    Today the service was horrible. I ordered inside. I first walked to the kiosk then the drive thru person came and told me to come to the front. The store's drive thru was packed but they were taking forever to take orders. The manager started yelling from the back but people continued to wait to have their orders taken. Long story short, they were unorganized. Update: As time went on, I continued to eat here. The food is pretty good. My only issue is I feel as if I need to constantly remind the people to add the tomatoes to my Doritos locos taco supreme. They play too much. Lol

    On May 5, 2022 I placed an online order at the Orangeburg, SC location on John C. Calhoun & Magnolia Streets. I didn't receive my food. I requested a refund at the store and was given an override receipt and told it would go back on my card. It has not. I have filed complaints on line and called corporate office and as of today, June 15th, 2022, I have not received my money back or a response from corporate office! If that is the way Taco Bell does business, it''s unacceptable!! How about get my money back to me please!, or I will keep writing reviews until I do! A Very Unsatisfied Customer! Updated June 25, 2022 - I still have not received any feedback from Taco Bell! I spoke to someone in September that assured me I would get my refund expeditiously because that amount of time is unacceptable. Guess what? As of October 12th, I still have not received my refund! One bad apple has spoiled the bunch! I will NEVER patronize another Taco Bell!! As of October 18, 2022, I have received my refund. Persistence pays off. Thank you Alberto for helping me finally receive my refund!

    This taco bell in particular continues to get orders wrong. The manager has an attitude as if the customer is wrong when they're the ones that make a mistake. I'll definitely drive all the way on the other side of town if I ever want taco bell.

    Ordered 3 things on kiosk. Saw people come in after me and all of them get their food and I'm still waiting. 30 minutes later they say did you get your food yet? No. No I didn't. This would've never happened with old crew. And now I'm sitting at my job with the wrong order after I told them exactly what I ordered and they supposedly made it in real time and the hot food is cold and my break is over so I can't go get my money back. This is the absolute worst service I've ever had at any fast food place and I've been to some bad ones. This was literally a waste of my time and hard earned money. I'd recommend finding another place to eat to anyone who is looking to go to this location in Orangeburg on John C Calhoun rd

    No ac in the building so way to hot to eat in. Log wait time to order even when nobody else is trying to order. Food order was not correct and they would not fix the order. The staff was rude and dismissive. I'd rather make my own tacos than go back. Very disappointing

    Hello I'm Jerome I was at your location 695 john c Calhoun Dr of Orangeburg sc it was very unprofessional employees I was standing inside at counter for at least 25 minutes they was walking around and won't take my order at the counter so I left because I was in my big semi I had to walk inside to place my order but never got anything to eat....

    For the third time, food was missing from the order. Also, on the last trip here, one of the soft tacos was wet and dripping water. It all went in the trash after seeing that.

    I love Taco Bell food. Go to this particular Taco Bell earlier in the day. Evening crew consistently gets my order wrong. So much so that I have stopped going. They're high, dancing, playing around, tons of hair with no hairnets or gloves, Etc.

    Ordered online. Went to the drive thru and asked to buy more food because my coworker asked for something. I was denied from ordering more food from the established as they told me in excat words "one order per car" is it that hard for me to order 2 tacos? And then sit in the like for over half a hour for one order? Yeah I'm not getting back in line after waiting that long. This is completely unexcuseable and incompetence on the employees and management. Shame on you!

    So for me this the hometown TB. Now as far as the establishment it's self. The food is actually pretty decent. The staff is fairly rotated in and out considering this is a college town. So it's not like it's always the same people. With that said all people are different. Mostly I've had good interaction with the staff.

    One of the chalupas was so carelessly wrapped, all the contents were in the bottom of the bag. Also ordered ground beef and got chicken

    So I have been coming here for years, I call to report when something is good even when there is a error they are eager to correct or help!! Well today was the worst customer service. They where spraywashing the building and streets with the generator by the order intercom, I heard some mumbling that could not over power the generator from the spray washer. I said I can’t hear you I’m going to pull up. I waited patiently with a car in front. I pull up the young lady didn’t say nothing, I said hello how are sorry I could not hear you. She looked at me as if I was dumb, she said I can’t take your order at the window!! I said why not if I can’t hear you, I had a question, who is managing? Lady comes around obviously the manager a bit upset, she said we can’t take orders at the window, but we’ll go ahead, then she added you didn’t even wait for to respond!! I told her never mind! I’m not going there with you boo. The stupidest reason if I can’t hear you why wait for your response!! The manager just shrudded her shoulders. And the young lady still looking dumb at me!! As I pulled off. See customer service is a asset to your businesses!! Appreciation is out the door. As much as I come here sad so sad!! I will on this note I will take it up a notch!! Do better geesh how embarrassing, because I can’t hear you with a generator going!! 🫡😵‍💫 review complete….😡😡 now you wonder why folks go to another location by the interstate!!! Smh 🤦🏼‍♀️

    Me and my Dad got food from here, very clean, great food, loaded down tacos, fast and friendly service, food was so good we went back in and tipped the cooks, 10/10 recommended this taco bell location over the other one in Orangeburg location.

    My wife and I decided to stop in and grab the family some tacos and the drive thru was busy plus they always seem to rush you through your order at the drive thru for some reason so we went inside. The building itself is magnificent they did a great job decorating and making it feel comfortable for a "fast food" restaurant. We used the kiosk to order, which was totally convenient. However when we got to the counter to pay we noticed that the 3 ladies that we could see making food Were obviously not to happy to be working.They seemed to have this attitude that was hard to watch, throwing food around, slamming utensils, and not welcoming at all. The 25 minutes that we were there waiting on our order it seemed like they all wanted to be elsewhere and out of the 3 ladies they may have spoke to us once and that was only because I asked for another bag after they threw my wife's cinnamon twists in the bag with the burritos and they were everywhere. Then all that was said was " what do you want" when I walked back to the counter. This blew my mind because I was nothing but friendly even trying to lighten the mood. Of course this didn't work. I didn't even get a "have a good night" or anything. I was truly disappointed in this visit

    Used the drive through one evening last week. Ordered the "Party Box" that has a dozen Tacos for $18.52 with tax. I didn't think that was a bad price for 12 tacos. They taste good & make for a quick supper. I rated my experience there only 3 stars because of the parking lot. There are 3 very big pot holes in the parking lot there that you have to try & go around. Some you can't steer away from to get where you need to go. I asked the young lady at the pick up window about them but she didn't have much to say about the issue. It doesn't seem to be slowing down their business though. They really need to fix those holes. I hope they are working on it.

    They refused to refill the Pepsi to fill my drink order they refused to cook chalupa bread to fill my online order just horrible! And it’s like this every time we come here they never have chalupa bread and always out of something makes no since!

    Electronic kiosk ordering is supposed to streamline the experience, but I had to specifically ask for the drink I had ordered. When I got my cup, the drink machine was out of ice, and there was no syrup in the first three soft drinks I tried to pour. Though prompted at the kiosk to select sauces, there were none in my order, nor any napkins.
