Right off the freeway and has great service! We all had their omelette and they have large portions. It's in the $15-20ish range.. the omelettes were a little bit watery which was a big disappointing but besides that a great brunch place in the local area

Came here with my family, place was okay. Picture looked really good so I decided to come here. The taste of the food isn't all that. Food tastes okay. I ordered a blueberries waffle and the blueberry sauce it comes with is nasty. Looks like jello/jelly sauce. I expected it to be better but made the waffle taste nasty. I wouldn't come back just for the fact that it wasn't worth it for me

Went there today (Monday) and we were seated quickly. Got there around 11 am. I ordered the German Pancake, which is amazing and delish! This is baked in the oven, served with powdered sugar, lemon, and syrup. It's heavenly and I always get this dish when I eat here. The service was fantastic and everyone is very attentive here. I highly recommend this restaurant off the 55/Lincoln Ave in Orange County, California! Ciao.

Good food, friendly service, my coffee cup was never empty and that is important to me 😁. They are always very busy so be prepared to wait a little while, but once we were seated I never felt rushed. We will go back 👍

Great pancakes, personally like the buttermilk, but they do have a combination of flavors too. "Flappy's Favorite Skillet" is the my go to dish. Pretty much every thing they serve is delicious! It does get crowded on the weekends but worth the wait.

It’s worth the wait! Our family had a great time during brunch last Sunday at this place, first time for me and I loved it. The server was polite, service was fast once we were on our table, food was warm made to order and delicious. The server will come often to make sure we had everything we needed, like coffee, condiments, water. The portions are big, you will definitely take some food home 🥰 Recommend and when you go make sure you tip the waiters good, they work really hard to please hungry customers 👍

Variety of breakfast options everything was really good. They were quite busy but still brought our food fast I was impressed not to mention we were a party of 19.

Anticipate a long wait to get in on Saturday morning. Great atmosphere, large selection of menu items. I had french toast with a side of hash browns. The french toast was not hot when I received it and wasnt as flavorful as I had hopped. Syrup would start to come out of dispenser then suddenly stop. The hash browns were good. I saw several orders of eggs go by that looked delicious. I will come back and try something different in the future.

11-18-23 exquisite breakfast , hubby content with his hot pancakes, great service and great company with club members . Hawaiian pancakes are delicious and can be shared with 3-4 people. All portions are quite big 👍 . All a plus .

I recommend the Tri-tip and eggs plate. Decent size servings and the Food is on point. Wait times can be a bit long on the weekends but the food and service are great.

Waiting time was pretty fine- they called in pretty quick but place looks like busy. We were group of 10+ - we got good table. Place served French toast and pancakes. Fries were good. Hash browns were okay- was expect little crispier - again it’s personal taste. I tried Flappys German pancakes I guess pretty okay. Lots of fruits in them. Will try different pancakes on my next visit

My husband had the Irish eggs Benedict and I had the stuffed french toast with strawberries. The eggs Benedict was savory and flavorful. The corn beef was perfectly seasoned. The stuffed french toast was wonderful. It had a great cheese and vanilla flavor complimented with the strawberries. Our server was so attentive. Overall, we had a great experience and will have to visit again to try something else! My second visit and I had the bacon waffle combo while my husband had the polish sausage platter with a side of pancakes. Everything was amazing and I still can't wait to return and try new items.

Went here for a peaceful Sunday brunch with the girlfriend! I got the stuffed French Toast w/ hashbrowns and scrambled egss as a combo. My girlfriend got the chocolate chip pancakes combo. The portions are huge! No joke, if its just two people I would recommend finding a combo you like and deciding on one item together. Its a LOT of food. The coffee was $3.79 iced with a refill charge so its a bit pricey but overall this place was excellent. Great service and really well made dishes. My stuffed french toast was incredible - cream chesese stuffed in a french toast block topped with savory strawberries 🔥 definitely worth a try!

Happily surprised by the hospitality, food quality and large portions and fair prices!!! The kids “silver dollar” pancakes were almost the size of normal pancakes not the tiny ones we’ve seen in other places! The Veggie/Mediterranean omelette was DELISH! Not over cooked eyes like in other places. Loved my crepes also! Yummy! Can’t wait to go back again!

The food was really good. My picky-eating toddler loved his french toast, and it was a healthy portion considering it was from the kids menu. It's not the prettiest place, but it worked for us. The only drawback is the parking. Otherwise, worth the visit.

Fantastic! Service was fast and efficient. Went for a late breakfast about 11am on Wednesday (2 days after Christmas) and it was packed. Had to wait about 10 minutes before our table of 3 was ready. Pancakes were Delicious and my spouse could not have been happier with her Mediterranean omelet with avocado added. We will be back! 5 stars!

Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant my car was towed within there parking my car was 1 of 4 they did tell me til my car was gone. I also didn't see management warning the other people that other cars were being towed. I was highly disappointed on my very first and last visit. I paid my check they didn't offer anything for the inconvenience. I felt like they get a kick back from the tow company to stay quiet. There is also a whistle blower in the parking lot he sits in his black car waiting for you to park wrong and calls the tow company. Instead of warning people they are running a racket on an empty parking lot. Try parking in front a for a large basic breakfast at a cost that doesn't justify the flavor nothing special.
