I've been going here for almost 20 years! It's mostly teenagers that run the place, they are respectful. Love that they take the feed directly to my car.

I called for looking for some egg laying chicks and was told they had 3 left. I offered to pay over the phone and instead staff took and set aside and waited for me to arrive 20 minutes later. Excellent service and great staff!!! Would definitely come he again and shop for my feed needs. Thanks for such great experience!!

I have been here a few times. It is on greenback across from walmart. There is a horse out in front. The staff seem very knowledgeable and are always ready to help. It is a very nice place. They sell shots for your dogs...chicken coops...and food...hay...dog food...toys...chews...different feed for farm animals. They sell meal worms for chickens. They also sell water bins for animals such as horses and cows...both metal and plastic. The shots are very reasonable...much cheaper than going to a vet...and they give you a shot record to go with it. I was looking at some of the prices today...its a little steep for dog treats....they sell the natural hide treats...bisquits... so many brands of dog food...cold and dry. They sell cat stuff too...

We buy our pet foods from here for over 25 years. They know their products and are full of information on animals. They are very friendly and helpful.

This rating is strictly for their quality of hay. Possibly the worst quality of hay I have ever bought from a feed store. I bought their orchard hay by the flakes for my rabbits and they hated it. Just by looking at it you can tell they are very low quality and looked really dirty/dusty compared to any other feed store I’ve been to. My rabbits refuse to eat it unless it’s the only choice they have. They start causing trouble looking for other sources of food if that’s all I leave for them. Price is okay if you don’t care about low quality hay. I’ve bought from here on two separate occasions out of desperation and both times hay was poor quality. Last time I checked they don’t have flakes of Timothy hay. They’re customer service and store seems great, but definitely don’t buy their own cuts of hay flakes for your pets from my experience. I go the distance to Douglas feed store hay since I have yet to find another feed store with timothy hay of as high quality cuttings as they have for my rabbits (as far as Sacramento County hay goes).

I raised chicken so I get my supplies here. It seem to have everything I need. Prices seem to be decent

Super friendly and helpful staff. They will answer all my questions and concerns. Also always help carry bigger purchases to your vehicle. Prices are very fair even with this inflation right now.
