If you are looking for an amazing gym. This is the one. It all starts with the awesome front desk staff! Everyone of them are very nice and professional and will be there to answer any questions you have. Then once you get inside the studio the coaches will make sure you know what to do and after a few times the coaches will know what you are capable of the that’s when they push you to do better! I love how they do everything they can to help and push you to do better! I love Oregon city OrangeTheory Fitness!

The location is great and the coaches are awesome. I have become more fit and stronger on my 8th week there converted 10 lbs of fat into muscle . Coach Lauren motivates me and inspires me to go further and faster then I ever would pushed myself. Hands down best coaches ever.

I am a weightlifter at heart. I was a member of Inner Beast Crossfit for 8 years until it closed. At first, I dismissed OrangeTheory as being a fitness activity for women. I started going to OrangeTheory in September 2022, and I am admitting I was wrong: I lost 40+ pounds, but my endurance, strength, and flexibility have all noticeably improved. Finally, I highly recommend the OrangeTheory fitness program to Friends of Bill W, who consider exercise an essential part of a solid recovery plan! One Year Anniversary - September 8, 2023 1. I lost 50 pounds. 2. I am jogging again after a 27-year hiatus. 3. Injuries sustained during a 2010 car crash were resolved as a direct result of the OTF program. 4. I sleep through the night. 5. My mood is stable. (Great news for bipolar disorder sufferers.) In summary, the program is not inexpensive; however, if you are willing to invest in your mental and physical health, OrangeTheory Fitness is worth every penny.

Pros: 1. Fun and challenging group exercise classes expertly designed to give you a great workout. 2. Friendly coaches who know your name and say hello to you. 3. Classes offered at a variety of times throughout the day. 4. You don't have to be fit to get started, but if you do start you will want to continue because it's addicting, it will make you feel amazing both physically and emotionally. Cons: 1. It costs money, but way less than personal training plus a gym membership which is what it is equivalent to. 2. You will want to buy new clothes when you notice that clothes fit you better and you have improved body confidence. 3. There really are no cons... Oregon City Orange Theory will change your life for the better.

I love OTF OC! The staff is very friendly and always helpful and welcoming to all! The studio is clean and has great music during the workouts. Love the workouts and the variety they offer! Highly recommend OTF but especially the Oregon City studio since they have a great head coach/manager Josh, who has trained awesome staff members and all their coaches!

The coaches and members at this studio are unlike any gym I’ve been a part of. You’re always welcomed with a smile, we keep each other motivated, challenge and encourage each other, laugh together, and celebrate all sorts of milestones and achievements both in and out of the studio. To make positive changes and build healthy lifelong habits it’s so important to feel comfortable and supported in your environment, and this place really feels like home.

I can’t say enough good things about Orange Theory Fitness. It has helped me improve my speed and endurance tremendously. My cardiovascular fitness is the best it’s ever been. The community, however, is the best part, especially at Oregon City! The friends and relationships I’ve made along the way truly make it special. I highly recommend this studio. The coaches and members are inspirational and motivational. Try it out, you won’t regret it.

Three months in and I’m fully addicted to this fun, positive and supportive environment. The classes kick my butt (in a good way) and all the coaches are incredibly talented at what they do. Kayla always creates a supportive / fun class, Hannah is beyond sweet and encouraging, and Josh always motivates me to push myself and offers guidance on how to improve my form for safety. The front staff is also very friendly and remembers everyone’s names. I seriously can’t recommend OTF enough!

I love the OC Orange Theory! The coaches, staff and other clients are friendly, encouraging, and supportive. I look forward to seeing them every day!

What a wonderful place. All the staff are encouraging and remember your name. They care so much- you aren't just a client. Best workout that I've stuck with and seen results from. If you're ever lucky to have Kayla as a coach, she is amazing; the other coaches are wonderful as well. I've had double knee surgery almost a year ago and the coaches can tailor the exercises to meet the needs of the individual. This is the best place I've ever worked out at. You can feel the good vibes even before entering. Just try a session and see for yourself.

I’ve been a member for 4 years. Coaches and staff are phenomenal! Always greeting you by name and a guaranteed excellent workout every time! All ages, all fitness levels.

Hands down the best workout in Oregon City and surrounding areas! Coach Josh and Kayla are one of a kind, they bring the energy day in and day out and always makes you feel like part of the OT family from day 1. If you are on the fence to join, just do it, I promise you won’t regret it.

To be honest I have wanted to join OT for a few years but was very scared and intimidated by it. But about 2 months ago I stepped out of my comfort zone a did it and I will say they have all been so welcoming and encouraging. Kayla brings such a great energy as does the rest of the couches!

Amazing workout! All of the staff and coaches are really friendly and helpful, and the equipment and facilities are very clean. Coaches learn your name fast and give you encouragement on the speaker through class, and also pointers if you need them!

I’ve been a member for almost 2yrs. It’s a very adaptable and flexible workout for all. I love the encouragement to push yourself harder, and the part of not having to guess what to do, but being coached on what to do and getting a great workout in! OT has not only helped my level of fitness improve but my mental health as well!

Love this OTF, though I haven't been to others to compare. People are friendly, no "gym bros" here, and not intimidating. The coaches are a good mix of personalities, upbeat and encouraging. I was 275lbs when I started and felt very comfortable with the atmosphere. The workouts sound hard, but they are doable at any level. They do have 2 showers and bathrooms and parking is super easy.

I went into my 1st workout scared and some what dreading it. I have a 19 month old, so I have not been great about balancing mom life and workouts on the regular! This class made me feel so much more alive and feel like I have way more energy! I’ve done 2 classes so far and am signed up again this week. It is a workout where you definitely push yourself, but Its the best feeling I swear!

I love that the workouts are guided so I don't have to think or time myself or try to figure out what the next exercise is that I should do. It makes showing up and working out SO much simpler than trying to go to a gym and keep my own motivation up. It's also fantastic that the gals tend to give modification options with the regular instructions in case you are working around an injury (without you having to ask most of the time). I also really love that some of the instructors come over and give feedback on form so you can practice the exercises with proper form and not risk injuring yourself. And best of all, when the instructors know you by name (or figure it out based on the class roster) and acknowledge you independently throughout the class so you aren't just feeling like a face in the crowd. The community feel here is amazing and I am so glad I made the choice last winter to sign up. 1 year in and still going strong!

I joined back in November when the O.C. location opened. I really love the Orangetheory workouts. They are challenging, but doable. I love that we never do the same workout twice, so you never know what to expect when you arrive for class. Coach Adam is great and the ladies at the front desk are always smiling and cheerful. Give OTF a try - you may just love it, too.

Amazing! This is the second Orangetheory studio I've been to and I don't want to goto any other! The staff and coaches are awesome, but the community here is incredible. So much fun!
