The location to Disney is PERFECT! However do yourself a favor and spend the money to stay closer. Our nightmare started with check in, it TOOK 3 hours! The front desk lady was not allowing us to check in, because she didn’t recognize the 3rd party company we used to check in. Then when we got a hold of someone from that party. She would tell them one thing, and then is another! My wife works with travel agents, so she has a great understanding of how they operate. 3.5 hours later we were checked in. The only positive I have to say is the water for the shower was hot quick! And we had air conditioning. One guy didn’t have AC for two days. There was also clear earthquake damage that was not fixed. Posted here as well. If you’re gonna stay somewhere, go to the Red Lion or somewhere in walking distance to Disney. Do NOT stay at this best western!

This is and was the worst experience ever. The moment I walked in the hotel for my 3 day stay I knew it was a bad idea. I checked in after waiting 20 minutes with no one in front of me. Finally I took my wife and 9 month old daughter to our first room and after entering the room reeked of throw up, wet carpet, alcohol and more. I saw the blankets and was turned off. I went to target and purchased blankets and sheets to make up for the let down, on my way back my wife told me that there was small broken pieces of glass all over the hotel room. Upon my return with blanket sets and candles I tried getting a new room. The receptionist was nice and upgraded me to a room full of dead and living flying cockroaches. I walked in and was like da** my baby screamed and we needed up at the embassy suites north. Thank god they had availability’s

I was first greeted by a very nice woman named Nike at the front desk. I couldn’t find my confirmation email, but she reassured me she would find it and quickly managed to locate my reservation. She explained what amenities were available, and she told me if I needed anything to call the front desk and she’d make sure to get me taken care of. She was extremely helpful and made me feel welcomed. Excellent first impression of the customer service of this hotel.

So it's right next to everything so it's a great place. Breakfast was perfect, always had plenty of what we were looking for and the coffee was never empty. The kids loved the pool, it's only 5' at the deepest so it's great for the kids to play in. Towels were tricky to find sometimes. They just went fast. The front desk would bring them to your room if they were out. Food trucks were always in the parking lot next to this one so that worked pretty well too. We had about 10 rooms in our group, two people had to switch rooms due to the AC going out but it worked out.

I can not begin to express the displeasure we experienced when we checked into this place. Check-in went fine, but the experience went downhill pretty quickly. Before even making it to the room, we entered a side door, where we had 3 construction guys smoking in front of the door. Mind you, there is a sign posted in the lobby saying there are designated smoking areas. I did know where those were at the time, but I don't believe it was right in front of an entrance. When we got to the room (225), we took photos, see attached. Over spray on the TV, holes in the wall in the closet, missing baseboard, stains in the carpet, fridge had a dent in it. Went to the front desk for a room change, and I got a new room, which didn't have any of the issues as the first one. When I left the room to get my vehicle to bring it around to the other side of the building, I saw an undesirable individual in his vehicle passed out with the windows down, windshield covered by a sunshade and trash littered about the vehicle. I went back into the front desk and advised them that we were not going to stay as we did not feel safe in the area. When I brought up the individual sleeping in his car to the agent, she said that there was nothing she could do about it. I then asked for a full refund, but it took some convincing to even get it. I was a little upset about the whole thing at this time, so I decided to go to Best Western Pavillions (see review there).

We checked into this hotel relatively late at night, so didn't get to use the pool or many of the other amenities. When we checked into our hotel room, there were no towels. We called the front desk and asked if they would put some aside for a morning pickup. The following morning (at 6AM mind you), we called the front desk and they said they had no towels and would not have any full size ones until 11AM. Additionally, the bathroom had no toilet paper holder and there were tons of stains on the walls. The rest of the room was nice, but the bathroom clearly needed some work. Breakfast was what you would expect.

Honestly, this is THE WORST HOTEL I’ve ever stayed in. We checked in at 3:30, & immediately we could hear talking as if someone was in the room with us. I looked outside, but couldn’t see anyone to tell them to quiet down. We were in front of the pool area, so it was noisy until 9. The sound insulation is non-existent. The room looked like a renovated garage & had no towel holders in the bathroom. At night, there were people screaming through the area until 1:00am. At breakfast, I was just completely grossed out. The eggs were gone, no one was replacing; the tables were all dirty; the choices were non-existent. I was so sad I booked this place. That’s my first & last time at a Best Western. The one good thing was I requested a room change & they upgraded me to a suite. It was a teeny bit better, but all in all a huge disappointment. Stay away.

Welcoming and friendly team members at this hotel. Breakfast was great and well stocked with great offerings! Beautifully unassuming hotel nestled conveniently near restaurants and freeway access.

Worst than a Motel 6 of my childhood memory & traveling with grandma. This is not a 3-star hotel - it's a motel and the rooms/doors are outside. Everything I touch is sticky tacky grungy. Once you're off the elevator - everything smells. Which means the hall and room carpet is disgusting. Room carpet has visible stains everywhere. There is more wall patch than wall/paint in my room. I won't even shower here. I hunted for a budget hotel due to medical appointments in the area for my child. 3 star and guest ratings I'd hoped hoped hoped this place would be OK. It is just gross. And sadly, traveling in December - they don't even decorate for Christmas. I'm fearful to let my kid eat breakfast in the morning!

We needed a hotel before our Disney stay and the location and price were right. The outside of the hotel gives business /office vibes, but fits the area. The courtyard was a beautiful place to relax. The room was large if a little dated. The main detractor was the lack of ac. We called the front desk to report it wasn’t working and nothing was done. Our room at 1030 at night was 84 degrees which made it really difficult to sleep. If you can’t get good sleep the hotel really doesn’t meet its purpose. The lack of care from staff made it worse.
