So I went there to have enjoyable night. But ended up not so Much. I ordered my wings but it took nearly 40 minutes to come. And my Chips and salsa took 25 minutes with small salsa and tone of Chips and nobody came to check on me. Not single person until I was done eating. The worse part ? Two people who came after me they got their orders faster and one took only 7 and half minutes. And people were so nice to and checked on them every second them and friendly. This isn’t right Guys. I didn’t spent $28 including $.75 tip to get bad service. I normally tip over 25% for good or great service

As usual, love the Asian zing and that's basically the only reason I come back. The combo I also ordered had a bunch of food and was good for $30 bucks I suppose. This location asks for your card before you order, I'm assuming because people dine and dash? My server also charged me $100 when my order was less than half that much so I had to correct that for her. She was apologetic and friendly so it wasn't a big deal but I almost got overcharged 300%. Food: 6/10 Service: 4/10 Vibes: 3/10 Value: 6/10

I went today with my family and we ordered the 2 Bird Dawg's but the waiter only brought 1 and she didn't bring the appetizer, and when I told her that we had bought more food than what she gave us she dissapeared for about 30 minutes then came back with the main course. The appetizer came 30 minutes after we had already finished the main course. Please pick better employees than the ones you have. I will not be returning to this branch again.

I order some wings to go and I was so disappointed my wings were super salty , It literally felt like if the whole salt just fell on top of it! Honestly if any of you guys would’ve try it you wouldn’t be able to eat not even one . So freaken disappointed this was a waste of my money and my time ! After my review they wanted to to give me bww points for my money that I wasted , not happening points where only worth some small fries haha 😂

To start off this was the best service I have ever experienced in a restaurant period. Our waitress took care of us and was very attentive. I asked if could do the Blazin' Challenge and a manager came to our table to greet us with a smile and peppy attitude. Before the challenge other servers were wishing me goodluck which helped my confidence. After the challenge everyone was excited and the manager gave me some ice cream and the signature headband. I will definitely be coming back to BWW in the future

It breaks my heart to give BWW a one star. Their food is amazing unless they get your order wrong on several occasions. Lately I been ordering door dash here and I have to say the disappointment continues. It didn't matter if I order as I dine in, cashier or doordash my order is always wrong. All I ask for is a plain cheeseburger. Not difficult at all. I just might have to give BWW a rest for awhile and hope for a new service line that can read. 🤷‍♀️

Prices definitely went up,spicy garlic wings a bit dry,good customer service. It'll be great if they honor app specials instore dinning 20/20 deal example

Terrible service. Took 20 minutes to get drinks and an hour to get food. Ordered a salad and received a head of lettuce cut in half?? Was rarely checked on. Kept forgetting items as well. Definitely don’t recommend. I worked in the restaurant industry for years and this was a poor excuse for service. I hate leaving bad reviews but when they’re well deserved I will gladly let the public know.

The server rushed me when placing my order, no suggestions what so ever were made. Was looking forward for desert but she made me feel like it would bother her if I asked for it 😑. The food in the other hand was awesome ☺️. Hot wings were amazing 🤤. The cheeseburger 🍔 one of the best I've had 😍.

I’ve ordered three tacos that come with fries and salsa and 2 Buffalo birds dawgs with cheese on my season's fries with ranch on the side for take outs and almost none of that got delivered no season fries no nachos no salsa and no ranch and the proportion of the food or so small proportion of the food are so small that only took 2 bites to finish the dawgs. terrible service and terrible food wouldn’t recommend eating here.

Disappointing firsts visit. 3 of us sitting at the bar this sunday around 3pm, just stopped for a drink or two. Bartender switch and came this girl Danielle with the worst attitude. after a few minutes finally got her attention asking her to come to us and ask for a second drink, but she from far screamed at me saying, "hold on I'm doing my job" oh sorry for asking for service. she could have "acknowledge" she heard me instead of ignoring us, perhaps she could have said, 'give me minute', I would have gladly wait another 10 minutes for her. no reason to talk like that to a CONSUMER. We just paid and left. Never going back.

Very busy place. Prepare to open a tap, otherwise you won’t be served. They require a deposit or a credit card upfront. It’s weird and unusual business behavior. We ordered a crispy chicken rap, Caesar salad 🥗, and wings. It takes one hour for the food to reach the table. The music is too high. It didn’t appeal to my taste. The waiter forgot the sides and wasn’t happy when we reminded him. They ran out of plates; the plates are carton boxes 📦. I didn’t like the salad; it wasn’t fresh and crispy. Next time, I’ll go to wings stop.

This was the location at the Outlets at Orange. There was no wait time but only the bar area was open because the restaurant only had one server on that morning...it made things a little difficult for the host because we needed a high chair but she managed, so I appreciate that. I got the lunch combo with the wings! My only issue was that the wings were kind of tough. I think I scratched my throat eating one the skin off of one of the traditional. I just feel like if I pay that price, they shouldn't be so rough...but maybe it was just the time of day, who knows? The flavoring was great though! I got Mango habanero. 8/10!

Excellent place to watch a football game, have drinks with family. Next door is an arcade and bounce house. Have fun with your family and enjoy with friends. Please stop by Buffalo wild wings.

Food's good, but not good enough to overlook the bad service here. Hostess boy got upset that we didn't want to sit next to the door, so they made us wait unnecessarily for like 15 minutes while immediately sitting everyone else who walked through the door. Just to sit us at a table that had been available since we walked in , did not need cleaning or anything, in fact they didn't do anything to it . Then he called over our server and began gossiping with her when she was supposed to take our order, just a bunch of kids working here . Completely unprofessional. We ended up being there for more than two hrs because of all the waiting we had to do . Would Not go back to this specific Buffalo wild wings. When I pay as much I do at these restaurants I would at least expect good service. Probably took 40 minutes to get our food after we ordered, for only 2 people. I spent half that time at other locations.

I had a good time, The food took a bit of a long time to get served, The staff was very nice , I expected more attention on serving the small stuff like lime, napkins, ketchup and ranch, I guess they were more attentive on how well was the food they just keep asking how did I like it? I mean food did not taste bad.

Food is good. But can't look past the horrible service. Employees don't seem to care half the time and give no sense of welcoming. They also don't care if your food comes out cold or on time. Why spend my money somewhere where they cant even bother to put in the effort to earn it? I used to love coming here for the vibe but it's just not the same anymore. Won't be coming back

Stopped by at this joint @Orange outlet after some Christmas shopping. A very nice bar area for dining. The chicken sandwich is good, so is the nachos.

Let's be honest... That buffalo singing on the commercials brought you in... It brought us all back to Bdubs... My client had a hankerin' for some wings.... Was it a great... Not the best quality for the price... But their sauces are on point. After a brief wait, due to lack of wait staff at lunch on a Friday... Ughhhh, come on managers, hire correctly and staff accordingly. Service is KEY to a great experience. Our service was slow, to the point the table next to us tipped .75... Yep, 75 cents! wow... Slow, but thats rough. Drinks should NEVER get below 30% level... It did... So I get the frustration. But the atmosphere was great, plenty of TVs to watch your favorite game. Food was hot. Flavorful. Had wings, with fries and drink combo... Added onion rings on side. Rings a bit bland and not enough crispy crunch you expect from a good ring! So, not write home to family on this one... But good.

Very good food here. I always enjoy the tenders, they're crispy as are the fries and my personal preference is honey mustard to dip in which is a lil spicy but yummy. One of the people I was with didn't get his fries, the next table got them instead but it was remedied. It took a while to get the check, it wasn't busy on my end of the restaurant either.

Just picked up my order from Buffalo wild wings. The wings look dry as hell almost no sauce on them you can’t even taste the buffalo sauce. Also didn’t get my two buffalo dipping sauces with my potato wedges that I paid extra for. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN. How do you have two girls checking orders and they’re still messing up I’m not driving back 15 minute drive just to pick up some sauce shaking my darn head.
