I was so hardly judged when I went in for some help. I recently got out of hospital after 3 months. Lost hair, eyebrows and looked horrible. I was hoping for a little boost for my confidence and mood only treated like ... Non existent person. All the lady's were busy putting on more makeup over already heavy applied makeup. They were so not interested in me.

Not an overly friendly place unless your young and have on a lot of make up or you look like you have money . Always see coupons for their sales or everyday but only on certain items . The sales people at the registers are generally nice

It was ok had all the things I wanted for way cheaper than anywhere else really except Michaels but it Michaels so what do you expect. Bad organization

If you have any lung problems do not go in there it is so strong a perfume smells

Joey(associate at Ulta AND a college student!) has assisted me on a few occasions & I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of skincare products. I purchased several products he suggested between TULA and GOOD MOLECULES. Another associate, TaLia, was also very knowledgeable & pleasant, too!
