I am pretty sure this is just chili’s you pick it up from chili’s, kind of sketchy. The fries and wings were both cold. The wings we ordered were lemon pepper and they just had a sprinkle of seasoning on top of what looks like frozen wings. I am more than positive the ranch they gave us was also bad. The color, smell and texture of it was all off.

Undoubtedly the worst meal I have ever eaten. This might sound like a stretch however, it’s nothing but the truth. First and foremost, the food at first glance looked atrocious. The wings looked soggy and cold as well. There was a lack of sauce on the wings which made it look almost raw. Since I ordered the buffalo and garlic Parmesan flavor, I was shocked to see that the wings had none of what I requested. Unfortunately I decided to taste these wings to see if my eyes were deceiving me. It tasted worse than what it looked like. The wings were very uncooked and flavorless. On top of that, the fries were stale and hard. It almost looked like they got leftover fries from the night before and reused them. The presentation itself was terrible. This was my food untouched. I’ll let the photo speak for itself. I have had food poisoning since eating this meal. I highly regret even considering to try these wings. Overall, I DO NOT recommend this restaurant. For $20+ you can get a better meal that is at least average. Never come here.

I’m really annoyed with this place I have been puking my guts out the past two days. After I ate from this place. Due to food poisoning. I have four kids and company to take care of . I have no time to deal with this sickness. People put their trust into your restaurant and are paying customers. This is how you treat them with food poisoning! Unacceptable

Generally, when I take the time to review a place, it's because I love them, not this time. I haven't had food poisoning like this in years. No mail coupon is worth this. Avoid this place. Save your guts. Vomit definitely happened.

I tried It's Just Wings for the first time about a week ago and I was extremely happy with how the food turned out. I decided to try them out again and I was unhappy with the turnout. All 22 wings were rather cold when I received them and not crisp. I walked into the To-Go area of the restaurant and waited for someone to help me out. Servers walked past more times then I cared to count and after a few minutes, one of them decided to get me some help. That's just the tip of the iceberg. None of the wings were evenly coated (both cajun and mango habanero). The curly fries, which I was really looking forward to, were also cold, soggy and distasteful. I am very disappointed with this experience

I wish I would’ve read the Google reviews and not the doordash reviews. The food at first glance looks awful absolutely disgusting. I regret tasting it the wings were undercooked and the blue cheese had a weird oily, watery, spoiled consistency. The fries were stale and cold. I instantly felt sick. I recommend staying away from this place. Absolutely gross. Also insane that they have not cared to correct this ongoing issue. People getting food poisoning or sick from food, spoiled condiments, stale old fries. Same issues have been going on for over a year.

I ordered from their website and apparently they ran out of the sauce that I ordered my wings with. I picked them up and made the mistake of not checking the food in the box. Got back to work and the wings had no sauce on them. It was just plain wings. You would think an employee would let me know that they were out of the sauce... nope I got plain wings instead. I gave them 1 star because I called and got a refund.

I ordered bone-in wings and got boneless wings instead, & whatever sauce they put on them was horrible! They gave me one tiny little cup of ranch with it. And they gave me some kind of weird bbq sauce for my fried oreos to dip in, instead of chocolate sauce! I spit it everywhere when I took a bite of it...... 🤐😫 Cali was the name of the person who put my order together. I didn't look at the reviews until later. Big mistake! And then I tried calling them, & they would'nt even answer the phone!!!

Yikes. I’m not picky at all but.. I don’t think I’ve ever had chicken this bad before. Makes me worry about sanitation if the food alone is this bad. I wanted wings, my wife wanted a salad. Chili's is the way to go. I ordered IJW over DoorDash and ate at a Chili's table. (better/more wings for a better price, don't get wings off the menu) The wings here are delicious, they've only messed up an order once of the many times I've ordered. Many people talk about the wings being cold - they never update the DoorDash status to tell you that your food is ready when doing pickup. I would recommend arriving ~5 minutes before the suggested time, going inside, and telling them you're expecting a pickup order under your name. I ordered during a non-peak hour and they were ready 10 minutes before the suggested pickup time. 4-stars because they never update the DoorDash status to tell you that your food is ready for pickup.

I asked for bone in and got boneless. They were super dry, the lemon pepper was extremely salty, and the fries tasted like they had been out all morning. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Send them to wingstop, it’s worth the 30 minute drive to not eat here.

Dominos wings are S Tier compared to these, I ordered the honey chipotle bone-in wings, and they were just not good, in terms of chicken quality, sauce flavors and consistency. the delivery from grubhub was fine though,

Ordered two 8-ct bone-in wing meals. Both were cold to the touch, and one only had 7 wings, one of which was boneless. Flavors were good though.

Worst food I've ever bought. Fries were not freshed at all. Chicken was not well cooked. Paid $30 and don't even ate half of the order. This is so unfair.

Door dashed these wings. They’re our favorite. Don’t listen to the reviews. Get the honey Siracha or garlic Parmesan 🤤 Way cheaper than any other wings from other places
