Rooms were not ready at 2.30 pm for check in. People near pool were drinking alcohol in the afternoon. Hotels rooms are small but clean. Restaurant was stinky and we had lunch which was not good at all so for dinner we went to different restaurant. NO hot water in bathroom but they provided hot water in bucket which i did not like. Overall we had bad experience and would suggest not to stay in this hotel. Its not wroth the money you spend.

We enjoyed an excellent 2N stay as a family group of 14 people (including kids) over the independence day long weekend. The resort is strategically located along the Betwa river, with the backdrop of the grand royal cenotaphs (Chhatris) adding a lot of character and beauty to its environs. Special mention to the hardworking kitchen and restaurant staff, we had all meals at the resort and each one of it was completely worth it. The preparation and taste of food items was top notch; it's a pure vegetarian kitchen so perfect for families conscious of this dietary preference. Walking distance from all major Orchha attractions, the resort couldn't have been better located. The swimming pool is clean and well maintained, a major attraction for kids to unwind after sightseeing. The lawns are well maintained, the kids play area (with swings) is beautiful. There are a couple of antiquities within the resort (including a sati tomb) On the flipside, we expected some recreation activities like badminton, cricket, and a fitness center (outdoor sports and gym is listed as features on all major booking sites). None of these facilities were available. Requesting the resort managers to arrange these; as there is ample space for within their area. The ambience of the restaurant and waiting area/ reception could be better; currently dark and dingy. The air conditioning in restaurant was switched on only once it was decently occupied. Highly recommended overall though, to enjoy the splendor of Orchha.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.kids enjoyed a lot in swimming pool. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Amazing place to stay. You get to stay beside a Betwa river. Rooms and service is up to the mark. Food was also good. Overall very nice experience with family.

Finding : as per Google Maps so no difficulty Parking : ample and secure (note bikers covered ) Rooms : older construct but clean Restaurant: it almost seemed I was the only person using the kitchen ! But food ( note I ask for the simplest stuff while travelling dal, Roti; you can’t go wrong ok these so I believe ) But the proximity to Narmada Ghat is something you’ll love. 200ft away and quite and calm One on my best experiences till date at any Ghat .

The resort is at a central location. just 3 minute walk to the Betwa Ghat. (Point to note- you will not get river view if you are expecting that, atleast from the part where we stayed). The resort is built beautifully. Really liked the artwork in reception area. We stayed in luxury a.c. tents and they had all the required facilities. The food was also good

Very nice resort. Helpful and pleasant staff. Tasty vegetarian food. Decent swimming pool. Nothing much to do in Orchha. So if you are looking for some R&R without indulging in too many activities for a couple of days, this is the place to go.

The rooms were OK space, neat and clean and well-maintained. . Location always plays a vital role in hotel selection and Orchha Resort is the classic example of it. The location was perfect - close to the Tourist places and attractions. ... Specially Chhatris and Betwa River. “The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. “The hotel was beautiful and the decor was modern and stylish. A really nice location to stay. It is just next to the chhatris and the betwa. The staff is really warm, welcoming and accommodative. Highly recommend to stay here

Their room are little tiny and tidy. I just visited there for reservation. But I didn't liked it. Bathroom was smelling very badly. But location vise it was really 👍 might be we were on the weekends there, that's why they were charging whopping high. But location and property was really nice 🙂

Good resort, the food services were excellent. Nice hospitality and proximity to the temple and nearby monuments and sanctuary is amazing.

One of the best established resorts in Orchha. Located a little away from crowded area, on the river banks, but easily accessible. Single storey layout like a maze.

Lovely hotel with super nice staff. Even though I came before noon I could check in already. The hotel is a bit old but possible still one of the nicer options in town
