have
to
agree
with
Isaac
Barlow.
Not
only
are
many
of
the
staff
at
this
Raleys
rude
but
the
staff
at
most
Raleys
are
rude.
I
can
go
to
any
other
major
grocery
store
and
get
exceedingly
helpful,
cheerful
people,
not
so
much
at
Raleys
or
Belair.
The
other
thing
is
they
totally
screwed
all
of
us
from
what
I
can
tell,
with
their
recent
application
Upgrade
I
lost
all
of
my
gas
rewards.
I
lost
all
of
my
monetary
rewards.
I
lost
it
all,
and
so
did
probably
everybody
else.
This
just
makes
me
not
want
to
shop
with
Raleys
anymore.
There
was
nothing
at
all
wrong
with
the
old
application
and
everything
was
intact.
Trust
me
they
really
screwed
this
up
royal!
I’ve
worked
in
IT
for
over
30
years
and
never
seen
anything
so
bungled
in
my
life
!!
When
you
decide
to
do
an
upgrade
and
you
basically
erase
everybody’s
information
that
they’ve
worked
at
earning
why
would
they
want
to
come
back
to
your
store?
I
would
love
to
have
Raleys
explain
logic
behind
this.
Me
thinks
they’re
not
as
special
as
they
think
they
are
because
the
Safeway
right
down
the
block
is
just
as
nice
and
they’re
very
friendly
in
there,
plus
so
far
they
haven’t
messed
around
with
the
application
and
screwed
all
of
us.
