I like to grab a Cold Brew from the Peet's Coffee inside the store. They are always friendly and make drinks perfect every time. The morning manager is always seen interacting with employees, making sure the different departments (including Peet's) are running smoothly. Great store!

Update: No longer even ask if you would like help to your vehicle. Cashiers have no help/baggers. No longer a difference besides much higher prices than shopping at a bag yourself WinCo! Miss May and her running a friendly tight well run ship! Not the same at all without her sadly! :0( Raley's is doing a disservice to their Customers and Workers. --------------------- Lack of Clerks and help. They are running thread bare. Clerk forgot to put my Cards in my bag, now have to make a 2nd trip.

Buyer beware if you are ordering a 2 layered birthday cake. Picked up one today and took it straight home to the fridge. It was held the whole 5 minute drive home and was never knocked around. Opened it up a few hours later to serve to my husband for his birthday and the entire top layer had slipped off. You can see that the bottom layer was not leveled correctly and there was way too much filling. Also, the decorations on the outside was not even finished and still showed the curb coat. I needed to order more cakes for 2 more birthdays this summer and we are not going to be getting them from this bakery.

I come here just for staple needs I actually found this place has the most affordable milk around which was a surprising find but they are cheaper in the milk department than Walmart and let me explain, both my son and I usually drink Crystal milk because it doesn't taste like splenda like all the milks now in days, but I got their store brand milk and it taste exactly like the Crystal milk and it was less expensive, it retailed for 4 dollars plus tax. Hey if you know what I'm talking about you will thank me.

Come here regularly, I like their selection of food items, desserts, baby items. Sam the cashier absolutely made our day today, she was incredibly kind with my kid. My kid said it was the best day ever! Thank you Sam and thank you Raleys!!

For a store providing a "premium" shopping experience, I'm shocked by the consistent rudeness of staff at this location. After well over 100 visits to this location I can only rate 1 star as I often receive better service at discount stores like foodmaxx and grocery outlet, places where my expectations are lower. People like Suzy should not be working at a place like this, they are driving away customers to the Safeway across the street.

I love this Raley's. The opportunities for employment with a segment of our community is all I need to know. This store has every price point for your budget. I've never had a bad experience here. Plus Raley's diet Tonic water is AMAZING.

I stood patiently in line for 3 hours for the bottle signing while everyone else was cutting. Patiently sat and waited. Finally I got fed up and walked to the front with a group that was cutting. Everyone but me made it through. One Raley's manager decided at that moment to start enforcing the line. I told him I had been there for 3 hours watching everyone else cut and I would go back to my original spot. He said no and I got kicked out. What a mess and waste of time. Three hours down the drain.

There has been a huge improvement in their pharmacy customer service. They got a new manager and things are running much smoother. There is a lot of Karen's in this area who make things difficult for all the staff due to their advanced age and entitlement, so I give extra props for putting up with them DAILY. Looking forward to the stores continuous improvement! Having a local grocery store run efficiently is a huge help to our community.

I scanned my items, then the other 2 items, when Danny runs over with Raleys coupon page, saying scan this too, there's a big coupon for your item! I LOVE saving money, and coupons, that was So Thoughtful!!

Not quite all the same things as our Raley's and different layout. Still good, with friendly baggers and cashiers.

Alot of empty shelves remain. After renovation of the store several years ago, the alcoholic inventory increased while routine grocery brands have decreased. There are a few things that are found only at Raleyd, most shopping is now done at Safeway and Wincoy now.

Best grocery store around. We used to do delivery, but the groceries would be bought at a different Raley’s and delivered but the quality of the produce just wasn’t as good. We now do pickup at this Raley’s and it’s the best food. Cameron, one of the employees who works on Saturday’s is by far our favorite. He is so thoughtful and always calls to let us know if something isn’t available or doesn’t look good. Really appreciate him!!

I don’t know why people thinks it’s okay to comment on a baby by calling him “huge” but, it’s not. A cashier had made a comment about how big my baby is and it was very insensitive. All kids are different and it’s incredibly hurtful and rude to hear something mean said about your kid. Done with Raley’s I guess.

They were better than Safeway for their mothers day flowers! Safeway was overpriced and the single Rose's they had were a joke compared to how gorgeous raleys were!

This store has unique food items which I keep coming back. Prices are more reasonable than the higher priced grocery chains. Try them; you’ll keep coming back!

There is always some pricing scam at Raleys. Prices mislabeled, prices put in front of the wrong product. I’m done with them. Don’t believe their sale prices. There’s a good chance you won’t get it.

Your basic Raleys. I go here for the large follow your heart mayo. Most grocery stores only carry the small containers. They also have a pretty moderate vegan selection. The produceis usually high quality. Easy store layout. A lot of parking. Employees are friendly.

This location is not environmentally friendly. EV charging stations can be found in almost every grocery store. In 2014, the electric vehicle will be introduced. However, in 2022, this location still had no idea about EVs. There is no charging station.

Very nice floral department. This store has Angelo Pietro Salad dressings and Yamasa soy sauce. They are 2 of my favorite products and are stocked in the Asian section. The produce department has a wide variety of fresh mushrooms. The restrooms are very clean. The store is easy to find and plenty of parking.

I have to agree with Isaac Barlow. Not only are many of the staff at this Raleys rude but the staff at most Raleys are rude. I can go to any other major grocery store and get exceedingly helpful, cheerful people, not so much at Raleys or Belair. The other thing is they totally screwed all of us from what I can tell, with their recent application Upgrade I lost all of my gas rewards. I lost all of my monetary rewards. I lost it all, and so did probably everybody else. This just makes me not want to shop with Raleys anymore. There was nothing at all wrong with the old application and everything was intact. Trust me they really screwed this up royal! I’ve worked in IT for over 30 years and never seen anything so bungled in my life !! When you decide to do an upgrade and you basically erase everybody’s information that they’ve worked at earning why would they want to come back to your store? I would love to have Raleys explain logic behind this. Me thinks they’re not as special as they think they are because the Safeway right down the block is just as nice and they’re very friendly in there, plus so far they haven’t messed around with the application and screwed all of us. The one stop shop for everything I need. I love that they’re open late. I just come here after work to get some dinner or snacks. if I can’t find anything, staff is always friendly to help me if there is something I can’t find.

First time at this location. Beautiful store and ALL the employees were kind, professional, and very helpful. I would definitely tell ppl to shop at this location. 👍
