The service was terrible. We asked how long the wait would be to get a table and they say 40 minutes. We didn’t get sat until an hour and a half later. When we sat down no one came to serve us, we had to track someone down after sitting at our table for another 25 minutes. It took the host 20 minutes to get us waters and we still didn’t even have a server. Once we finally got a server, her forgot everything we told him we wanted because he didn’t write it down and had to come back and ask us our orders. Once we got our food, all of our orders were made wrong. Once we mostly got all of our food back correctly, the food was dry and cold. My burger was over cooked and burnt and my friends chicken was so dry. My other friends mac n cheese was cold. None of us could finish our food. The server never came back to ask us how our food was and didn’t give my friend ketchup when she asked for it. We ended up having to track the server down to get our checks. We felt we were ignored the whole night by the whole staff and we felt really disrespected. There were at least 7-8 servers on the floor and the restaurant isn’t even that big. Beyond disappointed. We will never be going back again. I do not recommend this place at all.

I took my mom and grandma out to dinner while they were in town here. Absolutely amazing mouth watering choices for dinner. The prime rib was cooked to perfection. The lobster and filet they both enjoyed was sweet and delicious as well.

Great location, great service, & a great atmosphere. My slow cooked prime rib was tough. This is a higher end restaurant. The bill reflects that, but my steak did not.

***UPDATE*** My family and I went here this past weekend, and it was quite different. The server was good, but she really needed some help. At times, it took a while to get our food and / or see the server. The manager came by, and we told her our concerns. The food was not what we expected and was slightly in need of being better than what it was A friend and I visited this restaurant and really enjoyed ourselves. I visited the one in Charlotte, N.C. and wanted to see if this one was just as nice and good as that one. The greeter was nice and directed us to our table Our server was also great and timely in taking our order and us receiving our food. My friend had the 9oz fillet mignon with the mushroom sauce and I the sesame ginger salmon both with the parmesan mash potatoes and side ceasar salad Both meals met our satisfaction

my 1st time dinning in or eating here was for my daughter's graduation dinner,! I must say! It was So so good! Everything I had! I had the salmon salad, chips and cheese dip, rolls and I can't remember what else because I was tasting everything! and they gave her a free delicious dessert. The waiter was really nice and down to earth! I had a wonderful experience and will be going back! 2nd review! I went back! For my birthday dinner! I had the strawberry shrimp salad which was delicious! A very good vinaigrette. I must say they could have done better on their rolls, It was really hard. My date has the possible Burger, which he really enjoyed! The waiter was extremely kind and got me a birthday dessert made for free!! It was cheesecake with strawberries on the side with a fudge drizzle and it was really good. Only my second time but I will be going back again. Went kind of late, on a Monday, so there was barely anyone in there. Very cozy! My date & I was very pleased, he left a gracious tip!

10/7: The best thing about our visit was our waitress. We didn't wait for anything. She was very nice and attentive. That goes a long way for me. The food was good. Nothing else particularly stood out. Food: Everything was good. That's it. It's just good. Not bad at all, but definitely not in the top 20 food places I've been. The bread, tho was awesome. Definitely top 5. The sangria was excellent! Service: Our waitress was very nice. She was attentive, kept on top of things, and was funny. No complaints. The atmosphere was fine. It's not a large restaurant but there were 6 of us and we were comfortable.

We enjoyed everything we ordered. The food was very tasty, fresh and well presented. We will definitely be going back to try other dishes.

I enjoyed my lunch on the outdoor, sunny patio but kept the window closed due to the chilly weather. The Double Black Diamond martini, a pineapple martini, was smooth, not too sweet, and had the perfect amount of alcohol lol. I had the salmon with the lobster queso, mixed vegetables and gratin potatoes. Everything was flavorful! For dessert, I tried the cheesecake which had yummy fresh strawberries and blueberries! The waiter was attentive and gave amazing suggestions. I enjoyed everything but I recommend that they offer lunch specials because the pricing was the same as the dinner prices. Happy Hour is between 4-6 pm.

Just spent the day in airplane, arrived at the hotel, and decided to treat myself to a nice meal. I was not impressed. The server was excellent. As stated, in another review, I was expecting better for the price. If I had known the wood grill, part of the name of the restaurant meant that my salmon was going to be burnt completely on the bottom, I would’ve never ordered it. I understand one of these is opening up in my hometown in Tennessee. I’ll give them one more try. One more note, the Caesar salad was really too bitter to eat.

Waited 2 hours to receive our food, the waiter was incredibly kind and friendly but newer. GM comped the incorrect order which I appreciated but seemed disinterested to hear about what could have made the experience better. I enjoyed the food and atmosphere but don’t plan to return based on management’s handling of the situation. I also don’t blame the waiter for the service as it seems he was not getting any help but was being asked to juggle helping many other employees.

I visited here for the first time with a friend and had a wonderful time- the restaurant was clean, a good volume, and had a nice atmosphere. We didn't have to wait at all for a table and the appetizer we got (lobster spinach queso dip I think?) and entrees (baked french toast, breakfast burrito, shrimp and grits, and something else that I forgot!) were all very good. But I wanted to highlight the service- the host who sat us (I didn't get his name but he wore a shiny necklace and nice watch!) and Logan our server were so kind and personable- we were well cared for and everyone was so attentive! Thank you for a great experience 😊

I wanted to treat myself to a steak dinner for my birthday. Earlier in the day I received an email from firebird for a 3 course meal for 39.95 so I decided to use that offer. It comes with a sirloin but I upgraded to a 9 oz filet for additional $10, I also ordered the shrimp which was an extra $10. Upon arrival my filet was well overcooked with cold butter sitting on top and was in no way a 9 oz which I later I was told it was a 7 oz by my waiter. This was the worst steak Ive ever had it was burnt, unseasoned chewy-hard to cut and dry as the desert. The manager brought me a new steak and it was exactly the same they don’t get the concept of cooked “Medium”. Not to mention I never received my desert offered with the special. $70 laters I left with no foodand hungry. I will never go back
