experience here so much better! The games never fail to be a great time and the food was very good, 10/10 would recommend!

The place was incredible. Very large and fun. All of the employees were professional. Our server was very friendly, happy and helpful. In fact I thanked him for being such a great server. Kids loved the games! Overall a terrific experience. We will go back. Thanks.

Poor service from our waitress Leslie. You could tell that she didn't wanna be there, not even a simple hello or how is everyone. She took long for just about everything. The hostess was very friendly though. Food was ok, but I definitely wouldn't eat here again. The arcade and games were what you'd expect. Overall not too bad though.

Love Dave and busters! Whenever we are in a city that has one we go! Lots of fun games, ticket prices are good, food is good with gluten free and vegetarian options, great service. This location did not disappoint just like every other location we have been to! (Pricing I selected includes ticket prices.).

Expensive for simple entertainment for my granddaughters. Super expensise basic food and drinks full of ice with no refill. Attendant could not figure out change of $103 - 63. SLow service and dirty utensil. Yuk.
