It's a nice remodel establishment, very clean & bright but you can't find many Employees on the floor and they may only have 1 or 2 registers open. Some nice items to select from... The one thing I love now is the "Belk App" oneday I went into Belk an a employee asked did I have the app and I was like "No" He said scan this QR code and download the app because sometimes the price they have in the store could be more then the price on the app and if you let the cashier know you’ll get it for the price listed on the app and you can use it for a price checker. I'm glad I downloaded the app because you can't find people working & the app has come in really handy.

I went there to try to find a dress or outfit for a funeral but I didn't have any luck. I think it's a heavy set woman they need to have more sizes maybe up to a 6X for women that need to have dresses to wear. I think this will bring the store a lot more money. Unfortunately even though the atmosphere was good and the salespeople were helpful I couldn't find anything I could wear pesticides 24-26. I was truly disappointed

It was ok but really don't find anything I like and prices are crazy HIGH on some stuff

Due to the cold weather we thought it would be a good idea to get some electric blankets. The ladies in Belks help me to find what I needed and with the holiday markdown and coupons that they scan for me I paid very little for them for what they would have originally costed. The store is nice and clean and the ladies working there for extremely nice and helpful!

Cashier was being pushy to a customer in front of us, get up to the register (I had a pair of pants off the clearance rack) and because it was formerly part of a set, it couldn't be sold. Regardless of the missing Item, I offered to buy it for full price and she refused
