My stay was excellent at this hotel! Great location once you figure out how to get into the hotel (can be tricky at first). Service, rooms and the parking where great! They offered room cleaning and everything was very clean. Rooms were large with lots of space and nice shower. My only complaint would be the breakfast. It was decent, but nothing special. Sometimes the food was cold even coming down early in the morning. No charge for parking and I never had an issue finding a good spot. Access to Disneyland was great using the ART bus and the front desk is very helpful with that. I would definitely stay here again!

We were delighted to discover your hotel; the room was clear, the building fresh and the staff very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast that was included in the price was bountiful and tasty. Now that we know about you, we’ll check with you again on our next trip.

This hotel is the newest best kept secret of Disneyland Park fans. The rooms are beautiful, the staff is friendly, and there is a big glorious breakfast buffet every morning! I don’t mean a continental breakfast with Justin, muffins and bagels, they have got eggs and pancakes and bacon, the whole shebang! The rooms are so much nicer than the hotels that are a couple blocks away from Disneyland. It’s a very short and cheap Uber ride to Disneyland which really beats the trams you have to wait for at the other hotels.

A really amazing hotel! I couldn't have picked a better place to stay during our family trip! I almost don't want to write this review as it feels like a hidden gem. There were so many more benefits to staying here versus hotels that were within walking distance of Disney. The lobby was so pretty. It felt like I was walking into someone's living room. My favorite part had to be the giant fireplace, I could just sit there and stare at it all day long. Loved the tall ceilings! We requested a room on the second floor and it was nice to have the option to take the stairs or elevator. There was even a small seating area on the second floor that overlooked the lobby. The room we got had a divider in the middle that separated the beds. It was spacious and clean. Having a microwave and mini fridge already puts this place legions above the hotels near Disney without burning a hole in your wallet. Bathroom was clean and spacious. This is the biggest shower/bathtub that I've ever encountered in a hotel. The water pressure was on point. There was also body wash, shampoo and conditioner bottles attached to the wall. Breakfast buffet was top tier! Everyday had something slightly different but there was something for everyone that's for sure. Their bacon and spicy pork sausages were my favorite offerings. There's also a gym, business center (with printers and computers) and outdoor pool. The pool was even heated but didn't get a chance to try it out this time. Both the pool and jacuzzi looked well maintained and clean! This place was close to the highway so Disney was just a quick 10 min drive away and back. They also have free parking. Like can the perks of this hotel get any better?

Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Ayres Orange. Family trip of 5 nights. The hotel was clean, very comfortable, and up to date. All the staff that I interacted with were great. Breakfast was top notch, with a large variety and many hot options. Also felt like they had all the amenities that were needed. Plenty of parking was also a plus.

The hotel is nice. Omar is very friendly and I liked rhe variety of food he offered. I enjoyed the breakfast bar, however being able to take something to go should be an option. I was disappointed in the bed and pillows. I am not a fan of feather pillows. I was also quite disappointed that they did not have a recycling program in place. I figured with it being in California that it would be a given.

I love staying at any Ayres hotels but the one in Orange seems to be new. The room is spacious with decent size bathroom and vanity area. Interior design looks modern. Would stay here again. Free breakfast and parking.

The room was handicap accessible. I was very comfortable. One need I had was a freezer for my ice packs for medication that has to be kept cold. The refrigerator in the room did not have that option. The roll in shower was big enough, however the shower head was difficult to keep in a position to prevent water from running out of the shower all over the bathroom floor. A wet floor is very dangerous for a person who has trouble walking. The breakfast was very good. We arrived in Orange county early that day, and the hotel was able to let us check in early. I appreciated that very much. The beds were very comfortable and I slept well. I had an appointment at UCI, and I was told the hotel did not provide shuttle service to the hospital. I was not aware of the van service. That would have helped. The coffee pots are old, and almost all hotels have Keurig's now. It would have been nice to be able to make our own kind of coffee.

The actual hotel is nice and quiet with adequate and clean rooms. They issue is the grease smell in the lobby from the restaurant. Even if you’re walking through quickly, you end up reeking of grease and fried foods. It’s so unpleasant. I had to change clothes immediately after each time. This would be a lovely hotel if they could figure that out.

Had a great experience here. The room was very clean and modern. The breakfast setup was better than most and the staff was friendly. Most importantly it was in great location with lots of important stuff nearby and in a good part of town. Would stay here again.

Hotel was clean, updated & very comfortable. Rooms are big. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Omar in the bar was the best service person I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He went above and beyond to accommodate us with food and drink.

I gave it 3 stars for the following reasons. The bathtub wasn't completely cleaned as there was dried hair conditioner in it. For those who are looking for a quiet space, ask for a room that is away from the main street. I had a room directly facing the street and heard ambulance/police sirens frequently both during the day and at night. It is probably because UCI Medical is across the street. I used my earplugs at night so that was the only reason I was able to sleep. Also, the highest floor is the fourth floor for those of you who don't want to hear children above you jumping and running around. Otherwise, this is a beautiful hotel located in a safe area and generally nice staff.

I've stayed here twice in the past 2 months. The rooms are excellent, especially if you are staying in a double bed style room. There is a middle wall that comes out 3-4 feet that blocks your view from your guest, so if you are staying with a friend you have a little more privacy when you are sleeping. The bathrooms and showers are nice and big, the AC worked well. Breakfast is good, customer service is good and the EV charging is a huge plus. Their WIfi is terrible, I got around 1 mbps down, so if you need to update a game on your PC or Switch...good luck. I'd stay here again.

The furniture is great, the showers are great, the staff is great, the rooms are very clean; this is an excellent hotel in every way except that the internet is unacceptably slow and finicky. I could only use my devices in certain parts of the room and the download speed was extremely slow. I probably wouldn’t stay here again for that reason alone.

My family and I LOVED your hotel. It was the best experience. From the professional, courteous staff, the cleanliness of the hotel & our room, and the fabulous breakfast each morning that we were there...we were blown away. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends and family. It is too bad that this hotel is only located in certain areas. Thank you all again for making our stay exceptional.

We booked a double queen. Room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was about as good as it gets without being made to order. I do wish it opened earlier than 0630 because it was a bit difficult to rope drop at Disneyland after breakfast. The staff was very friendly. There were several charging areas throughout the room. I appreciated being given a first level room so I don't have to worry about my children's running through the room bothering someone below. Overall a great stay.

I stayed at this hotel before, and I gave 5 stars for that stay. I am giving 5 starts again for my stay this time, too. Everyone was very friendly and responded to my request fully and quickly. When I made a reservation directly with the hotel, the operator who answered my phone was very helpful, explaining various discounts that were available to me and responded fully to the questions I had. Upon check in, the room assigned to me did not have a bath tab, and when I requested the room be changed to a room with bath tub, the receptionist was very helpful and accommodated my request. When I requested additional amenities, room cleaning service responded quickly. This is a great hotel!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The only complaint I have is that they need to go through their inventory in the "gift shop". Many of those food items need to be removed and I did inform the front desk staff of that. Other than that, it was one of my best hotel experiences I've ever had. Breakfast was great. Staff was awesome. Rooms are gorgeous. The beds feel like heaven. I didn't want to leave! I'll definitely be staying there when I visit the area again.

Super place to stay with family. Felt very comfortable and inviting when I entered the hotel, the ambience is very good. Rooms are excellent. Breakfast is good although I would have enjoyed a bit more variety. But overall a very good stay in this part of town.

From the moment we arrived Christopher and another female at the front desk were welcoming. The entire hotel is spotless. Our room was emacculate and roomy and the bed was very comfortable. The bartender, Omar, at The Spoons restaurant on site is fantastic. The food was delicious and he was very attentive. The breakfast, although buffet style, was kept very clean and stocked. The entire hotel was run very well and it seems hard to find such a hotel nowadays. We will be back and kudos to Christopher and all the others that maintain this hotel, Excellent job!!!

Very nice staff. We stayed over a week for medical procedures at UCI. Rooms are comfortable, quiet and bathrooms are very nice with a large soaking tub. Omar at the restaurant was so kind and front desk was very helpful. Nice patio to sit outside to relax.

Everything was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Great location. I felt very safe. The breakfast was good. Pool was small, and I think they had a event so it was packed we couldn't even enjoy the hot tub like we planned.

The staff is awesome. Athena and Luis went above and beyond. The location is perfect to hit up Angel Stadium or The Outlets. The free breakfast was good and free parking was a plus. The rooms are spacious and clean. Definitely will be back.

Always my go-to when visiting Orange County! I stay once or twice a year. It was my daughter's first time staying and she enjoyed the sofa-bed. Great option when traveling with kids to have a more space, instead of a second bed. My wife enjoyed the nice, oversized bath tub. Room was very spacious and clean. Staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful (Daisy and the front desk supervisor - thanks!) Definitely recommend for family travel.

Loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms and the hotel itself are spacious and very clean. The staff members are friendly and accommodating. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast, which was delicious. The location is also great. All within 10 min walking distance to the Orange Outlets. Overall, very satisfied with the hotel and will definitely be back!

Our room was very clean and comfortable...the staff friendly and helpful.. shout out to the assistant manager that checked us in.. he was the bomb in helping us! Breakfast could have been better, ... lots of issues there, but I know that can be difficult with so many people during a holiday weekend.

The hotel is great. The staff in all areas are very kind, always greeting us with a smile. They have a good complimentary breakfast, offering a nice selection of both hot and cold options. The room is quite large and comfortable. I stay here every time I am in the area.

This is a very clean and an extremely well-kept hotel. Our room was spacious with 2 comfortable queen beds, a desk and chair, a comfortable reading chair, two closets with a credenza, a very nice bathroom and shower, a small refrigerator, coffee maker, and a microwave. According to my wife the coffee she made every day tasted as good or better than Starbuck's coffee. We had a large screen TV but it was a real pain trying to remember what channels we wanted to watch (3 digits). Even with a double sided cheat sheet, it was a real pain trying to dial in the channels because you had to dial all 3 numbers quickly or you would miss the channel you wanted. Both my wife and I were totally frustrated with finding and obtaining the right TV stations. From the time we entered the hotel each and every person we met that worked there was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. We could tell they all liked working there and it showed in how we were treated. The hotel location was close enough to the baseball stadium, Disneyland, restaurants and several malls but was very quiet for us to get our needed rest. The restaurant was very clean and stocked all the food and drink we liked for breakfasts. Overall, we would return to this hotel in a heartbeat.

Stayed here to visit Disneyland. You need a car to get there from here but it is only 10 minutes away then. The rooms are large, comfortable and reasonably priced. Nice outdoor patio area with pool and jacuzzi. Tasty and reasonably priced burger on the dinner menu with very helpful server. Breakfast is buffet style and although not a vast choice, is perfectly adequate to start your day.

A .wonderful hotel elegantly appointed with a fantastic staff. In the past I have stayed many times as close to Disneyland as possible. I thought I would try something different this time and was so pleasantly surprised. The problem with Disneyland hotels is that the closer you are to the park the less the hotel cares about quality and you. Ayers is close enough for ART and yet far enough away to be nice. And I mean very nice. It has the best quality to price ratio of any hotel I've stayed in next to the parks. We will be back!
