The owner Jim is very hands-on, he employs a small trustworthy staff. (To my knowledge) They are one of two businesses that have a spectrometer, so there is no guessing what an item is made of. He has a wealth of knowledge and if you are lucky enough to get him talking about California's Tectonics, pay close attention and he'll reveal exactly where you can find....

I've been here many times. The owner is very friendly, funny and knowledgeable. They give the best deal if you are selling silver and gold. I've checked out the majority of pawn shops in the area and baysavers has the highest payback. They will also give you really great deals when you buy. I've purchased a number of items from them and have been pleased every time.

Stopped by today with my 7yr old son & picked up two 90% sliver peace dollars, two 90% silver Morgan dollars also a 24k pamp 1g. Friendly staff & I will go back to purchase from them.

What a great store. I am fairly new to the area and have been here about 6 months, glad to find this place. I buy and sell gold and silver bullion coins and such. They are very fair, knowledgeable and friendly. This place has tons of different items for sale besides coins and jewelry. They have tools, music equipment, and so many odds and ends. Definitely recommend checking them out.
